the limiting device 8 comprises a first limiting block 81 with three through holes fixed on the movable platen 3, a second limiting block 82 with two through holes fixed on the first hot platen 611, a third limiting block 83 with two through holes fixed on the second hot platen 621, a fourth limiting block 84 with two through holes fixed on the third hot platen 631, a fifth limiting block 85 with one through hole fixed on the fourth hot platen 641, and a sixth limiting block 86 with one through hole fixed on the fifth hot platen 651;
the left through hole of the first limiting block 81, the left through hole of the fourth limiting block 84, the through hole of the fifth limiting block 85 and the through hole of the sixth limiting block 86 are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a first guide rod 87 in a sliding manner; a limiting nut is fixed above the through hole at the left side of the first limiting block 81 in the first guide rod 87, limiting nuts are arranged above and below the through hole of the fifth limiting block 85, and limiting nuts are arranged below the sixth limiting block 86;
the middle through hole of the first limiting block 81, the left through hole of the second limiting block 82, the left through hole of the third limiting block 83 and the right through hole of the fourth limiting block 84 are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a second guide rod 88 in a sliding manner; a limiting nut is fixed above the through hole in the first limiting block 81 of the second guide rod 88, and limiting nuts are arranged above and below the right through hole of the four limiting blocks 84;
the right through hole of the first limiting block 81, the right through hole of the second limiting block 82 and the right through hole of the third limiting block 83 are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a third guide rod 89 in a sliding manner; and the third guide rod 89 is positioned above the right through hole of the first limiting block 81 and is fixedly provided with a limiting nut, and the upper part and the lower part of the second limiting block 82 and the third limiting block 83 are fixedly provided with limiting nuts.
The right through hole of the first limiting block 81, the right through hole of the second limiting block 82 and the right through hole of the third limiting block 83 are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a third guide rod 89 in a sliding manner; a limiting nut is fixed above the right through hole of the first limiting block 81 on the third guide rod 89, and limiting nuts are fixedly arranged above and below the second limiting block 82 and the third limiting block 83.
A heat insulation board 31 is further arranged below the movable pressing plate 3, and a fixed hot pressing plate 32 is arranged below the heat insulation board 31.
In the descending process, the oil cylinder 5 drives the movable pressing plate 3 to move downwards through the oil cylinder connecting plate 33;
when the movable platen 3 moves down to the position of the first hot pressing plate 611, the first hot pressing plate 611 is driven to move down; the right side of the second limiting block 82 is fixed, so that the second hot pressing plate 621 is continuously pressed downwards; the third hot pressing plate 631 is pressed downwards continuously, the fourth hot pressing plate 641 is pressed downwards continuously because the right side of the fourth limiting block 84 is fixed, and the fifth hot pressing plate 651 can be pressed downwards directly because the fifth limiting block 85 is fixed up and down;
the ascending process is the reverse of the descending process.
When the movable pressing plate is positioned at the highest point, the hot pressing plate groups are all lifted, and the height difference between the hot pressing plate groups is equidistant; at the moment, the limiting nuts above the first limiting block are all lifted; and the limiting nuts below the third limiting block and the sixth limiting block lift the corresponding hot pressing plates.
With reference to figures 13 and 14 of the drawings,
the synchronous device 4 comprises two first rotating shafts 41 which are arranged in parallel and fixed on the upper surface of the movable pressure plate 3 through a plurality of flange seats 42, and a second rotating shaft 45 which is vertically arranged between the first rotating shafts 41 and fixed on the movable pressure plate 3 through a plurality of flange seats 42;
the first rotating shaft 41 is parallel to the short side surface of the moving platen 3, and both ends of the first rotating shaft extend to the outer side of the upper surface of the moving platen 3, both ends of the first rotating shaft 41 are provided with transmission gears 46, and the middle position of the first rotating shaft 41 is provided with a first bevel gear 43; a second bevel gear 44 is provided at both ends of the second rotating shaft 45, and the first bevel gear 43 engages with the second bevel gear 44;
the side surfaces of the four brackets 2 at the outer side in the frame structure are respectively provided with a linear gear 47, and when the oil cylinder 5 drives the movable pressing plate 3 to move, the transmission gears 46 can be meshed with the linear gears 47; the first rotating shaft 41 is fixed by three flange seats 42, wherein two flange seats 42 are positioned at the edge of the fixed pressure plate 1, one flange seat 42 is positioned at the rear part of the first bevel gear 43, and the flange seats 42 are fixed on the upper surface of the fixed pressure plate 1 by nuts; the second rotating shaft 45 is fixed by two flange seats 42 positioned at the rear of the second bevel gear 44, and the flange seats 42 are fixed on the upper surface of the fixed pressure plate 1 by nuts.
The second rotating shaft 45 is fixed by two flange seats 42 at the rear of the second bevel gear 84 shaft, and the flange seats 42 are fixed on the upper surface of the fixed pressure plate 1 by nuts.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the conveying device moves the external plate to be pressed to a proper position; the oil cylinder presses down, and the synchronizing device can ensure that the movable pressing plate synchronously presses down four corners; the limiting device can ensure that the conveying device is pressed down and reset; hot fluid is introduced into the hot pressing plates in the conveying device, so that a certain temperature can be guaranteed when the plates are pressed; the wood board on the fixed pressing plate can play a good heat preservation role.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) The conveying device can clamp cloth through the fixing device to manufacture the conveying belt, and compared with the fixing structure of the existing conveying belt, the conveying device can be detached at any time, and is convenient and reliable;
(2) The synchronous device can realize synchronous ascending and descending of the movable pressing plate;
(3) The limiting device can restore to the original station in the process of ascending and resetting after the conveying device descends;
(4) The device has a simple frame structure, is convenient to install, and can play a role in reducing the volume of the press.

1. A press comprises a fixed pressing plate (1) and a frame which is composed of a plurality of brackets (2) and is provided with an upper mirror image installation space and a lower mirror image installation space;
both ends of the inside of the bracket (2) are provided with oil cylinders (5), and the driving ends of the oil cylinders (5) are connected with a movable pressing plate (3) arranged in the mounting space through oil cylinder connecting plates (33);
the method is characterized in that:
one end of the bracket (2) is connected with a bottom plate (23);
a plurality of conveying devices (6) are connected between the movable pressing plate (3) and the fixed pressing plate (1) through a limiting device positioned at the rear part of the oil cylinder (5); the upper part of the movable pressing plate (3) is also provided with a synchronizing device (4); the oil cylinder (5) can drive the movable pressing plate (3) to move up and down towards the fixed pressing plate (1) and drive the conveying devices (6) to realize limiting up and down movement; the synchronizing device (4) can control four corners of the movable pressing plate (3) to synchronously descend;
the number of the conveying devices (6) positioned on one side of the fixed pressing plate (1) is five, and the five conveying devices (6) are a first conveying device (61), a second conveying device (62), a third conveying device (63), a fourth conveying device (64) and a fifth conveying device (65) from top to bottom in sequence;
the device also comprises a first hot pressing plate (611), a connecting frame (613), a frame-shaped chain box (614), a rotating shaft (615) and a roller (616);
the first conveying device (61) comprises a conveying belt (612) arranged on a roller (616), and the conveying belt (612) comprises two fixing devices (6121) and a conveying cloth wound on the fixing devices (6121);
the fixing device (6121) comprises a fixing block (61211), a clamping device (61212) and a U-shaped buckle (61213); the number of the fixing blocks (61211) is two, two mounting holes are formed in the fixing block (61211), the number of the clamping devices (61212) is two, each clamping device comprises a connector (612121), a cylindrical rod (612122), a clamping ring (612123) and an arc clamping plate (612124), the number of the connectors (612121) is two, two ends of the cylindrical rod (612122) are fixedly connected to the connectors (612121), the connectors (612121) are rotatably mounted in the mounting holes, the number of the clamping rings (612123) is two, the clamping rings (612124) are sleeved on the cylindrical rod (612122), and the arc clamping plates (612123) are clamped on the clamping rings;
the connectors (612121) are all hexagonal connectors, through holes are formed in the opposite surfaces of the connectors (612121), one side of each U-shaped buckle (61213) is a W-shaped side (612131), the other side of each U-shaped buckle is a linear side, the linear sides are connected with two adjacent connectors (612121) in a penetrating mode through the through holes, and the W-shaped sides (612131) are clamped on one surfaces of the connectors (612121);
the number of the connecting frames (613) is four, and the connecting frames are respectively arranged at the edges of the two longer sides of the first hot pressing plate (611);
the connecting frame (613) comprises a first connecting plate (6131), two connecting rods (6132) and a second connecting plate (6133), wherein the first connecting plate (6131) is fixed at the edge of the longer side of the first hot pressing plate (611), the connecting rods (6132) are respectively vertically connected with the first connecting plate (6131), and the second connecting plate (6133) is vertically connected with the connecting rods (6132);
the number of the frame-shaped chain boxes (614) is two, and the two frame-shaped chain boxes are respectively and fixedly arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the connecting rod (6132) positioned at the same side of the first hot pressing plate (611);
the rotating shaft (615) is sleeved on the second connecting plate (6133), a rotating gear (6151) is arranged on the rotating shaft (615), a chain (6141) is arranged in the frame-shaped chain box (614), and the chain (6141) is arranged on the rotating gear (6151);
the conveying belt (612) is sleeved on the first hot pressing plate (611) and the roller (616);
the power device comprises a motor connecting plate (617) and a motor (618);
the motor connecting plate (617) is fixed on the second connecting plate (6133), the motor (618) is fixed on the motor connecting plate (617), and a driving shaft of the motor (618) is connected with the rotating shaft (615).
2. A press as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that: the first conveying device (61), the second conveying device (62), the third conveying device (63), the fourth conveying device (64) and the fifth conveying device (65) are respectively provided with a first hot pressing plate (611), a second hot pressing plate (621), a third hot pressing plate (631), a fourth hot pressing plate (641) and a fifth hot pressing plate (651);
the limiting device comprises a first limiting block (81) which is fixed on the movable pressing plate (3) and provided with three through holes, a second limiting block (82) which is fixed on the first hot pressing plate (611) and provided with two through holes, a third limiting block (83) which is fixed on the second hot pressing plate (621) and provided with two through holes, a fourth limiting block (84) which is fixed on the third hot pressing plate (631) and provided with two through holes, a fifth limiting block (85) which is fixed on the fourth hot pressing plate (641) and provided with one through hole, and a sixth limiting block (86) which is fixed on the fifth hot pressing plate (651) and provided with one through hole;
the left through hole of the first limiting block (81), the left through hole of the fourth limiting block (84), the through hole of the fifth limiting block (85) and the through hole of the sixth limiting block (86) are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a first guide rod (87) in a sliding manner; a limiting nut is fixed above the through hole in the left side of the first limiting block (81) of the first guide rod (87), limiting nuts are arranged above and below the through hole in the fifth limiting block (85), and limiting nuts are arranged below the sixth limiting block (86);
the middle through hole of the first limiting block (81), the left through hole of the second limiting block (82), the left through hole of the third limiting block (83) and the right through hole of the fourth limiting block (84) are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a second guide rod (88) in a sliding manner; a limiting nut is fixed above the through hole in the first limiting block (81) of the second guide rod (88), and limiting nuts are arranged above and below the right through hole of the fourth limiting block (84);
the right through hole of the first limiting block (81), the right through hole of the second limiting block (82) and the right through hole of the third limiting block (83) are positioned on the same vertical line and are connected with a third guide rod (89) in a sliding manner; and the third guide rod (89) is positioned above the right through hole of the first limiting block (81) and is fixedly provided with a limiting nut, and the upper part and the lower part of the second limiting block (82) and the third limiting block (83) are fixedly provided with limiting nuts.
3. A press as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that:
the fixed pressing plate (1) is of a cubic box body structure, and a groove (11) parallel to the long side of the long side is formed in the central position on the long side of the fixed pressing plate (1);
the support (2) comprises two support plates (21) which are arranged in parallel, and two ends of each support plate (21) are connected with each other through a connecting block (22); a convex support plate connecting plate (211) is arranged on the side surface of the middle position of each support plate (21), a convex long-strip-shaped connecting rib (212) is arranged on the outer side of each support plate connecting plate (211), and a connecting rib groove (213) is formed in each connecting rib (212);

the first rotating shaft (41) is parallel to the short side surface of the movable pressing plate (3), two ends of the first rotating shaft extend to the outer side of the upper surface of the movable pressing plate (3), transmission gears (46) are arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft (41), and a first bevel gear (43) is arranged in the middle of the first rotating shaft (41); a second bevel gear (44) is arranged at each of two ends of the second rotating shaft (45), and the first bevel gear (43) is meshed with the second bevel gear (44);
the side surfaces of four brackets (2) at the outer side in the frame structure are respectively provided with a linear gear (47), and when the oil cylinder (5) drives the movable pressing plate (3) to move, the transmission gears (46) can be engaged with the linear gears (47); the first rotating shaft (41) is fixed through three flange seats (42), two flange seats (42) are positioned at the edge of the movable pressure plate (3), one flange seat (42) is positioned at the rear part of the first bevel gear (43), and the flange seats (42) are fixed on the upper surface of the movable pressure plate (3) through nuts; the second rotating shaft (45) is fixed through two flange seats (42) which are positioned at the rear part of the second bevel gear (44), and the flange seats (42) are fixed on the upper surface of the movable pressure plate (3) through nuts.
5. A press as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: the oil tank (7) is arranged on the support (2), and the oil tank (7) is used for supplying oil to the oil cylinder (5).
