In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can monitor whether the second sound signal of the other party of the call enters the second preset state. The terminal can start monitoring when the local call user connects the incoming call and finish monitoring when the local call user finishes the call. The second preset state described in the embodiment of the present invention may be that the loudness value of the second sound signal is greater than or equal to a preset second loudness threshold. The terminal may calculate a loudness value of the second sound signal from the received second sound signal according to a preset processing time interval. After obtaining the loudness value of the second sound signal, the terminal may determine whether the loudness value of the second sound signal is greater than or equal to a preset second loudness threshold, where the preset second loudness threshold may be 70 decibels or other values, and is not limited herein. And when the terminal judges that the loudness value of the second sound signal is greater than or equal to the preset second loudness threshold value, the terminal can judge that the second sound signal of the other party of the terminal call enters a second preset state.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the second sound signal enters the second preset state, the second obtaining unit 400 may obtain a second time length that the second sound signal is in the second preset state. The second time length may be a time length of the second sound signal between entering the second preset state and exiting the second preset state. Wherein the exit of the second sound signal from the second preset state may be: when the loudness value of the obtained second sound signal is smaller than the preset first loudness threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the end user may preset a second condition, and the second determining unit 500 may determine whether the second time duration satisfies the preset second condition according to the preset second condition. Wherein the second condition may be whether the second length of time is greater than or equal to a preset second time threshold. For example: greater than or equal to 2 s.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the second judging unit 500 judges that the second time duration satisfies the second condition, the second output unit 600 may output a preset prompt message. Wherein the prompting message can be used to prompt the end user to speak a louder voice point. Wherein, the preset prompt message includes: picture information, audio information, and vibration information.
Specifically, when the prompt message is a picture message, the second output unit 600 may display a preset picture message on the display screen, where the picture message may be a text-to-picture message, and the picture may include a prompt for prompting the end user to speak loudly, such as "the other party may not hear clearly your speech, please speak loudly," or "please make a call in a quiet environment. When the prompt message is an audio message, the second output unit 600 may output an audio message, which may include a prompt to prompt the end user to speak louder, such as "the other party may not hear clearly your speech, please speak louder," or "please make a call to a quiet environment. When the prompt is a vibration message, the second output unit 600 may generate a vibration, wherein the vibration message may include a vibration description that prompts the end user to speak louder. In the embodiment of the invention, when the first voice signal of the local call user is monitored to enter a first preset state, the first time length of the first voice signal in the preset state is acquired, whether the first time length meets a preset first condition or not is judged, and when the time length meets the preset first condition, a second voice signal of the opposite call party is amplified and output. The effect of intelligently adjusting the voice signal of the output call opposite side to be adaptive to the voice signal of the local call user is achieved, the user experience is effectively improved, and the call effect is improved.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset signal may be preset voice information, such as: the terminal can freely set the preset signal for voice information such as mom, father, grandfather and the like, and the preset signal is not limited in the process.
In the implementation of the present invention, when the detecting unit 700 obtains the first sound signal of the local call user, the detecting unit 700 may compare the first sound signal with the preset information to determine whether the preset signal is included. In specific applications, for example: when a local call user calls a person and calls a grandpa, the terminal can judge that the first sound signal comprises preset information.
Further, since the call is generally at the beginning of the call, the detection unit 700 may detect only whether the first sound information within a preset time period includes a preset signal, where the preset time period may be a time period for starting timing after the local call user connects the incoming call. The time period may be 2s, 3s, etc., and may be set by the user, without limitation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the detection unit 700 determines that the first sound signal includes the preset signal, the third output unit 800 may output a preset prompt message. Wherein the prompting message can be used to prompt the end user to speak a louder voice point. Wherein, the preset prompt message includes: picture information, audio information, and vibration information.
Specifically, when the prompt message is a picture message, the third output unit 800 may display a preset picture message on the display screen, where the picture message may be a text-to-picture message, and the picture may include a prompt for prompting the end user to speak loudly, such as "the other party may not hear clearly your speech, please speak loudly," or please make a call in a quiet environment. When the prompt information is audio information, the third output unit 800 may output audio information, which may include a prompt to prompt the end user to speak louder, such as "the other party may not hear clearly your speech, please speak louder," or "please make a call to a quiet environment. When the prompt message is a vibration message, the third output unit 800 may generate a vibration, wherein the vibration message may include a vibration description prompting the end user to speak louder. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (13)

1. A call management method, the method comprising:
when it is monitored that a first sound signal of a local call user enters a first preset state, acquiring a first time length of the first sound signal in the preset state;
judging whether the first time length meets a preset first condition or not;
when the first time length meets a preset first condition, amplifying and outputting a second sound signal of the other party of the call;
when a second sound signal of a call counterpart is monitored to enter a second preset state, acquiring a second time length of the second sound signal in the second preset state, wherein the second preset state is that the loudness value of the second sound signal is greater than or equal to a preset second loudness threshold value;
judging whether the second time length meets a preset second condition or not;
and outputting preset prompt information when the second time length meets a preset second condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first predetermined state is the loudness value of the first sound signal being greater than or equal to a predetermined first loudness threshold.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the amplifying and outputting the second sound signal of the other party comprises:
and controlling the terminal of the local call user to amplify and output the received second sound signal of the opposite call party.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the controlling the terminal of the local call subscriber to amplify and output the received second sound signal of the opposite call party comprises:
amplifying the loudness of the second sound signal according to a preset amplification factor;
outputting the amplified second sound signal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and switching the terminal of the local call user from an earphone mode to a loudspeaker mode, outputting the second sound signal through a sound amplifier of the terminal of the local call user, and outputting the second sound signal through the sound amplifier of the terminal.

and outputting preset prompt information when the first sound signal is detected to comprise a preset signal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said detecting whether the first voice signal of the local calling subscriber includes a preset signal comprises:
whether the first sound signal of the local call subscriber comprises a preset signal is detected within a preset time period after the local call subscriber connects an incoming call.
7. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the device comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a control unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first time length of a first sound signal in a preset state when monitoring that the first sound signal of a local call user enters the first preset state;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the first time length meets a preset first condition or not;
the first output unit is used for amplifying and outputting the second sound signal of the other party of the call when the judging unit judges that the time length meets the preset first condition;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining a second time length of the second sound signal in a second preset state when the second sound signal of the other call party is monitored to enter the second preset state, wherein the second preset state is that the loudness value of the second sound signal is larger than or equal to a preset second loudness threshold value;
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the second time length meets a preset second condition or not;
and the second output unit is used for outputting preset prompt information when the second judging unit judges that the second time length meets a preset second condition.
8. The terminal of claim 7, wherein the first predetermined state is the loudness value of the first sound signal being greater than or equal to a predetermined first loudness threshold.
9. The terminal according to claim 7, wherein the first output unit is specifically configured to amplify and output the second sound signal of the other party of the call received by the terminal when the judging unit judges that the time duration satisfies the preset first condition.
10. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the first output unit comprises:
the amplification processing subunit is used for amplifying the loudness of the second sound signal according to a preset amplification factor;
a first output subunit, configured to output the amplified second sound signal;
and the second output subunit is used for outputting the second sound signal through a sound amplifier of the terminal.
11. The terminal of claim 7, wherein the terminal further comprises:
the device comprises a detection unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting whether a first sound signal of a local call user comprises a preset signal or not;
