Abstract
The invention provides a net wire and a finishing device thereof, wherein the net wire finishing device comprises a chassis and a winding column arranged in the middle of the chassis; a baffle is arranged at the outer edge of the chassis, and a wire inlet is arranged on the baffle; the outer wall of the net wire is provided with a movable buckle and a movable buckle embedded part matched with the movable buckle; the movable buckles and the movable buckle embedded parts are symmetrically distributed on the outer wall of the net wire by taking the central axis of the net wire as a symmetry axis; the movable buckles and the movable buckle embedded parts are uniformly distributed on the trend of the net wires; a spiral wire slot which can be matched with the outer wall of the net wire is arranged at the outer wall of the winding post of the net wire arranging device; the spiral wire grooves and the baffle plate form a net wire pressing groove; the net wire pressing groove is provided with a closing fastener; when the net wires are tidied by the net wire tidying device, the closing fastener applies force to the net wire movable buckle passing through the closing fastener, so that the movable buckle is embedded into the movable buckle embedded part of the outer wall of the net wire at the position of the adjacent spiral wire slot, and the upper net wire and the lower adjacent net wire in the spiral wire slot are connected at the outer wall; the invention is convenient for arranging and storing the net wires.

Background
The network cable is a common tool for constructing a network, and has the inconvenience in recycling, sorting and storing: when the net wires are stacked, the net wires are mutually wound into groups, when the net wires are needed to be reused, a great amount of time is needed to be spent on drawing out the net wires, and in the process of cleaning the drawn wires, if excessive force is applied, the problems of falling off, loosening and the like of the crystal heads can be caused, so that the use is influenced. The fastener comprises two opposite bosses at the upper part of the wall of the net wire pressing groove; when the net wire enters the net wire pressing groove, the movable buckle at the outer wall of the net wire is positioned at the upper part of the net wire, and the height of the closing buckle at the groove wall of the net wire pressing groove is the same as the height of the movable buckle at the outer wall of the net wire so as to extrude the movable buckle.
The movable buckle and the movable buckle embedded part of the net wire are arranged at the outer side of the net wire insulating layer.
The movable buckle consists of two adjacent elastic hooks which are opposite to each other, two embedded holes are formed in the movable buckle embedded part, and when the hooks of the movable buckle are folded until the hooks are embedded into the embedded holes of the movable buckle embedded part, the outer walls of the net wires can be connected with each other.
The arrangement method of the network cable comprises the following steps of;
a1, spirally winding a net wire into a cylinder shape; between two adjacent layers of net wires, a movable buckle and a movable buckle embedded piece are adopted in sequence to enable the adjacent net wires to be connected at the outer wall, so that the storage form of the net wires is kept in a regular and orderly shape; when the net wires are required to be taken out from the net wires in the storage form, the movable buckle at the outer wall of the net wires to be taken out can be taken out from the movable buckle embedded part;
a2, the cylindrical storage form net wires formed by the method described in A1 can be connected with each other by the movable buckle at the edge of the cylinder and the movable buckle embedded piece to form a vertically stacked form or a row matrix form.
The invention can conveniently store the net wires in a form easy to store, and in the storage process, the net wires are connected by the movable buckles and the movable buckle embedded parts which are uniformly arranged at the outer wall of the net wires, so that the net wires are uniformly stressed, and the damage to the net wires caused by overlarge local stress can be effectively avoided.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a net wire and a finishing device thereof, wherein the net wire finishing device comprises a chassis 7 and a winding post 4 arranged in the middle of the chassis 7; a baffle plate 8 is arranged at the outer edge of the chassis 7, and a wire inlet 9 is arranged on the baffle plate; the outer wall of the net wire 1 is provided with a movable buckle 2 and a movable buckle embedded part 3 matched with the movable buckle 2; the movable buckles 2 and the movable buckle embedded parts 3 are symmetrically distributed on the outer wall of the net wire by taking the central axis of the net wire 1 as a symmetry axis; the movable buckles and the movable buckle embedded parts are uniformly distributed on the trend of the net wires; the outer wall of the winding post of the net wire arranging device is provided with a spiral wire groove 5 which can be matched with the outer wall of the net wire 1; the spiral wire groove 5 and the baffle plate 8 form a net wire pressing groove 102; the net wire pressing groove is provided with a closing fastener 10; when the net wire arranging device arranges the net wires 1, the net wires 1 enter the net wire pressing groove 102 from the wire inlet 9, the movable buckle 2 and the movable buckle embedded part 3 on the outer wall of the net wires 1 are positioned at the upper and lower positions, the closing buckle 10 applies force to the net wire movable buckle 2 passing through the closing buckle 10, the movable buckle 2 is embedded into the movable buckle embedded part 3 on the outer wall of the net wires 1 at the position of the adjacent spiral wire grooves 5, and the upper and lower adjacent net wires 1 in the spiral wire grooves 5 are connected at the outer wall.
A rocking handle 6 is arranged at the upper end of the winding post 4; the lower end of the wrapping post is embedded into the chassis; when the crank 6 is turned, the winding post 4 rotates at the bottom plate 7.
The fastening piece 10 comprises two opposite bosses at the upper part of the wall of the net wire pressing groove; when the net wire enters the net wire pressing groove, the movable buckle 3 at the outer wall of the net wire is positioned at the upper part of the net wire 1, and the height of the closing buckle 10 at the groove wall of the net wire pressing groove 102 is the same as that of the movable buckle 2 at the outer wall of the net wire 1 so as to extrude the movable buckle 2.
The movable buckle and the movable buckle embedded part of the net wire are arranged at the outer side of the net wire insulating layer.
The movable buckle 2 is composed of two adjacent and opposite elastic hooks 101, two embedding holes 100 are formed in the movable buckle embedded part 3, and when the hooks 101 of the movable buckle are folded until the hooks are embedded into the embedding holes 100 of the movable buckle embedded part 3, the outer walls of the net wires can be connected with each other.
The arrangement method of the network cable comprises the following steps of;
a1, spirally winding a net wire into a cylinder shape; between two adjacent layers of net wires, a movable buckle and a movable buckle embedded piece are adopted in sequence to enable the adjacent net wires to be connected at the outer wall, so that the storage form of the net wires is kept in a regular and orderly shape; when the net wires are required to be taken out from the net wires in the storage form, the movable buckle at the outer wall of the net wires to be taken out can be taken out from the movable buckle embedded part;
