In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the stirring blade 13 includes two streamline blades 34 and two linear blades 35 which are coaxially disposed, the streamline blades 34 and the linear blades 35 are coaxially connected by a connecting shaft, and the stirring rod 12 is inserted into the connecting shaft; the streamline vane 34 is disposed across the linear vane 35. Above-mentioned setting can improve each pigment mixing uniformity on the one hand, and on the other hand still does benefit to the washing, and washs no dead angle, no residue.
It should be noted that, in order to further improve the stirring strength and reduce the resistance during the stirring process, the streamline blades 34 and the straight-line blades 35 are provided with protrusions 36 at the upper and lower parts of the two sides, and a plurality of through holes 37 are provided at the middle part.

Claims (1)

1. A multi-functional art paint sprayer characterized by comprising:
a base (1);
a color mixing box (2) is fixed on the base (1), and two clapboards are arranged in the color mixing box (2) and are divided into a first storage box (3), a second storage box (4) and a third storage box (5);
a first support frame (6) is arranged at the top of the color mixing box (2), and a plurality of pigment barrels (7) are arranged on the first support frame (6); the top of the first storage box (3) is provided with a plurality of first inlets the number of which is the same as that of the pigment barrels (7), the top of the second storage box (4) is provided with a plurality of second inlets the number of which is the same as that of the pigment barrels (7), and the top of the third storage box (5) is provided with a plurality of third inlets the number of which is the same as that of the pigment barrels (7); the first inlets are respectively communicated with the bottoms of the pigment barrels (7) through first pigment conveying pipes (8), the second inlets are respectively communicated with the bottoms of the pigment barrels (7) through second pigment conveying pipes (9), and the third inlets are respectively communicated with the bottoms of the pigment barrels (7) through third pigment conveying pipes (10); electromagnetic control valves are arranged on the first pigment conveying pipes (8), the second pigment conveying pipes (9) and the third pigment conveying pipes (10); liquid level sensors are arranged in the paint buckets (7);
the top parts of the first storage box (3), the second storage box (4) and the third storage box (5) are respectively provided with a stirring motor (11), the stirring motors (11) are connected with a stirring rod (12), and stirring blades (13) are arranged on the stirring rod (12); one end of the stirring rod (12) is connected with the stirring motor (11), and the other end of the stirring rod extends into the color mixing box (2);
cavities are arranged on the left side wall, the right side wall, the back surface and the partition plate of the color mixing box (2), and heating electrodes are arranged in the cavities; a transparent plate (14) is arranged in front of the color mixing box (2);
a first discharge hole (15) is formed in the front lower part of the first storage box (3), and the first discharge hole (15) is connected with a spraying device through a first material guide pipe; a second discharge hole (16) is formed in the lower front part of the second storage box (4), and the second discharge hole (16) is connected with the spraying device through a second material guide pipe; a third discharge hole (38) is formed in the front lower part of the third storage box (5), and the third discharge hole (38) is connected with the spraying device through a third material guide pipe; pigment pumps are arranged on the first material guide pipe, the second material guide pipe and the third material guide pipe;
the spraying device comprises a first connecting plate (17) and a second connecting plate (18) which are vertically arranged, a first material guide cylinder (19), a second material guide cylinder (20) and a third material guide cylinder (21) are sequentially arranged on one side between the first connecting plate (17) and the second connecting plate (18) from top to bottom, and an air cushion (22) is arranged on the other side; one end of the first material guide cylinder (19) is connected with the first material guide pipe, the other end of the first material guide cylinder is provided with a first telescopic pipe, and the first telescopic pipe is connected with a first spray head; one end of the second material guide cylinder (20) is connected with the second material guide pipe, the other end of the second material guide cylinder is provided with a second telescopic pipe, and the second telescopic pipe is connected with a second spray head; the third material guide cylinder (21) is connected with a third material guide pipe, a third telescopic pipe is arranged at the other end of the third material guide cylinder, and the third telescopic pipe is connected with a third spray head; the upper end and the lower end of the first connecting plate (17) are connected with a first strap (23), and the upper end and the lower end of the second connecting plate (18) are connected with a second strap (24);
the first telescopic pipe, the second telescopic pipe and the third telescopic pipe have the same structure;
the first telescopic pipe comprises a joint (29), an outer pipe (30) fixedly connected with the joint (29), an inner pipe (31) inserted into the outer pipe (30) and capable of telescopically sliding in the outer pipe (30), a damping sheet for fixing the position of the inner pipe (31) is arranged at one end of the inner pipe (31) inserted into the outer pipe (30), and a stop piece is arranged at one end of the outer pipe (30) far away from the joint (29);
the inner pipe (31) is made of an elastic telescopic material, and the outer pipe (30) is made of a non-elastic material;
the inner pipe (31) is in a corrugated pipe shape;
the pigment barrel (7) comprises an outer barrel (25), a second supporting frame (27) and an inner barrel (26) which are arranged in the outer barrel (25); one end of the second supporting frame (27) is connected with the bottom of the outer barrel (25), and the other end of the second supporting frame is connected with the bottom of the inner barrel (26);
the height of the outer barrel (25) is the same as the sum of the height of the inner barrel (26) and the height of the second supporting frame (27);
the bottom of the inner barrel (26) is in an inverted circular truncated cone shape, the bottom surface of the inverted circular truncated cone shape is an outlet, and the bottom of the side wall is provided with a weighing sensor (28);
connecting pipes (39) are arranged above the front surfaces of the first material storage box (3), the second material storage box (4) and the third material storage box (5), one end of each connecting pipe (39) is connected with a nozzle, and the other end of each connecting pipe (39) is connected with a water tank; the nozzle is arranged in the color mixing box (2), the nozzle comprises a nozzle body (33) and a spray hole (32), one end of the spray hole (32) is communicated with the connecting pipe (39), and the other end of the spray hole is provided with the nozzle body (33); the inner diameter of the spray hole (32) is gradually reduced from the spray hole (32) to the nozzle body (33), and a channel is formed in the nozzle body (33) and communicated with the spray hole (32); one end of the channel far away from the spray hole (32) is fan-shaped; the stirring blade (13) comprises two streamline blades (34) and two linear blades (35) which are coaxially arranged, the streamline blades (34) and the linear blades (35) are coaxially connected through a connecting shaft, and the stirring rod (12) is inserted into the connecting shaft; the streamline blades (34) and the linear blades (35) are arranged in a crossed mode, and the two linear blades (35) are arranged at a certain angle; the streamline blades (34) and the upper and lower parts of the two sides of the linear blades (35) are respectively provided with a bulge (36), and the middle parts of the streamline blades are provided with a plurality of through holes (37).
