Because different customers have different purity requirements on the rubber products, a rubber filter 3 is arranged between the kneading group and the tabletting forming unit and is used for meeting the customer requirements on the high purity requirements of the rubber products, the flaky rubber material kneaded by the fifth kneading machine possibly contains impurities such as gravel and the like, the kneaded flaky rubber material is conveyed to the top of the rubber filter 3 through a rubber sheet conveying device 9, the rubber material at the bottom is conveyed to a transverse conveying device 6 in an edge material returning device 5 through a corner conveying device 8, the flaky rubber material needing to be filtered is manually pulled to a feed inlet 301 of the rubber filter 3, the rubber material with higher purity is obtained after being filtered by the rubber filter 3, and the rubber material with higher purity is conveyed to the tabletting forming unit through a guide plate 307 in the rubber filter 3, so that the rubber product is manufactured.
When the purity requirement of the glue product is not high, the sheet glue material kneaded by the fifth kneader is directly conveyed to the bottom of the tabletting and forming unit through the glue sheet conveying device 9, and the sheet glue to be processed is manually pulled into the kneading and tabletting and forming machine, so that a product can be obtained.
The edge and corner crushed aggregates are generated when the kneading and tabletting forming machine works, and the edge and corner conveying device 8 is arranged outside the kneading and tabletting forming machine, and the edge and corner crushed aggregates are conveyed to the longitudinal conveying device of the edge material returning device 5 through the edge and corner conveying device 8 and conveyed to the transverse conveying device 6 through the longitudinal conveying device of the edge material returning device 5.
By arranging a longitudinally placed feed back belt between the transverse conveying device 6 and the second kneader, the sizing material in the transverse conveying device 6 is conveyed onto an inclined conveying belt in an inclined conveying device 7 between the first kneader and the second kneader, so that the sizing material is kneaded again.

A feed back device for rubber kneading, its characterized in that: comprises a kneading group, a rubber filter (3), a tabletting forming unit, a rim charge returning device (5) and a rubber sheet conveying device (9) which are communicated with the kneading group and the tabletting forming unit; the kneading group comprises at least 5 kneading machines (1) which are connected in series, wherein any two adjacent kneading machines except the last kneading machine are connected through an inclined conveying device (7), and the last kneading machine along the glue stock conveying direction is respectively communicated with the former kneading machine and a tabletting forming unit through a glue piece conveying device (9); the tablet forming unit comprises at least 2 kneading tablet forming machines (2) which are connected in parallel; the rubber filter (3) is arranged between the kneading unit and the tabletting forming unit;
the number of the kneading machines is 5, one end of the first kneading machine along the conveying direction of the sizing material is provided with a spiral conveying device (4), the spiral conveying device (4) comprises a motor (10), a speed reducer (11), a spiral body, a conveying chamber (14), a feeding hole (12), a discharging hole (17) and a tail bearing (16), the feeding hole (12) is arranged on the upper surface of the starting end of the conveying chamber (14) in a horn shape, the discharging hole (17) is rectangular and is positioned on the lower surface of the tail end of the conveying chamber (14), and the spiral body consists of a main screw (13) and an auxiliary screw (15);
The main screw (13) is composed of a mandrel (1301), full-face spiral blades (1302) which are spirally arranged on the mandrel (1301) and scull spiral blades (1304) which are arranged between the two full-face spiral blades at intervals, wherein the scull spiral blades (1304) are positioned on the same side of the mandrel (1301), scraping plates (1303) are arranged in the vertical direction of the edges of the full-face spiral blades (1302), knife edge treatment is carried out on the edges of the scraping plates (1303), the knife edge is a single-face knife edge, and screw holes are formed in the tail ends of the main screw; the auxiliary screw (15) is a shaftless screw blade, a brush (18) is fixedly arranged at the edge of the shaftless screw blade, the brush (18) consists of a brush handle (1802) and brush hairs (1801), a base corresponding to the screw hole is arranged at the initial end of the shaftless screw blade, and the main screw (13) is fixedly connected with the auxiliary screw (15) through screws;
