Description

Luminous oral implant
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral implantation, in particular to a luminous oral implant, wherein a light source can be arranged in the oral implant.
Background
Since the Swedish scientist Branemark invented the pure titanium implant system in 1965, the system becomes a mainstream technical support for oral implantation due to excellent biocompatibility and proper bending strength, but the defects of the system are gradually highlighted along with the expansion of the application range: (1) the aesthetic appearance of the gingiva is seriously affected by the exposure of metal and the penetration of metal ions into soft tissues after the gingiva atrophy in the aesthetic region of the anterior teeth, and (2) the patients cannot accept special examinations such as nuclear magnetic resonance because of the metal in the body. Therefore, since the study of zirconia ceramics as a bioimplant by scholars in the 60's of the 20 th century, all-ceramic implants have received great attention in the oral implant field due to their excellent aesthetic properties, mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Although the all-ceramic implant overcomes the defects of the metal implant, the problem of biological inertia of materials exists, namely, the ceramic surface lacks groups which are chemically bonded with living bone tissues, good osseointegration is difficult to form, and the initial stability and the long-term stability are poor. Therefore, a large number of methods for modifying the surface of the porcelain implant are developed, mainly comprising physical means, chemical means, surface coating and the like, and the common technologies comprise an ion injection method, a plasma spraying method, chemical vapor deposition, a bionic synthesis method, bionic solution deposition, acid-base soaking, ultraviolet irradiation, laser treatment and the like, and certain progress is achieved.
However, most of the current modification methods are limited to the surface treatment of porcelain, the recent and long-term osseointegration effect is far inferior to that of metal implants, and the popularization of porcelain implants is greatly hindered. Based on the advantages of the porcelain implant, the invention fully exerts the advantage of light transmittance of the porcelain material, places the wireless LED light source with the photo-biological regulation function into the hollow structure of the implant, regulates the new bone generation speed and quality in real time according to the human bone formation rule, improves the initial stability and the new bone formation amount, obtains stable bone union, shortens the recovery time, reduces the inflammatory reaction, perfectly considers the aesthetics and the functionality, and obviously improves the life quality of patients.
In addition, titanium and porcelain implants are currently subject to the problem that peri-implantitis is difficult to treat, which can be prevented by maintaining good oral hygiene, but is difficult to control and recover once inflammation occurs.
In summary, the invention provides a novel solution for overcoming the defects of low osseointegration speed, low new bone generation amount, poor early stability of the implant, difficult control of peri-implant inflammation and the like widely existing in metal implants at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Through a large number of early experiments, the inventor finds that green light with the wavelength of 500-560 nm has an excellent effect of promoting osteogenesis, after the implant is implanted into bones, the implant is subjected to light stimulation, firm osseointegration can be formed in three days, and the new bone formation amount is nearly doubled compared with that of a control group in thirty days; the blue light with the wavelength of 400-480 nm has the effect of killing periodontal pathogens, and the blue light is assisted in the treatment process of peri-implantitis, so that the control speed of bacteria can be remarkably increased, and a good treatment effect is obtained.
The invention provides a luminous oral implant, wherein a light source can be arranged in the oral implant, the light source can emit green light with the wavelength of 500-560 nm and blue light with the wavelength of 400-480 nm, and new bone generation is promoted by a photodynamic means, periodontal pathogenic bacteria are effectively killed, and peri-implantitis is effectively prevented.
