技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动洗地车,属于电动清扫技术领域。
背景技术
洗地车是一种清洗硬质地面同时吸干污水,并将污水带离现场的驾驶式清洁设备。进入国内的时间不长,在发达国家的社会各个领域的使用已经非常普遍,特别是一些码头、机场、车间、仓库、学校、医院、饭店、物业、停车场等具有广阔硬质地面的场所,以机械代替人力的清洁理念已深入人心。
硬质地面一般有水磨石、大理石、花岗石、人造石、地砖、PVC、精钢沙、环氧等材质之分,传统的清洗方法是拖把加尘推,改革开放后引进了擦机和吸水机用于日常的保洁,后来出现了手推式半自动和全自动洗地机,随着社会不断发展,机械化程度越来越高,洗地车应运而生。
由于洗地车使用频繁,刷子直接与地面接触,易磨损,更换麻烦,影响了洗地车的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电动洗地车。
本发明的电动洗地车,包括动力系统,行走系统,刷洗系统,吸排水系统和控制系统,行走系统由驱动轮、承重轮、转向器、制动器组成,刷洗系统是由刷盘架、刷盘电机、升降电机、刷盘卡头和装有毛刷的刷盘组成;
所述的毛刷刷丝采用增强增韧耐磨尼龙材料为原料制成;
所述的增强耐磨尼龙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)以尼龙和芳纶纤维为主要原料,将PA6干燥后,与助剂放入高混机中混合后出料;
2)将步骤1)得到的混合物,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒;
3)将步骤2)得到的母粒,在注塑机上注射成型,获得增强增韧耐磨尼龙材料。
优选地,
所述的步骤1)中的助剂含有聚四氟乙烯和二硫化钼作为润滑剂。
本发明的电动洗地车,由于具有高强度耐磨毛刷,能够长久使用,不需要经常更换。
