A gastric lavage device characterized by: the gastric lavage device comprises an outer tube (1), an inner tube (2), a support frame (21), a pressure control module (3), a double-end motor (4), a liquid inlet pump (5), a liquid outlet pump (6), a lavage bottle (7), a recovery bottle (8), a one-way valve and a control box (9), wherein the inner tube (2) is positioned inside the outer tube (1), the support frame (21) is arranged on the outer wall of the inner tube (2), the support frame (21) is in contact with the inner wall of the outer tube (1), the inner tube (2) is kept stable in the outer tube (1) through the support frame (21), and the inner tube (2) is used for pumping liquid inside the stomach; a liquid inlet is formed in the side wall of the outer pipe (1), and the outer pipe (1) is used for injecting cleaning liquid into the stomach; the pressure control module (3) is used for adjusting the pressure of cleaning fluid entering the stomach, so that excessive damage to the stomach is avoided; the double-head motor (4) is used for driving the liquid inlet pump (5) and the liquid outlet pump (6) to work simultaneously; the liquid inlet pump (5) is used for injecting cleaning liquid into the outer pipe (1) through a liquid inlet, and the liquid inlet pump (5) is connected with the cleaning liquid bottle (7); the liquid outlet pump (6) is used for pumping out liquid in the stomach through the inner tube (2), the liquid outlet pump (6) is connected with the recovery bottle (8), and the liquid inlet pump (5) and the liquid outlet pump (6) are both connected with a one-way valve; the control box (9) is used for controlling the operation of the gastric lavage machine;
the outer tube (1) is provided with a liquid outlet hole (11), and the liquid outlet hole (11) on the outer tube (1) is used for washing the stomach side wall and the esophagus; the existence of the liquid outlet hole (11) on the outer tube (1) ensures that harmful objects adhered to the stomach wall or in the esophagus can be cleaned, thereby improving the working efficiency and the cleaning effect;
the pressure control module (3) comprises a pressure control plate (31), a steel wire rope (32), a winding drum (33), a winding motor (34) and an ultrasonic probe (35), and a sliding groove is vertically formed in the outer wall of one end, placed into the stomach, of the inner tube (2); the control pressure plate (31) is arranged on the outer side of the inner pipe (2) through a sliding chute, the control pressure plate (31) can slide along the inner pipe (2) to block the outer pipe (1), and the control pressure plate (31) is used for controlling the flow rate of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the end part of the outer pipe (1); the steel wire rope (32) is positioned between the outer pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2), and the steel wire rope (32) is used for pulling the movement of the control pressure plate (31); the winding drum (33) is used for winding a steel wire rope (32); the winding motor (34) is used for driving the winding drum (33) to rotate; the ultrasonic probe (35) is arranged on the pressure control plate (31), and the ultrasonic probe (35) is used for detecting the volume change of the stomach; when the ultrasonic probe (35) detects that the volume change in the stomach is overlarge, the pressure in the stomach is overlarge at the moment, the winding motor (34) drives the winding drum (33) to rotate, the winding drum (33) winds the steel wire rope (32) on the winding drum (33), and the steel wire rope (32) pulls the air compression plate to move towards the end part of the outer tube (1), so that the flow of cleaning fluid flowing out from the space between the inner tube and the outer tube is reduced, and the bleeding in the stomach is avoided;
