Abstract
The invention relates to a processing tool for an ITO brittle material, which comprises a main pusher, a backing plate and a bracket. The processing tool for the ITO brittle material clamps the brittle material with proper force aiming at the long brittle material, improves the machinability of the brittle material, has high yield and stable grinding quality of the brittle material.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machining, in particular to a machining tool for an ITO (indium tin oxide) brittle material.
Background
In a traditional internal machining machine tool, a clamp with a three-jaw or four-jaw chuck is used for clamping an internal workpiece, and then internal machining is carried out. For a common workpiece, the inner circle is feasible to process, however, if the workpiece is made of a brittle material, the workpiece is inconvenient to clamp or unstable to clamp, and the workpiece is easy to fall off; or the clamping is too tight, and the workpiece is clamped and broken. The rotating target workpiece belongs to the brittle material, and the inner circle machining of the brittle material is difficult to machine all the time.
The invention provides a processing tool for ITO brittle materials to solve the technical problem.

The invention aims to overcome the technical problems, designs a set of clamp for processing the inner circle, effectively solves the problems of clamping of brittle materials and processing of the inner circle, and improves the quality and production efficiency of products.

the backing plate comprises a plurality of first through holes which penetrate through the backing plate from front to back;

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a processing tool 100 for ITO brittle materials is used for processing an ITO target 200, wherein the ITO target 200 is a cylindrical workpiece with a length of 1000 mm; the processing tool 100 includes a main pusher 110, a pad 120, a support 130, and a grinder 140.
The main pushing device 110 includes a force rod 111, a circular disc 112 connected and fixed to one end of the force rod 111, a plurality of fixing screws 114, and a plurality of claw hook sets 113 fixed to the other surface of the circular disc 112 through the screws 114, in this embodiment, the main pushing device 110 includes two claw hook sets 113. Each of the claw hook sets 113 includes three claw hooks 113a having the same length, the claw hooks 113a of different claw hook sets 113 have different lengths, each of the claw hooks 113a includes a straight portion 113a1 and an inclined head 113a2, and the straight portion 113a1 is fixed to the screw 114.
The backing plate 120 includes a plurality of first through holes 121 extending therethrough, and each of the hooks 113a extends through the first through holes 121.
The bracket 130 includes a first end 131, a second end 132, and a middle portion 133 connecting the first end 131 and the second end 132, each of the first end 131 and the second end 132 includes a plurality of second through holes 136 penetrating back and forth and a side hole 135 opened at a side and communicating with the second through holes 136, the bracket 130 further includes a plurality of cylindrical stoppers 134 capable of being vertically inserted into the side holes 135, each stopper 134 includes a third through hole 134a penetrating obliquely, and each claw hook 113a is capable of penetrating the second through hole 136 back and forth and being inserted into the third through hole 134 a.
The grinder 140 includes a grinding spindle 141 and a grinding wheel 142, and the grinding wheel 142 is used for grinding the inner circle of the ITO target 200. In other embodiments, the grinder may be replaced with a knife that includes a knife holding shaft and a knife body.
In this embodiment, the main pusher 110 includes a first claw hook group and a second claw hook group, the first claw hook group includes three long claw hooks, the second claw hook group includes three short claw hooks, the long claw hooks can sequentially penetrate through the first through hole 121, the second through hole 136 on the first end 131, the second through hole 136 on the second end 132, and insert into the third through hole 134a, the short claw hooks can sequentially penetrate through the first through hole 121, the second through hole 136 on the first end 131, and insert into the third through hole 134a, so that the stopper 134 and the side hole 135 are completely engaged, the stopper 134 can internally press the ITO target 200 with a proper force, thereby fixing the ITO target 200 through 6 points, please refer to fig. 3, the grinder 140 grinds the inner circle of the ITO target 200; after the grinding is completed, the main pusher 110 may be pulled out to drive the long claw hook and the short claw hook to exit from the third through hole 134a, and since the third through hole 134a is an inclined hole, the exit of the long claw hook and the short claw hook may drive the stoppers 134 to be loosened outward, 6 stoppers are no longer tightly attached to the ITO target 200, and the ITO target 200 may be removed from the processing tool 100.
The present processing tool 100 may also be used for processing other brittle materials besides ITO targets.
The processing tool 100 for the ITO brittle material of the invention clamps the brittle material with proper force aiming at the long brittle material, improves the machinability of the brittle material, has high yield and stable grinding quality of the brittle material.
