技术领域
本发明属于构树种植技术领域,具体涉及一种提高构树苗存活率的营养液。
背景技术
构树,为落叶乔木,高10~20m;树皮平滑呈暗灰色,不易裂,小枝密生柔毛,树冠张开,卵形至广卵形,全株含乳汁。构树的根系浅,侧根分布很广,生长快,萌芽力和分蘖力强,耐修剪。在中国的温带、热带均有分布,不论平原、丘陵或山地都能生长,其叶是很好的猪饲料,其韧皮纤维是造纸的高级原料,材质洁白,其根和种子均可入药,树液可治皮肤病,经济价值很高。
目前,在构树的种植中,大都是将构树本体的部分细胞或组织放置在组培瓶中进行培养,使它们能够生长、发育、分化与增殖以获得构树苗,然后将构树苗移栽至土壤中。移栽时,由于构树苗的根系较为脆弱,不能快速地吸收土壤中的营养元素,构树苗营养不足,容易死亡,所以移栽后的构树苗存活率低。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种提高构树苗存活率的营养液,以解决构树苗根系较为脆弱,不能快速地吸收土壤中的营养元素,导致移栽后的构树苗存活率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供如下方案:提高构树苗存活率的营养液,按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙13~17份、萘乙酸8~11份、复硝酚钠20~26份、邻苯二酚6~7份、葡萄糖80~88份、肌醇17~19份和130~140份水组成。
进一步,所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙13份、萘乙酸8份、复硝酚钠20份、邻苯二酚6份、葡萄糖80份、肌醇17份和130份水组成。
进一步,所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙15份、萘乙酸9.5份、复硝酚钠23份、邻苯二酚6.5份、葡萄糖84份、肌醇18份和135份水组成。
进一步,所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙17份、萘乙酸11份、复硝酚钠26份、邻苯二酚7份、葡萄糖88份、肌醇19份和140份水组成。
上述营养液的制备方法为:包括以下步骤:步骤一、按重量份准备各原料;
步骤二、将二苯基脲磺酸钙溶于30~40℃的水中得A液;
步骤三、将邻苯二酚和葡糖糖混合得B液;
步骤四、先将A液和B液混合静置55~65min后,再加入肌醇、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠,混合得营养液。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的营养液由多种激素、糖类物质、肌醇和水配制而成,能够促进构树的根系生长,强化构树根系吸收能力,提高了构树苗的存活率。且制备时,葡萄糖和邻苯二酚反应会生成邻苯醌,而邻苯醌逐步缩合为复合的多酚类化合物,多酚类化合物能提高构树的抗菌能力,增加构树的抗逆能力。
其中,二苯基脲磺酸钙可提高构树对营养成分的运转和吸收能力,促进植物细胞的分裂,可调控植物体内多种酶的活性、叶绿素含量、根茎叶和芽的发育,有促进发芽、加快生长、壮枝绿叶的功效,同时也有促进发根的效果。
萘乙酸具有促进细胞分裂与扩大,促进原有根系的生长,并诱导新根的生成。
复硝酚钠,具有促进细胞原生质流动、提高细胞活力、加速,植株生长发育、促根壮苗、增强抗逆能力。
葡萄糖是活细胞的能量来源和新陈代谢中间产物,即生物的主要供能物质。植物可通过光合作用产生葡萄糖。但构树栽植初期植物叶子少,光合作用产生的葡萄糖低,不足以满足构树营养的需要,所以加入葡糖糖以有效保证农作物各生物时期的营养补给,不仅效果好,而且成本低。
肌醇广泛分布在动物和植物体内,是动物、微生物的生长因子,有促进细胞生长的功效,在本方案中加入肌醇,能提高构树苗体内酶的活性,促进维生素的合成,以促进茎部和根部的生长。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:提高构树苗存活率的营养液,该营养液由二苯基脲磺酸钙130g、萘乙酸80g、复硝酚钠200g、邻苯二酚60g、葡萄糖800g、肌醇170g和1300g水组成。
该营养液的制备方法为:包括以下步骤:步骤一、按上述重量准备各原料;
步骤二、将二苯基脲磺酸钙溶于30℃的水中得A液;
步骤三、将邻苯二酚和葡糖糖混合得B液;
步骤四、先将A液和B液混合静置55min后,再加入肌醇、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠,混合得营养液。
实施例2:提高构树苗存活率的营养液,该营养液由二苯基脲磺酸钙150g、萘乙酸95g、复硝酚钠230g、邻苯二酚65g、葡萄糖840g、肌醇180g和1350g水组成。
该营养液的制备方法为:包括以下步骤:步骤一、按上述重量准备各原料;
步骤二、将二苯基脲磺酸钙溶于35℃的水中得A液;
步骤三、将邻苯二酚和葡糖糖混合得B液;
步骤四、先将A液和B液混合静置60min后,再加入肌醇、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠,混合得营养液。
实施例3:提高构树苗存活率的营养液,该营养液由二苯基脲磺酸钙170g、萘乙酸110g、复硝酚钠260g、邻苯二酚70g、葡萄糖880g、肌醇190g和1400g水组成。
该营养液的制备方法为:包括以下步骤:步骤一、按上述重量准备各原料;
步骤二、将二苯基脲磺酸钙溶于40℃的水中得A液;
步骤三、将邻苯二酚和葡糖糖混合得B液;
步骤四、先将A液和B液混合静置65min后,再加入肌醇、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠,混合得营养液。
将实施例1~3制得的营养液对构树苗注射30天后对构树进行检查,得数据如下:
实施例1:每亩土地栽植的1100棵构树中,平均死亡构树为14棵,构树的存活率为98.72%。
实施例2:每亩土地栽植的1100棵构树中,平均死亡构树为17棵,构树的存活率为98.45%。
实施例3:每亩土地栽植的1100棵构树中,平均死亡构树为13棵,构树的存活率为98.81%。
而没有对构树进行注射营养液的情况中,每亩土地栽植的1100棵构树中,平均死亡构树为64棵,构树的存活率为94.18%。
由以上数据明显得知,使用本发明的营养液对构树苗进行注射,能大幅度提高构树苗的存活率。

1.提高构树苗存活率的营养液,其特征在于:所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙13~17份、萘乙酸8~11份、复硝酚钠20~26份、邻苯二酚6~7份、葡萄糖80~88份、肌醇17~19份和130~140份水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高构树苗存活率的营养液,其特征在于:所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙13份、萘乙酸8份、复硝酚钠20份、邻苯二酚6份、葡萄糖80份、肌醇17份和130份水组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高构树苗存活率的营养液,其特征在于:所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙15份、萘乙酸9.5份、复硝酚钠23份、邻苯二酚6.5份、葡萄糖84份、肌醇18份和135份水组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高构树苗存活率的营养液,其特征在于:所述营养液按重量份数由:二苯基脲磺酸钙17份、萘乙酸11份、复硝酚钠26份、邻苯二酚7份、葡萄糖88份、肌醇19份和140份水组成。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的营养液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按重量份准备各原料;
步骤二、将二苯基脲磺酸钙溶于30~40℃的水中得A液;
步骤三、将邻苯二酚和葡糖糖混合得B液;
步骤四、先将A液和B液混合静置55~65min后,再加入肌醇、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠,混合得营养液。
