Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, sending a first order information request to an application server, and receiving first order information returned by the application server.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention may be directed to an information processing process of specific things in different business fields, where the specific things refer to, for example, a commodity, a user, and/or a store, and the information processing may be a process of paying for a certain commodity, a certain user, or a certain store.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the first order information request is sent to the application server, the first order information fed back by the application server is received.
In a specific application, an application client, for example, various shopping software, is installed on a mobile terminal, and when the application client wants to complete payment for a certain commodity, the application client needs to first request order information of the commodity from an application server, so that the application client can complete payment based on the order information.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal includes an application client, the application client communicates with an application server and a payment client, and the payment client communicates with a payment server, the sending a first order information request to the application server, and after receiving first order information returned by the application server, that is, after step 101, the method may further include the following steps:
calling the payment client to send a payment request to the payment server; the payment client and the payment server interact with each other according to the first order information to determine a payment result;
if the payment success information corresponding to the first order information request sent by the payment client is received, reporting the payment success information to the application server; and the application server is used for adding suspected successful payment information to the first order information request according to the payment successful information.
According to a normal payment process, firstly, the application client sends a first order information request to the application server, so that the application client can complete payment based on the first order information.
After receiving the first order information request, the application server generates corresponding first order information and returns the corresponding first order information to the application client, so that the application client can receive the first order information.
When the application client receives the first order information, a payment operation may be initiated for payment to the third party based on the first order information. Wherein the third party payment may include a payment client and a payment server. The payment client may be installed on the mobile terminal together with the application client.
Specifically, the application client needs to call the payment client, then sends a payment request to the corresponding payment server through the payment client, and then the payment client and the payment server perform interaction to determine a payment result of the first order.
After the payment server obtains the determined payment result, the payment result is fed back to the payment client, and then the payment client feeds back the payment result to the application client, so that the payment result received at the application client can comprise payment completion information and payment failure information.
It should be noted that, although the application client receives the payment result fed back by the payment client, it is not finally determined whether the first order is finally completed, and it is only determined whether the first order is finally completed by waiting for the payment server to feed back the payment result to the application server.
When the payment result received on the application client is payment completion, the payment result is reported to the application server, and the application server marks the first order as suspected successful payment according to the payment completion result, namely, the first order is possibly completed.
Step 102, sending a second order information request to the application server;
in a specific implementation, after the first order information request is sent to the application server, it is possible to continue sending the second order information request to the application server. In some application scenarios, the user may press the first order information by mistake, or the user may mistakenly request the first order information and not complete payment, so that secondary payment is performed.
Step 103, if the application server does not receive the successful payment information corresponding to the first order information request sent by the payment server, receiving the incomplete payment information returned by the application server.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the second order information request, the application server does not directly return the second order information, but firstly inquires whether the requested first order information request is probably paid, if so, the first order information request is determined to be suspected successful payment, and the application server returns to inform the application client side to prompt the user that the order payment of the same store and goods is probably completed, so as to avoid repeated payment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the payment result returned by the payment server for the first order is received at the application server, the first order may be marked as a suspected payment object when the payment server cancels the first order, and the first order may be marked again according to the payment result, that is, the successful payment or the failed payment. Of course, the application server can also feed back the payment result of the first order to the user, so that the user can conveniently perform the next operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the preset time is exceeded, if the payment result returned by the payment server is not received at the application server, the application server is configured to mark the first order as a failed payment object according to the payment result.
If the feedback payment result is not received through active query or passive reception within the preset time, the first order payment failure can be determined without continuously waiting for the payment server to return the payment result.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the sending the second order information request to the application server, that is, after step 102, the method may further include the following steps:
and if the application server receives payment success information which is sent by a payment server and corresponds to the first order information request, receiving second order information returned by the application server.
In a specific implementation, if the application server receives payment success information corresponding to the first order information request sent by the payment server, which indicates that the order has completed payment, the second order information may be fed back to the mobile terminal according to a conventional flow.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of payment by the mobile terminal, the first order information request is firstly sent to the application server, so that the application server can return corresponding first order information, and the operation is conveniently completed through third-party payment based on the first order information in the next step.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another embodiment of the information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to an application server, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving a first order information request from a mobile terminal, and returning first order information to the mobile terminal;
when a user pays through an application client on the mobile terminal, a first order information request is generated and sent to the application server, and the application server generates corresponding first order information aiming at the first order information request and feeds the first order information back to the application client of the mobile terminal.
Step 202, receiving a second order information request from the mobile terminal;
if the user may mistakenly pay for the first order if the payment result of the first order information request fed back from the application server is not received, a second payment may be initiated, and the application server receives a second order information request sent by the application client.
Step 203, before receiving the payment success information corresponding to the first order information request sent by the payment server, sending payment incompletion information to the mobile terminal.
In order to avoid repeated payment for the user, before the application server receives the information that the payment is successfully requested by the first order information fed back by the payment server, the application server firstly feeds back the information that the payment is not completed by the first order information request to the application client of the mobile terminal, so as to remind the user to wait for a final payment result and execute the next operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the sending of the payment incompletion information to the mobile terminal, that is, after step 203, the following steps may be further included:
and after receiving payment success information which is sent by a payment server and corresponds to the first order information request, sending payment completion information to the mobile terminal.
If the payment success information corresponding to the first order information request sent by the payment server is received on the application server, the order can be considered to be paid completely, and then the payment completion information can be sent to the mobile terminal.
By applying the embodiment of the invention, repeated payment can be effectively avoided, the property loss risk of the user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the embodiments of the present invention, the following adopts specific examples to avoid the user from repeating the specific implementation process of information processing for the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic view of a payment process under normal conditions is shown, which relates to an application client, an application server, a payment client and a payment server, and the specific process includes:
after the user clicks payment, the application client side firstly initiates a payment request to the application server, and the application server returns relevant order information.
The application client calls the payment client through the order information, after payment is completed, the payment client returns a payment result call back, meanwhile, the payment server also returns a payment result to the application server, and at the moment, if the application server receives the result of the payment server, the transaction is considered to be successful.
It should be noted that, in the above payment, if the application server fails to receive the callback of the payment result due to a failure of the payment server or other reasons such as a network, the application server considers that the payment is not successful yet, and the user may misunderstand that the payment is failed and will make a payment again, which may cause a problem of repeated payment.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a payment process under an abnormal condition is shown, after payment is completed, a payment client returns a payment result to an application client, when the payment result is successful, the application client reports the result to an application server, the application server marks the user who is suspected to have successful payment according to the payment result, when the user initiates information processing again, the user is prompted to have an unclosed order, the product temporarily does not support repurchase, and when the payment server returns the result to the application server, the order can be closed.
In addition, if the result is not obtained in the case of active query and passive reception, the order payment is considered to be failed if the set time is exceeded, and the order is closed. The embodiment of the invention can effectively avoid the user from paying again, which causes troubles to the user and improves the user experience.
