According to the display component fixing structure provided by the invention, the display component is connected to the fan component through the damping support and the air guide part, so that vibration of the fan component is transmitted to the display component after passing through the air guide part and the damping support. The air guiding part 300 is of a cylindrical structure, preferably, the end surface shape of the first end of the air guiding part 300 is adapted to the end surface shape of the housing 110 of the fan assembly 100, the first end of the air guiding part 300 is connected to the housing 110 of the fan assembly 100, preferably, the air guiding part 300 is connected to the housing 110 through a screw or a buckle or other structure, and further, the connection part of the air guiding part 300 and the housing 110 is in a sealing connection, so that air leakage at the connection part is prevented. The air flow from the fan assembly 100 flows into the air guiding part 300 and circulates in the air guiding part 300. Preferably, the first end face of the wind guiding portion 300 has a larger size than the second end face thereof, so that the wind guiding portion integrally forms a cone with a tapered side wall, and the wind guiding effect is improved.
The shock absorbing bracket 200 is disposed on the radial inner side of the air guiding portion 300 and is connected to the inner wall of the air guiding portion 300, and when the air guiding portion 300 is mounted on the housing 110, the shock absorbing bracket 200 is spaced from the fan assembly 100, that is, the shock absorbing bracket 200 is not in contact with the fan assembly 100, so that the shock generated when the fan assembly 100 works is prevented from being directly transferred to the shock absorbing bracket 200.
As shown in fig. 4, the shock mount 200 includes a fixing portion 210, a connecting portion 220, and a supporting portion 230, wherein the fixing portion 210 and the supporting portion 230 are connected to the connecting portion 220, the fixing portion 210 is used for connecting to the air guiding portion 300, and the supporting portion 230 is used for mounting the fixing base 400. Preferably, the connection part 220 is a bar-shaped plate structure having a certain length, and a plurality of bar-shaped plate structures are provided, and a plurality of bar-shaped plate structures are spaced apart from each other by a certain distance. The two ends of the strip-shaped plate structure are respectively connected with the fixing portion 210 and the supporting portion 230, preferably, the fixing portion 210 is an annular structure, the annular structure is adapted to the inner wall of the air guiding portion 300, the supporting portion 230 is an annular or plate-shaped structure, the supporting portion 230 is connected with the fixing base 400, and the size of the supporting portion 230 is adapted to the fixing base 400. The fixing portion 210 is provided with a first connection structure 211 for connecting with the air guiding portion 300, and the supporting portion 230 is provided with a second connection structure 231 for connecting with the fixing base 400.
Further, the outer edge dimension of the fixing portion 210 is greater than the outer edge dimension of the supporting portion 230, the supporting portion 230 is located at the outer side of the fixing portion 210 in the axial direction of the annular structure of the fixing portion 210, that is, the fixing portion 210 and the supporting portion 230 are disposed at a distance from each other in the axial direction of the fixing portion 210, preferably, in the use state, the supporting portion 230 is located below the fixing portion 210, and the center of the supporting portion 230 is located on the axis of the fixing portion 210, so that the connecting portion 220 is disposed obliquely with respect to the axis of the fixing portion 210, and further, the outer contour of the shock absorbing bracket 200 is formed into an inverted-like mesa structure. When installed, the support part 230 is close to the fan assembly 100, but the support part 230 is not in contact with the fan assembly 100, i.e., the fixing part 210 is connected to the upper part of the air guide part 300, and the support part 230 is positioned at the lower side of the fixing part 210. The shock mount 200 has a certain air guiding and distributing function, so that resistance to air flow can be reduced, and a certain accommodating space is formed in the air guiding part 300, so that the shock mount 400 can be mounted, and the whole structure is more compact.
As shown in fig. 5, further, a mounting structure 310 is provided on the inner wall of the air guiding part 300 near the second end thereof, and the mounting structure 310 is used for fixedly mounting the fixing part 210, and preferably, the first connection structure 211 on the fixing part 210 is connected to the mounting structure 310 by a bolt or other means. Further, a damping structure, such as a damping pad, may be further disposed between the fixing portion 210 and the mounting structure 310 to further improve the damping effect of the damping portion 200.
In other possible embodiments, the shock mount 200 may further include only the connection portion 220, and two ends of the connection portion 220 are respectively used to connect the air guiding portion 300 and the fixing base 400.
As shown in fig. 6, after the shock mount 200, the wind guide 300 and the wind turbine assembly 100 are assembled, the fixing base 400 is mounted to the support 230 of the shock mount 200. The fixing base 400 is preferably in a truncated cone structure, and the first end surface is larger than the second end surface, where the first end surface contacts with the supporting portion 230 and is connected with the supporting portion 230, and the second end surface is connected with the display assembly 500, and preferably, the fixing base 400 is connected with the display assembly 500 by means of bolts or buckles. Further, the side surface of the fixing base 400 is concaved inward along the radial inner side of the truncated cone shape to form an arc surface. As shown in fig. 2, the end surface of the display assembly 500 away from the fixing base 400 is larger than the end surface connected with the fixing member 400, and the side walls connecting the two end surfaces are arc surfaces, the side walls of the fixing base 400 and the side walls of the display assembly 500 form arc surfaces, which plays a guiding role on air flow, and an air outlet is formed between the side walls of the display assembly 500 and the second end of the air guiding portion 300, so that 360-degree air outlet can be realized.
The invention also provides an air purifier, which comprises the display component fixing structure, and the shock absorbing support 200 in the display component fixing structure is arranged to reduce the influence of the shock of the fan component 100 on the display component 500, so that the user experience is improved.
According to the display component fixing structure provided by the invention, due to the arrangement of the shock absorption support 200, the display component 500 is connected with the fan component 100 through the fixing seat, the shock absorption support 200 and the air guide part 300, so that vibration generated by the fan component 100 can be transmitted to the display component 500 through a plurality of components, and the vibration is gradually reduced in the transmission process, so that the influence of the vibration on the display component 500 is reduced. In addition, since the shock mount 200 is disposed in the air guide 300, the strength of the air guide 300 and the overall structure is improved.
