Abstract
The invention discloses a direction-adjustable joint and a sealing device thereof, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The sealing device mainly comprises a connector body, wherein the connector body is matched with a sealing oil port, a locking nut is arranged on the connector body, and a sealing device for the adjustable direction connector is arranged below the locking nut; the sealing device for the adjustable joint comprises an annular DO sealing ring, wherein the cross section of the DO sealing ring is a right trapezoid with a long bottom edge and a bevel edge which are provided with round corners in a pouring mode. The invention realizes the sealing of the adjustable direction joint to the plane oil port in the hydraulic system below 40 MPa. The invention is mainly used for sealing the plane oil port.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery, and particularly relates to an adjustable joint and a sealing device thereof.
Background
The hydraulic component oil port generally has two structures, namely an SAE flange oil port and a thread oil port. The components of the SAE flange oil port, the pipelines and the components to be connected need larger space. The threaded oil port is divided into two structures, namely an oil port of an angle sealing structure and an oil port of a plane sealing structure. The angle-sealed oil ports comprise ISO6149, JISB 2351 English pipe thread oil ports and ISO 11926-1 American thread oil ports, and the oil ports have the advantages of good sealing performance and the disadvantages that: a special cutter is needed, and the processing cost is too high; the angle sealing oil ports are sealed by O-shaped rings. The plane sealing threaded oil port is provided with a metric plane sealing oil port of ISO 9974-1 and a plane sealing oil port of DIN3852, and the plane sealing threaded oil port has the advantages that a special cutter is not needed, a plane is countersunk at the upper end of the thread, and the sealing requirement of a connecting element is increased and the sealing requirement of the element is higher. At present, an ED plane sealing ring and an O-shaped sealing ring are mainly adopted, and the O-shaped sealing ring seals a plane sealing oil port and is only suitable for a low-pressure system with a common joint below 16 MPa; when the sealing requirement on the element is high, the ED plane sealing ring is adopted for sealing. Meanwhile, a large space is required for the common joint, and the common joint cannot be suitable for a special narrow space. Because the O-shaped sealing ring is attached to the chamfer of the plane sealing threaded port, in a high-pressure hydraulic system of 16-40 MPa, the compressed O-shaped sealing ring can generate cutting risk, and meanwhile leakage or micro leakage can occur, so that the performance and reliability of a product are affected.
The adjustable direction joint can be used in a special narrow space, but in a hydraulic system of 16-40 MPa, the angle of the joint is adjusted by the adjustable direction joint through the lock nut, the support gasket below the lock nut is equivalent to the plane of the common joint, but a gap exists between the support gasket and the joint body, and the support gasket needs to move along with the movement of the nut. The ED plane sealing ring cannot seal the gap between the ED plane sealing ring and cannot play a role in sealing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide an adjustable direction joint and a sealing device thereof, which realize the sealing of the adjustable direction joint to a plane oil port in a hydraulic system below 40 MPa.
The sealing device for the adjustable joint comprises an annular DO sealing ring, wherein the cross section of the DO sealing ring is a right trapezoid with a long bottom edge and a bevel edge rounded.
Further, the device also comprises a support ring, wherein the DO sealing ring is arranged in the support ring, and the vertical surface of the DO sealing ring is matched with the inner side of the support ring.
The adjustable direction connector comprises a connector body, wherein the connector body is matched with a sealing oil port, a locking nut is arranged on the connector body, and the sealing device for the adjustable direction connector is arranged below the locking nut.
Further, a supporting gasket is arranged between the locking nut and the sealing device for the adjustable joint.
Further, the long bottom edge of the DO sealing ring of the sealing device for the adjustable joint is matched with the supporting gasket.
Furthermore, the short bottom edge of the DO sealing ring of the sealing device for the adjustable joint is matched with the upper end face of the sealing oil port.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the short bottom edge of the DO sealing ring is matched with the upper end face of the sealing oil port, so that the inside-out pressure sealing is realized; the round corners of the DO sealing ring realize the sealing of the gap between the supporting gasket and the joint body;
2. the round angle of the DO sealing ring is in line contact with the joint body, so that a gap between the support gasket and the joint can be sealed, and meanwhile, the DO sealing ring cannot be overturned, deformed or distorted to lose effectiveness when the locking nut and the support gasket are adjusted in position;
3. the DO sealing ring is not in contact with the chamfer or the corner of the thread, so that the problem that the sealing ring is crushed by the corner is avoided, the DO sealing ring is suitable for sealing a high-pressure hydraulic system below 40MPa, and can seal a metric plane sealing oil port of ISO 9974-1 and a plane sealing oil port of DIN 3852.

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing device for the adjustable directional joint comprises an annular DO sealing ring 1, wherein the cross section of the DO sealing ring 1 is a right trapezoid with a long bottom edge 2 and a rounded corner 6 of a bevel edge 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the device further comprises a support ring 10, the DO sealing ring 1 is arranged in the support ring 10, and the vertical surface 3 of the DO sealing ring 1 is matched with the inner side of the support ring 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the adjustable direction joint comprises a joint body 7, wherein the joint body 7 is matched with a sealing oil port 11, a lock nut 8 is arranged on the joint body 7, and the sealing device for the adjustable direction joint is arranged below the lock nut 8; a supporting gasket 9 is arranged between the lock nut 8 and the sealing device for the adjustable joint; the long bottom edge 2 of the DO seal ring 1 is matched with the supporting gasket 9; the short bottom edge 4 of the DO seal ring 1 is matched with the upper end face of the seal oil port 11.
When the DO-ring seal is used, the short bottom edge 4 of the DO-ring seal 1 and the outer rectangular end formed by the vertical surface 3 seal the pressure from inside to outside. The high-pressure oil is permeated into the DO sealing ring 1 from the threads of the joint body 7, and the outer rectangular end of the DO sealing ring 1 is compressed to deform the DO sealing ring, so that the sealing effect is achieved, and the high-pressure oil is prevented from flowing out from the gap of the retaining ring.
One end of the round corner 6 of the DO seal ring 1 is used for sealing a gap between the joint body 7 and the supporting gasket 9. The high-pressure oil is permeated into the lower part of the DO sealing ring 1 through the threads of the joint body 7, the end face of the round corner 6 of the DO sealing ring 1 is deformed, and the gap between the joint body 7 and the supporting gasket 9 can be sealed. Because the inside of the DO sealing ring 1 is the round angle 6, the DO sealing ring belongs to a line contact structure, and the DO sealing ring 1 cannot be overturned, deformed or distorted to fail when the locking nut 8 and the supporting gasket 9 are used for adjusting positions.
Meanwhile, the round corners 6 of the DO sealing ring 1 are not in contact with the thread chamfer or the edge angle of the joint body 7, so that the problem that the DO sealing ring 1 is broken by the edge angle is avoided, and the DO sealing ring is suitable for sealing of a hydraulic system with high pressure. Therefore, the invention can seal the metric plane seal oil port of ISO 9974-1 or the plane seal oil port of DIN3852, and is suitable for high-pressure sealing below 40 MPa.

the high-pressure oil is permeated into the lower part of the DO sealing ring (1) through the threads of the joint body (7), and the clearance between the joint body (7) and the supporting gasket (9) is sealed after the end face of the round corner (6) of the DO sealing ring (1) is deformed.
