The embodiment discloses a card holder cap 100, a card holder 10 and a mobile terminal.
As shown in fig. 2-3, card holder 10 includes a card holder cap 100 and a card holder tray 200. The card-holding cap 100 includes a tray connection unit 110 and an operation unit 120. In this embodiment, the card holder 10 further includes a pressing member 300, the card holder tray 200 has a mounting protrusion 210, the tray connecting unit 110 has a mounting hole 111, the mounting protrusion 210 penetrates through the mounting hole 111, and the tray connecting unit 110 is clamped between the pressing member 300 and the card holder tray 200. It is equivalent to that the card-holding cap 100 and the card-holding tray 200 are separately molded and then connected together.
As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the mobile terminal 1 includes a card holder 10 and a housing 20 as shown in fig. 2 to 3. The housing 20 is embodied as a battery cover. As shown in fig. 4-5 and 7, a card bracket 21 is provided on the housing 20, and the card holder 10 is inserted into the card bracket 21. A card bracket 21 is provided on a side wall of the housing 20. Wherein fig. 4 shows the overall appearance of the mobile terminal 1; fig. 6 shows the internal structure of the mobile terminal 1, omitting the screen and the like, showing only the housing 20 and the card holder 10; there may also be a clamping seat and a support structure within the housing 20 to hold the card holder 10, which may be similar to those of the prior art, and are shown in the figures.
Next, the card-holding cap 100 of the card holder 10 shown in fig. 2 to 3 and the cooperation between the card-holding cap 100 and the housing 20 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 9:
as shown in fig. 2, the tray connection unit 110 is used to connect with the card-tray 200 of the card tray 10. The operating unit 120 is rotatably connected to the tray connecting unit 110. When the card holder 10 with the card-holding cap 100 is mounted to the housing 20, as shown in fig. 4-9, the card-holding cap 100 has a retracted position and an operating position. Fig. 4-8 illustrate the retracted position, with the card holder of fig. 4-8 in the retracted state shown in fig. 3. The operating position is shown in fig. 9. From the retracted position to the operating position, as can be understood in conjunction with fig. 8 to 9, the area of the operating unit 120 outside the housing 20 increases.
As shown in fig. 2, the rotation axis of the operation unit 120 with respect to the tray connection unit 110 is a rotation axis L, which is indicated by a dotted line, as a virtual line. The rotation axis L is perpendicular to the insertion direction of the card holder 10 when the card holder 10 is mounted and perpendicular to the thickness direction of the card holder 10. Taking fig. 6 as an example, the insertion direction of the card holder 10 when the card holder 10 is attached is the left-right direction, the thickness direction of the card holder 10 is the direction perpendicular to the plane of fig. 6, and the direction of the rotation axis L is the up-down direction. Taking fig. 7-9 as an example, the insertion direction of the card holder 10 when the card holder 10 is attached is the left-right direction, the thickness direction of the card holder 10 is the up-down direction, and the direction of the rotation axis L is the direction perpendicular to the plane of fig. 7-9. As set up, first facilitate operation, second facilitate the overall arrangement.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and 7, the card-holding cap 100 further includes a rotation shaft 130, and the rotation shaft 130 is inserted through the tray connection unit 110 and the operation unit 120 to rotate the operation unit 120 with respect to the tray connection unit 110. This is a simpler and more convenient connection. As shown in fig. 2, the tray connecting unit 110 has a cylindrical portion, the operating unit 120 has a similar cylindrical portion (hidden in fig. 2), and the rotating shaft 130 penetrates through the cylindrical portions of the tray connecting unit 110 and the operating unit 120; after the assembly is completed, the two cylindrical portions of the operating unit 120 are located at both ends of the cylindrical portion of the tray connecting unit 110, similar to the hinge structure.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, 8 and 9, the operation unit 120 has a stopper portion for mating with the housing 20 to lock the operation unit 120 with respect to the housing 20 at the retracted position. The stopper portion is used to ensure that the position of the operation unit 120 is locked when the operation to remove the card tray 10 is not required, i.e., at the retracted position. In the present embodiment, the position-limiting portion is a position-limiting protrusion 421. Is a simpler and more convenient limiting mode. As shown in fig. 8, the housing 20 is provided with a stopper groove 23 to be matched with the stopper protrusion 421 of the operating unit 120. In an alternative embodiment, the limiting part may be a groove, and the housing may be provided with a protrusion for limiting, which is matched with the groove for limiting of the operation unit; in an alternative embodiment, the limiting portion may still be a protrusion, and the housing may be provided with a limiting blocking portion, such as a hand grip, matching the protrusion for limiting of the operation unit.
As shown in fig. 7, the housing 20 is provided with an operation recess 24 accommodating the operation unit 120. In the retracted position, the operating unit 120 is fully retracted into the operating recess 24. In this way, in the retracted position, the mobile terminal 1 does not have an additional protruding bezel structure. In the present embodiment, the card bracket 21 is a part of the operation groove 24, and taking fig. 6 as an example, the upper half part of the operation groove 24 can be used as the card bracket 21 for the card holder 10 to pass through when being installed; in the retracted position, the operating recess 24 is entirely used to accommodate the operating unit 120. In an alternative embodiment, if the relative position of the rotating shaft and the card-holding tray is changed, for example, when the rotating shaft is located below the card-holding tray, the operating groove may also be located below the card-holding groove, and the operating groove is communicated with the card-holding groove, rather than the card-holding groove being a part of the operating groove.
As shown in fig. 4-5 and 7, the operating unit 120 has an outer surface. Taking fig. 7 as an example, the left side surface of the operation unit 120 is the outer surface of the operation unit 120. The outer surface of the operating unit 120 is for aligning with the outer surface of the housing 20 at the retracted position. In fig. 7, the curvatures of the two outer surfaces are substantially identical. The aligned outer surfaces ensure structural consistency of the mobile terminal 1.
Referring again to fig. 4-5 and 7, a housing catch slot 22 is defined between the housing 20 and the operating unit 120 in the retracted position. The housing catch groove 22 is for manual operation by a user.
Turning to fig. 2, a specific structure of the operation unit 120 is shown. The operating unit 120 includes a body portion 410 and a side portion 420 connected to each other. The body portion 410 is rotatably connected to the tray connecting unit 110. Specifically, the rotating shaft 130 is inserted through the main body 410 and the tray connecting unit 110. Side 420 includes a stop protrusion 421. The main body 410 is made of hard plastic or metal, and the side portions 420 are made of elastic material. The body portion 410 may ensure strength and dimensional stability; the elastic material can be elastically deformed to achieve locking and unlocking with the housing 20. The hard plastic may be PC (Polycarbonate), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PA (Polyamide), PC/ABS (copolymers and mixtures of PC and ABS), PP (Polypropylene), HIPS (High impact polystyrene), etc. The metal may be aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc. The elastic material may be TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers), other rubbers, etc.
The operation unit 120 is injection molded. In this embodiment, the main body 410 is made of hard plastic, and the main body 410 and the elastic material side 420 are formed by two-shot molding. In an alternative embodiment, the main body portion 410 is made of metal, and the metal main body portion 410+ the elastic material side portion 420 can be formed by insert injection molding.
As shown in fig. 2, a first engaging portion 411 is provided at the junction of the main body portion 410 and the side portion 420, and a second engaging portion 422 matching with the first engaging portion 411 is provided at the junction of the side portion 420 and the main body portion 410. In this embodiment, the first engaging portion 411 of the main body 410 is a recess, and the second engaging portion 422 of the side portion 420 is a protrusion. In an alternative embodiment, the first engaging portion may be a protrusion and the second engaging portion may be a recess. The first and second engaging parts 411 and 422 are used to increase the engaging force, so that the structure is more reliable.
The process of mounting and dismounting the card holder 10 will be briefly described below with reference to fig. 2 to 9:
when the card holder 10 is mounted, the card holder tray 200 is inserted into a card holder (not shown) inside the housing 20 from the card holder slot 21 to a state shown in fig. 9; thereafter, the operating unit 120 may be rotated so that the card tray 10 becomes the state shown in fig. 7-8; as specifically shown in fig. 7, the right surface of the operation unit 120 is a substantially vertical surface which abuts against a surface of the operation groove 24, as specifically shown in fig. 8, the stopper projection 421 is located in the stopper groove 23 (the stopper projection 421 undergoes elastic deformation and elastic recovery in the process of entering the stopper groove 23), and locking is completed; the mobile terminal 1 can be used normally.
When the card holder 10 is removed, starting from the state shown in fig. 7 to 8, the user acts on the operation unit 120 via the housing catch groove 22 (shown in conjunction with fig. 4 to 5) to rotate the operation unit 120 by approximately 90 ° (in the orientation shown in fig. 7 to 8, specifically, clockwise) to the state shown in fig. 9; next, the operation unit 120 may be pulled by hand (specifically, pulled leftward, based on the orientation in fig. 9); the card holder tray 200 is pulled out against the clamping force of the clamping device in the card holder, and the removal of the card holder 10 is completed.
The operations of card loading (such as SIM card or T card), card unloading, card changing and the like can be normally finished through the disassembly and the assembly of the card holder 10.
