Detailed Description
As in fig. 1, a mechanical flushing device comprising a pressurizing device and a flushing head 5;
said pressurizing means comprise a set of relatively moving members for applying pressure to the fluid bag 6; the device also comprises a driving device for driving the parts to move relatively, wherein the driving device comprises a spring;
the flushing head 5 is connected with the liquid bag 6 through the flexible pipeline 2. With this configuration, the function of pressurizing the liquid bag 6 is achieved, so that the cleaning liquid is introduced into the cleaning head 5 from the flexible pipe 2, and a certain pressure of the cleaning liquid is ensured, so that the cleaning surface is cleaned.
In a preferred scheme, in the pressurizing device, the cylinder 104 is movably connected with the upper cover 101 in a hinged manner;
the slider 106 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the cylinder 104, and at least one spring is provided between the slider 106 and the cylinder 104, and a member for applying pressure to the fluid bag 6 is formed between the slider 106 and the upper cover 101. The slider 106 is urged upward in fig. 1 by a spring, whereby the urging force of the spring is applied to the liquid bag 6.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the spring is a gas spring;
the structure of the gas spring is as follows: the cylinder 109 is slidably connected to the piston 110, a vent hole 111 is provided in the piston 110, a rod of the piston 110 is abutted against a bottom of the slider 106, and a first spring 108 is provided between the piston 110 and the cylinder 109. When the first spring 108 is released, since air is required to enter the cylinder 109 from the vent hole 111 during the movement of the piston, the negative pressure in the cylinder 109 reduces the movement speed of the piston, and the pressure is slowly released to the slider 106 by the piston 110, thereby avoiding the influence of abrupt pressure change.
In the preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 2-4, an upper cover 101 is connected with a cylinder 104 through a pin 103, and the upper cover 101 is provided with a buckle 102 for connecting the cylinder 104;
the side wall of the cylinder 104 is provided with a barb 1051 for locking the position of the sliding block 106, the barb 1051 is pivoted with the cylinder 104 through a shaft, and a spring for driving the barb 1051 to rotate towards the cylinder direction is arranged between the barb 1051 and the cylinder 104. With this structure, when the slider 106 is pushed down until the slider 106 is locked by the barb 1051, and then the flexible tube 2 is led out from the notch at the top edge of the cylinder 104 after the liquid bag 6 is put in, the installation of the liquid bag 6 is completed. At this point, the barb 1051 is released and the first spring 108 springs up, exerting pressure on the fluid bag 6 via the slider 106.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a top pin 1052 for rotating the barb 1051 away from the barrel is further disposed in the barrel 104, a slope 1054 is disposed at the tail of the top pin 1052, a slot-shaped hole is disposed on the barb 1051, a slope is disposed at the bottom of the pressure rod 1053, the pressure rod 1053 vertically passes through the slot-shaped hole, and the slope at the bottom of the pressure rod 1053 contacts with the slope at the tail of the top pin 1052. Not shown in the drawings, a button for pressing the pressing rod 1053 is further included, the button is movably provided to the upper cover 101, and the bottom of the button is in contact with the top of the pressing rod 1053. With this structure, by pressing the push button, the push rod 1053 is pressed, the inclined surface of the bottom of the push rod 1053 pushes the knock pin 1052 out, so that the barb 1051 rotates, the slider 106 is released, and then the first spring 108 is sprung up, and the pressure is applied to the fluid bag 6 by the slider 106. The advantage of this example is that the pressure is evenly distributed over the surface of the fluid bag 6. Compared with suspension type flushing, the flushing pressure is larger, the equipment is smaller in size, the pipeline does not interfere with the operation of nurses, the use is very convenient, the liquid is filled in the liquid bag, the whole process does not need equipment such as a pump to participate, and the risk of pollution does not occur.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in the flushing head 5, one end of the inner cylinder 51 of the flushing head is connected with the connector 56 of the flushing head, the other end is a closed end, and at least one water spraying hole 53 of the flushing head is arranged on the outer wall of the inner cylinder 51 of the flushing head. With this structure, when the flushing head connector 56 is connected to the flexible pipe 2, the pressurized cleaning liquid enters the flushing head inner cylinder 51 and is sprayed out from the water spraying hole 53, thereby achieving the cleaning effect. The outer diameter of the irrigation head inner barrel 51 enables the folds in the vagina to be stretched for irrigation.

The flushing head 54 is of a circular arc structure, and a rubber ring with a closing-in is arranged at the edge;
a groove for accommodating the rubber ring is correspondingly arranged at the closed end of the inner barrel 51 of the flushing head. With this construction, the rinse head 54 is prevented from falling out during use.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the outer washing head cylinder 52 is connected with the inner washing head cylinder 51 in a threaded and sealed manner, the connection position between the outer washing head cylinder 52 and the inner washing head cylinder 51 is one end where the washing head connector 56 is located, a gap is provided between the free end of the outer washing head cylinder 52 and the outer wall of the inner washing head cylinder 51 for the passage of the liquid after washing, and a washing head drain hole 57 is provided in the outer washing head cylinder 52. With this structure, the cleaning liquid after cleaning is discharged conveniently.
In the preferred scheme, as shown in fig. 5, a flushing head backwater part 55 which is concave inwards is arranged at a position of the flushing head inner cylinder 51 close to the free end of the flushing head outer cylinder 52; with this structure, resistance is reduced.
The free end of the outer barrel 52 is correspondingly provided with a diameter reducing structure, preferably having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the inner barrel 51.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a regulating valve 3 is disposed on a flexible pipeline 2, and the regulating valve 3 has the following structure: a groove for rolling the pressing wheel 33 is arranged in the shell 31, a gap for pressing the flexible pipeline 2 is formed between the outer wall of the pressing wheel 33 and the bottom wall of the groove, a chute 32 is arranged on the side wall of the groove, and a pressing wheel shaft 34 is arranged in the chute 32. The distance between the outer wall of the pressure wheel shaft 34 and the bottom wall of the groove can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the pressure wheel 33 on the chute 32, so that the through-flow section of the flexible pipeline 2 is adjusted, and the flow rate of liquid is adjusted.
