When the coke oven adopts a tamping coking mode, coal is conveyed into the tamping coal bucket 18 through the movable buried scraper conveyor 4, and at the moment, point-by-point discharging or single-point discharging can be realized along the coal conveying direction by controlling the opening and closing states of the discharging gate 14, so that the requirement of uniform material distribution in the tamping coal bucket 18 is met; as shown in fig. 1, the bottom of the movable buried scraper conveyor 4 is provided with a plurality of discharge holes 13 and a head discharge hole 15, and all the discharge holes 13 are provided with discharge gates 14; when all the discharging gates 14 are in an open state, along the conveying direction of the coal, the coal is preferentially discharged from the first discharging hole 13 until the coal is fully piled below the first discharging hole 13, and then is preferentially discharged from the second discharging hole 13, and so on, so that sequential point-by-point discharging is realized; when any one of the discharge gates 14 is opened and the other discharge gates 14 are closed, coal is discharged from the discharge port 13, and the remaining coal is discharged from the head discharge port 15, thereby preventing accumulation of coal at the head. Each discharge port 13 may be provided without a discharge gate 14.
A top loading coal charging car track is arranged below the coal tower 16, and when a top loading coking mode is adopted, the movable buried scraper conveyor 4 is moved away, and then the top loading coal charging car can run to the lower side of the coal tower 16 for coal charging operation.

Claims (6)

1. The embedded scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading tamping integrated coke oven is characterized by comprising a movable embedded scraper conveyor and a travelling rail; the movable buried scraper conveyor consists of a frame, a closed box body, a conveying buried scraper, a scraper chain, a chain driving device and a running mechanism; the movable buried scraper conveyor can run along the running track through the running mechanism and is provided with 2 stations; the first station is positioned between a coal inlet at the top of the tamping coal bucket and a coal inlet at the lower coal port of the coal tower and is used for transferring coal in the coal tower into the tamping coal bucket; the second station is positioned above the tamping coal bucket; a plurality of feed inlets are formed in one side, close to the coal tower, of the movable buried scraper conveyor and are used for being matched with a coal inlet of the coal tower, and a plurality of discharge outlets are formed in one side, far away from the coal tower, of the movable buried scraper conveyor and are used for being matched with a coal inlet of the tamping coal bucket and charging coal into the tamping coal bucket; the travelling rail comprises a hanging rail and a travelling rail, wherein the hanging rail is arranged below the coal tower, and the travelling rail is arranged between the coal tower and the tamping coal bucket and extends to the upper part of the tamping coal bucket; the running mechanism comprises a hanging rail running mechanism and a running rail running mechanism, the top of the movable buried scraper conveyor is provided with the hanging rail running mechanism which is matched with the hanging rail for running, and the bottom of the movable buried scraper conveyor is provided with the running rail running mechanism which is matched with the running rail for running, so that the movable buried scraper conveyor can be stably transited between the hanging rail and the running rail; the plurality of discharge ports are longitudinally arranged along the movable buried scraper conveyor, and each discharge port is provided with a discharge gate; each discharging gate is respectively connected with a gate opening and closing control system; the bottom of the closed box body far away from one side of the coal tower is also provided with a head discharge hole.

The buried scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading tamping integrated coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the running rail and the hanging rail are arranged in a staggered and parallel manner one by one; the hanging rail and the running rail are both in a double-rail form, wherein 2 rails of the hanging rail are respectively positioned at two sides of a coal opening of the coal tower; the track is located above the tamping coal bucket, and the length of the track is greater than the whole length of the movable buried scraper conveyor.

The buried scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading tamping integrated coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the running mechanism consists of a hanging rail running mechanism and a running rail running mechanism; the lifting rail running mechanism comprises 1 to more groups of lifting rail running wheel groups, each group of lifting rail running wheel groups consists of a plurality of lifting rail running wheels and a lifting rail wheel frame, wherein the lifting rail wheel frame is fixedly connected with a rack of the movable buried scraper conveyor through a lifting rail connecting piece; the rail running mechanism comprises a plurality of rail running wheels and a running driving device, and the rail running wheels are arranged at the bottom of the frame; when the movable buried scraper conveyor is above the tamping coal bucket, the movable buried scraper conveyor moves along the track through the track traveling wheel under the drive of the track driving device; one end of the movable buried scraper conveyor moves below the coal tower and simultaneously moves along the travelling rail and the hanging rail.
4. The buried scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading tamping integrated coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of feeding ports are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the coal lower ports of the coal tower.

The embedded scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading tamping integrated coke oven according to claim 1, wherein the embedded scraper type coal feeding and distributing device is further provided with a running limiting device, and the running limiting device is connected with a running driving device of the movable embedded scraper conveyor through a control system, so that the movable embedded scraper conveyor can automatically stay at the first station or the second station after moving.

The working method of the buried scraper type coal feeding and distributing device for the top-loading and tamping integrated coke oven, according to claim 1, is characterized in that coal feeding switching during top-loading and tamping coal-loading coking is realized by reciprocating along a running track by a movable buried scraper conveyor: the specific process is as follows:
1) When the coke oven adopts a tamping coking mode, the movable buried scraper conveyor moves to a position between a coal inlet of the coal tower and a coal feeding and distributing port of the tamping coal bucket and stays at a first station; starting a chain driving device on the movable buried scraper conveyor, and driving the buried scraper conveyor to move by a scraper chain; opening a coal tower coal outlet, discharging the charging coal from the coal tower coal outlet to a closed box body of a movable buried scraper conveyor, conveying the charging coal to the position above a coal feeding distributing opening of a tamping coal bucket through a conveying buried scraper, and charging the coal into the tamping coal bucket through a discharging opening; when coal is loaded, the gate opening and closing control system controls each discharging gate to be opened and closed according to a set sequence, so that uniform distribution is realized;
2) When the coke oven adopts a top-loading coking mode, the movable buried scraper conveyor moves away from the lower part of the coal tower, integrally moves to the upper part of the tamping coal bucket, and the top-loading coal charging car moves to the lower part of the coal tower and charges coal into the top-loading coal charging car through a coal outlet of the coal tower.
