When in use, the handle 6 is held by hand to incline the kettle nozzle 1 downwards, and water in the electric kettle is poured out from the annular boss 33 of the kettle nozzle fixing piece 3, enters the kettle nozzle water inlet 11, and flows out through the kettle nozzle water outlet 12. The drainage action of the annular boss 33 and the sealing action of the sealing ring 2 avoid excessive moisture residue or leakage in the spout assembly.
