The invention mainly aims to provide an LED display screen connector and an LED display screen, and aims to solve the technical defects that when signals and data of the LED display screen in the prior art are transmitted, a large number of data signal wires are required to be connected to the outer side, the data signal wires are required to be arranged on the back side of a box body of the LED display screen, and if the LED display screen connector is installed carefully or not touched by a worker, connecting wires fall off and the like, and the use is influenced.
A first aspect of the present invention provides an LED display connector comprising: the electric power transmission device comprises a male seat mechanism and a female seat mechanism matched with the male seat mechanism, wherein compression rods are arranged at two ends of the male seat mechanism, terminal plugs are arranged in the middle of the male seat mechanism, a group of symmetrical lever devices are arranged in the male seat mechanism, each lever device comprises a connecting rod, one end of each connecting rod is connected with the lower end of each compression rod, the other end of each connecting rod is connected with the bottom of each terminal plug, the connecting rods are assembled on a wheel shaft through waist-shaped holes formed in the middle of each connecting rod, the terminal plugs can stretch out and draw back along the direction perpendicular to the end face of the male seat mechanism, terminal sockets capable of stretching out and draw back along the direction perpendicular to the end face of the female seat mechanism are arranged at the lower end of the female seat mechanism, the terminal sockets correspond to the terminal plugs on the male seat mechanism, and signal transmission or electric transmission is carried out when the terminal sockets and the terminal plugs are in mutual contact.
Optionally, the side surface of the male seat mechanism is opened, and the opening faces the inner side of the LED display screen box body.
Optionally, the upper end of the pressure bar is provided with a pressure bar head, and the area of the pressure bar head is larger than the area of the upper end face of the pressure bar.
Optionally, a bolt connecting hole is formed at the lower end of the compression bar; the connecting rod and the lower end of the compression bar are connected and fixed through bolts penetrating through the bolt connecting holes.

Optionally, a through hole is formed at the upper end of the male seat mechanism, and the through hole is used for assembling the compression bar and the terminal plug.
The second aspect of the invention provides an LED display screen, comprising a plurality of LED display screen boxes, wherein the LED display screen boxes comprise the LED display screen connector;
the male seat mechanism and the female seat mechanism of the LED display screen connector are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the LED display screen box body, the top end of the terminal plug of the male seat mechanism faces to the outer side of the LED display screen box body, and the top end of the terminal socket of the female seat mechanism faces to the outer side of the LED display screen box body.
The invention provides an LED display screen connector and an LED display screen, comprising: the male seat mechanism and the female seat mechanism are provided with a compression bar and a terminal plug, a group of symmetrical lever devices are arranged in the male seat mechanism, one end of each lever device is connected with the compression bar, the other end of each lever device is connected with the bottom of the terminal plug, the middle of each connecting rod is provided with a waist-shaped hole, and each lever device is assembled on the wheel shaft. The female seat mechanism corresponding to the male seat mechanism is provided with a terminal plug corresponding to the terminal plug on the male seat mechanism. During installation, the male seat mechanism is embedded into the preset position of the LED display screen box body, the male seat mechanism is installed with the box body through the assembly holes, the female seat mechanism is installed at the other end of the box body corresponding to the male seat mechanism, the female seat mechanism presses down the pressing rod when the box body of the female seat mechanism is installed with the box body of the male seat mechanism, the pressing rod jacks up the terminal plug through the lever device and inserts the terminal socket, and the plugging connection is completed. The terminal plug can be connected with output lines such as a power line and a signal line, and the female seat mechanism is provided with corresponding input lines, so that the connection assembly of the power line, the signal line and the like is completed when the box body is assembled, the installation is simpler and more convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an LED display connector, including: the male seat mechanism 20 and the female seat mechanism 10 matched with the male seat mechanism 20, the two ends of the male seat mechanism 20 are provided with compression bars 21, and the middle is provided with a terminal plug 22.
The inside of the male seat mechanism 20 is provided with a group of symmetrical lever devices, each lever device comprises a connecting rod 23, one end of the connecting rod 23 is connected with the lower end of the compression bar 21, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the bottom of the terminal plug 22, the connecting rod 23 is assembled on the wheel shaft 25 through a waist-shaped hole 24 formed in the middle of the connecting rod, and the terminal plug 22 can stretch and retract along the direction perpendicular to the end face of the male seat mechanism 20.
The lower end of the female seat mechanism 10 is provided with a terminal socket 11 which can extend and retract along the direction perpendicular to the end face of the female seat mechanism 10, the terminal socket 11 corresponds to a terminal plug 22 on the male seat mechanism 20, and signal transmission or electric transmission is performed when the terminal socket 11 and the terminal plug 22 are contacted with each other.
The LED display screen connector of the embodiment of the present invention includes a male seat mechanism 20 and a female seat mechanism 10, where the male seat mechanism 20 is in a cube shape, a through hole (not labeled) is provided at the upper end of the male seat mechanism 20 for assembling the compression bar 21 and the terminal plug 22, a set of symmetrical lever devices are provided inside the male seat mechanism 20, and the main body of the lever device is a connecting rod 23. One end of the connecting rod 23 is connected with the compression bar 21, the other end is connected with the bottom of the terminal plug 22, a waist-shaped hole 24 is formed in the middle of the connecting rod 23, the lever device is assembled on the wheel shaft 25, and first assembling holes 13 are formed in two sides of the male seat mechanism 20 and are used for being assembled on an LED display screen box body which is required to be used. Second assembly holes 12 are formed in two sides of the base mechanism 10, and the base mechanism 10 is installed on the LED display screen box body through the second assembly holes 12. The female socket mechanism 10 corresponding to the male socket mechanism 20 is provided with a terminal socket 11, and the terminal socket 11 corresponds to the terminal plug 22 on the male socket mechanism 20.
The male seat mechanism 20 is installed on the LED display screen box body through the compression bars 21 at two ends, the side face of the male seat mechanism 20 is opened, the opening part is towards the inner side of the box body, and the opening part is used for connecting signal wires, so that when the LED display screen breaks down, the LED display screen can be maintained through the opening, and the maintenance of the LED display screen is facilitated.
The upper end of depression bar 21 is provided with the pressure pole head, and the area of pressure pole head is greater than the area of depression bar 21 up end, sets up the pressure pole head in order to be convenient for depression bar 21 atress, and protection depression bar 21 is when decurrent effort is great, avoids bending.
In one embodiment, the lower end of the compression bar 21 is provided with a bolt connection hole 26, and in order to connect the connection bar 23 and the compression bar 21 together, the connection bar 23 is also provided with a connection hole 26 at the connection position with the compression bar 21. The lower ends of the connecting rod 23 and the pressing rod 21 are fixedly connected by bolts penetrating through the bolt connecting holes 26.
The connecting rod 23 is elliptic, the length of the waist-shaped hole 24 is longer than 1/2 of the length of the connecting rod 23, and the long-strip-shaped waist-shaped hole 24 is convenient for the connecting rod 23 to move by taking the wheel axle 25 as a fulcrum.
The lower end of the terminal plug 22 is fixed with the connecting rod 23, and the fixing mode between the terminal plug and the connecting rod is preferably clamping groove connection: the bottom non-connecting line part of the terminal plug 22 is provided with a movable clamping groove, one end of the connecting rod 23, which is not connected with the hole by a bolt, is provided with a bulge, and the bulge is clamped into the movable clamping groove to complete the clamping.
The terminal plugs 22 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the terminal sockets 11 of the female base mechanism 10, and the terminal plugs 22 are transversely arranged and fixed on the male base mechanism 20. The setting positions of the terminal plugs 22 are respectively corresponding to the setting positions of the terminal sockets 11 of the base mechanism 10 one by one, and the outer diameter of the terminal plugs 22 is matched with the inner diameter of the corresponding terminal sockets 11.
Alternatively, 1/2 of the length of the terminal plug 22 extends beyond the upper end of the male seat mechanism, and the length of the terminal plug 22 of the male seat mechanism 20 that extends beyond the upper end of the male seat mechanism is required to match the depth of the terminal socket 11 of the female seat mechanism 10, and since the signal transmission part is located at the head part of the terminal plug 22, at least one embodiment is that the head part of the terminal plug 22 can be fully inserted into the terminal socket 11.
Optionally, the terminal sockets 11 are fixed at the lower end of the base mechanism 10 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the terminal plugs.
The specific structure and the locking operation mode of the male seat mechanism 20 and the female seat mechanism 10 are as follows:
as shown in fig. 3-4, the arrows are used to indicate the movement directions of the male mechanism 20 and the female mechanism 10, and in one implementation, the LED display connector of the present invention operates as follows: when two LED display screen boxes are assembled, the male seat mechanism 20 of one box corresponds to the female seat mechanism 10 of the other box, the female seat mechanism 10 downwards presses the pressing rod 21, the pressing rod 21 is stressed to downwards drive the lever device to move, the connecting rod 23 of the lever device moves circularly under the acting force of the pressing rod 21, one end connected with the connecting rod 23 and the pressing rod 21 descends, the terminal plug 22 is stressed to ascend, and the terminal plug 22 is clamped into the terminal socket 11 of the female seat mechanism 10 to finish fixation.
The terminal plug 22 and the terminal socket 11 extend and retract in the direction perpendicular to the end surfaces of the male and female mechanisms 20 and 10, respectively. In the process of extending the terminal plug 22 and the terminal socket 11, the lower end surface of the terminal plug 22 does not exceed the end surface of the male mechanism 20 and is parallel to the end surface of the male mechanism 20; the upper end surface of the terminal socket 11 does not exceed the end surface of the female base mechanism 10 and is parallel to the end surface of the female base mechanism 10. The above arrangement is because the connector is easily damaged if the terminal plug 22, the terminal receptacle 11 are out of the male and female base mechanisms 20, 10. When the pressing rod 21 is pressed to be parallel to the end face of the male mechanism 20, the terminal plug 22 is completely pushed out, and at this time, the terminal plug can be completely connected with the terminal socket 11, and the signal and the electric energy are transmitted and the fixing function is achieved. When the pressing rod 21 is pressed more than half, the terminal plug 22 extends out of the male seat mechanism 20, and the terminal plug can be contacted with the terminal socket 11 after being pressed, so that signal or electric input can be completed.
As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further provides an LED display screen, which includes a plurality of LED display screen housings 30, on which the LED display screen connectors as described above are included.
The male seat mechanism 20 and the female seat mechanism 10 of the LED display screen connector are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the LED display screen box body 30, the top ends of the terminal plugs 22 of the male seat mechanism 20 face the outer side of the LED display screen box body 30, and the top ends of the terminal sockets 11 of the female seat mechanism 10 face the outer side of the LED display screen box body 30.
According to the LED display screen, the LED display screen boxes 30 are connected in pairs through the LED display screen connectors, so that electric energy and electric signals are transmitted. The LED display screen connector comprises a male seat mechanism 20 and a female seat mechanism 10, and the male seat mechanism 20 and the female seat mechanism 10 are mutually matched. The terminal plug 22 is assembled in the middle of the male seat mechanism 20, the lower end of the female seat mechanism 10 is provided with a terminal socket 11 which can stretch along the direction perpendicular to the end face of the female seat mechanism 10, the terminal socket 11 corresponds to the terminal plug 22 on the male seat mechanism 20, and when the terminal socket 11 and the terminal plug 22 are in contact with each other, signal transmission or electric transmission can be performed. Thus, when the male and female seat mechanisms 20 and 10 of the LED display screen connector are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the LED display screen case 30, when one LED display screen case 30 is spliced with the other LED display screen case 30, the male and female seat mechanisms 20 and 10 of the adjacent LED display screen connectors on the two LED display screen cases 30 are simply plugged together. The terminal plug 22 can be connected with output lines such as a power line and a signal line, and the base mechanism 10 is provided with corresponding input lines, so that the connection assembly of the power line, the signal line and the like is completed while the box body is assembled, the installation is simpler and more convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
