Abstract

本发明涉及一种微动开关,包含由底座和上盖密封设置而成的密闭腔体,所述底座在其底部从左往右依次贯穿设置有COM脚、NO脚、NC脚,所述上盖在其顶部设置有可上下移动的柱塞,所述密闭腔体内在所述COM脚的顶端固接有延伸到所述NO脚上方的支撑片,所述NC脚的顶端固接有上触片,所述NO脚的顶端固接有下触片,所述支撑片在其左右两端固接有延伸到所述上触片和所述下触片之间的动触片,所述支撑片的右端和所述动触片之间连接有U型簧片,所述上触片、所述下触片、所述动触片均在其末端设置成锯齿状。本发明有效提高开关的接触可靠性,使得该结构的开关可以用于高精密,微信号设备上的应用,也可应用人工智能设备。提高开关触点接触的安全级别。

一种微动开关
技术领域
本发明涉及微动开关领域,具体指有一种微动开关。
背景技术
微动开关是具有微小接点间隔和快动机构,用规定的行程和规定的力进行开关动作的接点机构,用外壳覆盖,其外部有驱动杆的一种开关,因为其开关的触点间距比较小,故名微动开关,又叫灵敏开关。
现有开关习用的通常是用银点作为开关的接触点。开关触点的接触面通常只有一个。开关使用一段时间后银触点的表面氧化,导致开关接触不良。不能应用于高精度,微电流的电路采集信号的应用。
针对上述的现有技术存在的问题设计一种微动开关是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明在于提供一种微动开关,能够有效解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种微动开关,包含由底座和上盖密封设置而成的密闭腔体,所述底座在其底部从左往右依次贯穿设置有COM脚、NO脚、NC脚,所述上盖在其顶部设置有可上下移动的柱塞,所述密闭腔体内在所述COM脚的顶端固接有延伸到所述NO脚上方的支撑片,所述NC脚的顶端固接有上触片,所述NO脚的顶端固接有下触片,所述支撑片在其左右两端固接有延伸到所述上触片和所述下触片之间的动触片,所述支撑片的右端和所述动触片之间连接有U型簧片,所述上触片、所述下触片、所述动触片均在其末端设置成锯齿状。
本发明的优点:
本发明在上触片、下触片、支撑片均在其末端设置成锯齿状,所述上触片的锯齿向下弯折,所述下触片的锯齿向上弯折,通过该结构的互相配合,使上触片、下触片、动触片之间的接触点由传统的单一点变成多点,有效提高开关的接触可靠性,使得该结构的开关可以用于高精密,微信号设备上的应用,也可应用人工智能设备。提高开关触点接触的安全级别。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,现将实施例结合附图对本发明的结构作进一步详细描述:
参考图1-4,一种微动开关,包含由底座2和上盖1密封设置而成的密闭腔体,所述底座2在其底部从左往右依次贯穿设置有COM脚5、NO脚4、NC脚3,所述上盖1在其顶部设置有可上下移动的柱塞7,所述密闭腔体内在所述COM脚5的顶端固接有延伸到所述NO脚4上方的支撑片6,所述NC脚3的顶端固接有上触片9,所述NO脚4的顶端固接有下触片11,所述支撑片6在其左右两端固接有延伸到所述上触片9和所述下触片11之间的动触片10,所述支撑片6的右端和所述动触片10之间连接有U型簧片8,所述上触片9、所述下触片11、所述动触片6均在其末端设置成锯齿状,锯齿的数量为4-6个,所述上触片9的锯齿向下弯折,所述下触片11的锯齿向上弯折。
未工作时,动触片10与上触片9接触,动触片10连通COM脚5和NC脚3;工作时,如图3所示,按下柱塞7,柱塞7下压动触片10,动触片10向下运动后与下触片11接触,连通COM脚5和NO脚4。

1.一种微动开关,包含由底座和上盖密封设置而成的密闭腔体,所述底座在其底部从左往右依次贯穿设置有COM脚、NO脚、NC脚,所述上盖在其顶部设置有可上下移动的柱塞,其特征在于:所述密闭腔体内在所述COM脚的顶端固接有延伸到所述NO脚上方的支撑片,所述NC脚的顶端固接有上触片,所述NO脚的顶端固接有下触片,所述支撑片在其左右两端固接有延伸到所述上触片和所述下触片之间的动触片,所述支撑片的右端和所述动触片之间连接有U型簧片,所述上触片、所述下触片、所述动触片均在其末端设置成锯齿状。
