The invention discloses an inner and outer double-arm targeted positioning ball throwing device which comprises an actuator, a ball inlet pipe, a condenser water chamber, a rotating shaft, an inner ring positioning device, an inner ring sealing device, a condenser tube plate, an inner ring linear driving device, an inner ring movable ball throwing pipe, an outer ring sealing device, an outer ring positioning device, an outer ring linear driving device and an outer ring movable ball throwing pipe. When positioning, the sealing device is retracted, and a proper gap is kept between the sealing device and the condenser tube plate. The intelligent control device controls the actuator to drive the rotating shaft to rotate to a required angle, then the inner and outer ring linear driving device drives the inner and outer ring positioning device to precisely move to the position of the cooling pipe to be cleaned to realize positioning, and the sealing device stretches out to isolate ball throwing water from circulating water. The rubber ball reaches the sealing device through the ball inlet pipe, the inner pipeline of the rotating shaft and the movable ball throwing pipe, and enters the condenser cooling pipe, and the positioning and efficient cleaning of the condenser cooling pipe are realized through the cooling pipe under the action of high-pressure water.

Background
Along with the increasing large-scale capacity of coal-fired power plants and the deep popularization and execution of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, the energy-saving potential of the cold end system of the steam turbine is excavated. The conventional condensing steam turbine takes the circulating water of the power plant as a cooling water source, the cleaning degree of the circulating water of the power plant is poor, the scaling condition in the condenser tube bundle is aggravated after long-term operation, the heat transfer performance is reduced, and the steam consumption of the steam turbine is increased. Therefore, the rubber ball cleaning system used in mass production carries out on-line cleaning on the condenser cooling water pipe. The technology is basically perfect in the 50 s of the last century and is popularized and applied in a large quantity in the 90 s of the last century. However, the technology has the defects that the cleaning effect is not ideal, so that most of installed equipment is idle or abandoned, and the purposes of improving the cleanliness of the cooling pipe, improving the heat transfer performance and reducing the steam consumption of the steam turbine are not achieved.
The ball throwing pipe of the traditional condenser rubber ball cleaning system is a group of pipes, and rubber balls enter a circulating water system along with water flow and enter cooling pipes along with circulating water randomly, so that 100% of the cooling pipes cannot be cleaned;

The sealing device can isolate ball throwing water from circulating water, so that the pressure in the ball throwing pipe can be higher than the pressure of the circulating water, and the rubber ball can smoothly pass through the cooling pipe to achieve the cleaning effect. According to the invention, 100% of cooling pipes are cleaned, and the rubber balls can be ensured to smoothly pass through the cooling pipes under a certain ball throwing pressure, so that the cleanliness of the cooling pipes is kept to be close to the design state, the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger is improved, and the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.

The ball inlet pipe 2 is communicated with the inner pipeline of the rotating shaft 4; the inner pipeline of the rotating shaft 4 is communicated with the inner ring moving ball throwing pipe 9 and the outer ring moving ball throwing pipe 13; the inner ring moving ball throwing pipe 9 and the outer ring moving ball throwing pipe 13 are communicated with the inner ring positioning device 5 and the outer ring positioning device 11; the inner ring positioning device 5 and the outer ring positioning device 11 are communicated with or separated from the condenser tube plate 7 through the inner ring sealing device 6 and the outer ring sealing device 10.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
before the rubber ball cleaning system starts cleaning, the targeting positioning ball throwing device is started, under the control of the intelligent control device, the executing machine drives the rotating shaft to rotate to a required angle, then the inner and outer ring linear driving device drives the inner and outer ring positioning device to precisely move to the position of the cooling pipe to be cleaned, the sealing device is started to isolate ball throwing water from circulating water, the ball throwing device is started to send rubber balls into the cooling pipe and pass through the cooling pipe under the action of high-pressure water, the rubber balls enter the ball collecting net along with the circulating water, and return to the ball loading chamber through the rubber ball pump, and one-time cleaning is finished.
