Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides a method for triggering a dynamic policy by a platform/user side after a PCC dynamic policy is disconnected due to change of a wireless environment, and aims to solve the limitation of an application process that the platform/user side needs to trigger the dynamic policy again. The method and the system enhance the PCRF, cache the abnormally released dynamic policy through the PCRF, automatically recover the dynamic policy for the user by the network side after the wireless environment becomes better, improve the user experience, do not need the platform/user side to trigger the application process of the dynamic policy again, and save the signaling overhead.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a dynamic policy recovery method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes:
s102, the OTT server or the capability open platform applies for the PCC dynamic strategy for the user. The terminal wireless access environment is the first access type at this time.
S104, in the service using process, the wireless access environment becomes poor, the terminal wireless access environment falls back from the first access type to the second access type, for example, the terminal changes from the fourth generation access environment to the third generation access environment or the second generation access environment, the PCRF (policy and charging rule function) receives a release message of the dynamic policy reported by the PCEF (policy and charging enforcement function), the release message includes a release reason, and the release reason is an unknown abnormal reason. The unknown cause of the abnormality may be, for example, a change in the wireless access environment of the terminal.
The "first access type" and the "second access type" in this embodiment are used to distinguish different access types, and are not used to indicate the meaning of size or timing.
S106, the PCRF stores the information of the released dynamic policy, wherein the information of the dynamic policy comprises the user identification information and the dynamic policy, and further comprises first address information used by the terminal before the release.
The subscriber identity information may be, for example, an IMSI (international mobile subscriber identity) or a mobile station ISDN (integrated services digital network) number. The dynamic policy includes information such as QoS, rate, etc. The address information of the terminal may be, for example, an IP address.
S108, the wireless access environment is changed to be good, the wireless access environment of the terminal is changed from the second access type to the first access type, for example, the terminal is recovered to be a fourth generation access environment from a third generation access environment or a second generation access environment, the PCRF receives a message for recovering the wireless access environment of the terminal reported by the PCEF, and the recovery message comprises user identification information. In addition, since the user address may change, the recovery message may further include second address information currently used by the terminal.
S110, PCRF according to the user identification information in the recovery message, searches the corresponding dynamic policy from the stored information of the dynamic policy, and sends the searched dynamic policy to PCEF for execution. If the user address changes, the PCRF further needs to update the first address information in the stored information of the dynamic policy to the second address information.
Therefore, the network side automatically restores the dynamic strategy for the user, the user experience is improved, the platform/user side does not need to trigger the application process of the dynamic strategy again, and the signaling overhead is saved.
The invention can actively initiate the dynamic strategy release process by the terminal, for example, the terminal actively initiates the release message or the attachment request of the dynamic strategy, and the PCRF releases the dynamic strategy when receiving the release message or the attachment request of the dynamic strategy actively initiated by the terminal.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a dynamic policy recovery method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment includes:
s200, the user uses the service and requests a guarantee strategy from the OTT server through the terminal.
S201, the OTT server sends a QoS resource request message (applyqosresourcererequest) to the capability openness platform.
S202, the capability opening platform sends an AAR (authentication and authorization request) message to the PCRF, wherein the AAR message carries a dynamic policy.
S203, the PCRF sends an AAA (authentication authorization response) message to the capability openness platform.
S204, PCRF sends RAR (re-authorization request) message to PCEF, wherein the RAR message carries dynamic policy.
S205, the PCEF sends an RAA (re-authorization response) message to the PCRF. The PCEF then charges the user according to the dynamic policy.
S206, the capability openness platform sends a QoS resource response request message (ApplyQoSResourceResponse) to the OTT server.
At this time, the terminal radio access environment becomes poor, and the terminal falls back to cdma 1x from LTE, for example.
S207, the PCEF sends a CCR (credit control request) message to the PCRF, and reports a release dynamic policy, where the message may carry an unknown cause of the release (RAT-CHANGE).
S208, the PCRF sends a CCA (credit control response) message to the PCEF. The PCRF stores information of dynamic policies including, for example, IMSI, QoS policy, IP1 used by the terminal before release.
In this case, the terminal radio access environment is improved, and the terminal changes from cdma 1x to LTE, for example.
S209, the PCEF sends a CCR message to the PCRF, and reports the recovery of the wireless access environment of the terminal, wherein the message comprises the IMSI and the IP2 currently used by the terminal.
S210, the PCRF searches a corresponding dynamic policy (QoS policy) according to the IMSI, rebinding the dynamic policy, and updating the address information in the information of the dynamic policy to IP 2. And the PCRF sends the CCA message to the PCEF and sends the searched dynamic policy to the PCEF for execution.
Therefore, the network side automatically restores the dynamic strategy for the user, the user experience is improved, the platform/user side does not need to trigger the application process of the dynamic strategy again, and the signaling overhead is saved.
