The machine frame can be installed after the vertical hydraulic press cylinder is lifted in place. The vertical hydraulic ram does not have to be suspended from the top. The frame has low requirement on the lift on the rail of the gantry crane, does not need to adopt a gantry crane with a larger integral structure, reduces the investment cost of the gantry crane, greatly reduces the concrete pouring amount of civil engineering and saves the civil engineering investment.

Due to the improvement of the vertical hydraulic press cylinder frame 1, when in installation, the vertical hydraulic press cylinder can be firstly hung into the sluice well, the vertical hydraulic press cylinder is not influenced by the frame during the hanging, due to the large size of the sluice well, the upper lift of the gantry crane rail is not larger than the height of the vertical hydraulic press cylinder and the frame, the vertical hydraulic press cylinder can be slowly and vertically placed for alignment after being horizontally hung into the sluice well along the vertical water flow direction by adopting the existing gantry crane, the whole size and the girder structure size of the gantry crane are not influenced by the installation of the vertical hydraulic press cylinder, and the investment is effectively saved.
When the vertical hydraulic machine frame is assembled, as the connecting plates 6 of the concave frame 4 are positioned at the outer edges of the two ends, an operation space is formed on the gate pier platform which is just positioned in the gate shaft, so that the assembly of bolts by field personnel is facilitated.
