本系统采用最新的二维码技术和计算机技术、互联网技术进行开发,对酒店来客的身份信息以二维码的形式进行保存,是一种智能酒店入住登记管理系统,通过这种方式可以节省信息登记的时间,为顾客提供快速的入住服务,也方便了酒店的管理,提高了酒店的工作效率,为顾客提供优质的服务体验。

背景技术
随着经济的发展,旅游业的兴起,在外入住酒店的人员越来越多,在节假日时,庞大的人流量所带来的巨量的信息以传统的手工登记模式根本无法处理,通过先进的二维码技术和互联网技术相结合,只需将顾客的身份信息生成唯一的二维码,通过扫描二维码就可以自动录入顾客的身份信息,真是方便快捷,节省了顾客入住的办理时间,也提高了酒店的工作效率。
发明内容
系统的软件设计
软件设计可以分为顾客信息和房间动态信息两个部分;
1. 顾客信息,该模块分为顾客二维码的生成和顾客二维码的读取,顾客在入住前填写好自己的身份信息并通过手机生成唯一的二维码信息,在进入酒店入住前向酒店前台出示二维码信息即可,酒店方通过扫描二维码信息,就可以自动的在计算机中录入顾客的身份信息,完成入住的办理;
2. 房间动态信息,该模块可以分为房间动态的二维码生成和房间动态二维码的读取,酒店根据顾客的入住信息可以生成动态编码,做成一个唯一的房间动态二维码,并将其交给入住的顾客,顾客扫描读取到该二维码则自动获得了入住的权限。
系统的硬件设计
系统的硬件设计可以分为智能门锁和自动终端两个部分;
1. 智能门锁,该硬件就是一个利用计算机信息技术、电子技术、机械技术和现代五金工艺等设计出的具备高强度隐私能力的门锁系统,通过二维码来识别顾客的身份信息,不但可以准确而又简短的识别身份,打开门禁,同时也增加了安全性;
2. 自动终端,该模块为顾客提供一个自主式入住服务,自动终端可以自动的记录客户的身份信息并将其输送至门禁系统,减少了酒店的人力成本,解决了入住时间慢、信息核对是假长的问题。

1.一种智能二维码的酒店入住登记管理系统,其特征在于:系统的总体设计由系统的软件设计和系统的硬件设计组成,其中软件设计可以分为顾客信息和房间动态信息两个部分,硬件设计由智能门锁和自动终端组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,系统的软件设计为客户提供智能化的入住服务,也方便酒店对信息的管理和统计,而硬件设计为功能的实现提供了支持。
