本发明公开了一种用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,所述组合物按质量组份包括:有机溶剂15‑25份,交联剂8‑14份,润滑剂5‑9份,乙基三乙氧基硅烷18‑26份,抗菌剂36‑45份,甲基丙烯酸丁酯14‑20份,三羟甲基丙烷12‑16份,氰酸酯24‑30份,咪唑啉12‑18份,羟丙基甲基纤维素9‑15份,萘酚6‑10份,染料25‑30份。本发明的一种用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,染色剂组合物应用于涤纶复合面料,进行高温高压染色,染色后的涤纶复合面料非常平整,没有皱,大大提高了其美观,提高了其可卖性,具有较大的市场潜力。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色剂领域,尤其涉及一种用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物。
背景技术
染色布,将复合面料通过专业的染色设备进行:装箱、缝头、烧毛、退浆氧漂、丝光、定型、染色后整理,预缩定型等工艺生产出来的成品布就是染色布。
而其中最主要的步骤莫过于对布料进行染色,特别是当对涤纶复合面料进行染色时,用现有的染色剂进行染色时,因为要在高温高压环境下,非常容易起皱,造成染色后的布料质量大大降低,影响了其美观,降低了其可卖性。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物。

用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,组合物按质量组份为:
制备方法为:
称量组份量的乙醇、过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸锌、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、樟树叶萃取液、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、萘酚以及红兰草萃取液;
将乙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素以及萘酚加入至带乙醇的反应釜中,开启搅拌器,搅拌速度为180r/min,并开始升温,升温速率为8℃/min;
将温度升至75℃,搅拌20min;
将过氧化二异丙苯、硬脂酸锌以及樟树叶萃取液加入至反应釜中,搅拌2h;
加入红兰草萃取液,恒温搅拌3h,得到粗染色剂;
将染色剂降至室温,进行300目过筛,得到染色剂。
染色剂的应用方法:
将染色剂加热至40℃,加入涤纶复合面料,再将染色剂升温至110℃,同时加压,加压至4个大气压,在此温度以及压力下,保持2h;将染色后的涤纶复合面料取出,降温,沥干10min;进行清洗,清洗次数为2次;烘干。
实施例2
用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,组合物按质量组份为:
制备方法为:
称量组份量的乙二醇、二乙三胺、有机硅油、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化锌、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、萘酚以及嫩枫树叶萃取液;
将乙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素以及萘酚加入至带乙二醇的反应釜中,开启搅拌器,搅拌速度为195r/min,并开始升温,升温速率为7℃/min;
将温度升至78℃,搅拌16min;
将二乙三胺、有机硅油以及氧化锌加入至反应釜中,搅拌2.2h;
加入嫩枫树叶萃取液,恒温搅拌3.8h,得到粗染色剂;
将染色剂降至室温,进行270目过筛,得到染色剂。
染色剂的应用方法:
将染色剂加热至42℃,加入涤纶复合面料,再将染色剂升温至124℃,同时加压,加压至3.5个大气压,在此温度以及压力下,保持2.8h;将染色后的涤纶复合面料取出,降温,沥干14min;进行清洗,清洗次数为3次;烘干。
实施例3
用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,组合物按质量组份为:
制备方法为:
称量组份量的2,3‐丁二醇、2,5‐二甲基‐2,5二叔丁基过氧化己烷、硬脂酸锌、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化铜、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、萘酚以及紫蓝藤萃取液;
将乙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素以及萘酚加入至带2,3‐丁二醇的反应釜中,开启搅拌器,搅拌速度为260r/min,并开始升温,升温速率为4℃/min;
将温度升至90℃,搅拌15min;
将2,5‐二甲基‐2,5二叔丁基过氧化己烷、硬脂酸锌以及氧化铜加入至反应釜中,搅拌3h;
加入紫蓝藤萃取液,恒温搅拌4h,得到粗染色剂;
将染色剂降至室温,进行200目过筛,得到染色剂。
染色剂的应用方法:
将染色剂加热至50℃,加入涤纶复合面料,再将染色剂升温至130℃,同时加压,加压至3个大气压,在此温度以及压力下,保持3h;将染色后的涤纶复合面料取出,降温,沥干15min;进行清洗,清洗次数为3次;烘干。
实施例4
用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,组合物按质量组份为:
制备方法为:
称量组份量的乙二醇、过氧化苯甲酰、硬脂酸锌、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、氧化锌、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、萘酚以及菘草萃取液;
将乙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素以及萘酚加入至带乙二醇的反应釜中,开启搅拌器,搅拌速度为240r/min,并开始升温,升温速率为5℃/min;
将温度升至86℃,搅拌19min;
将过氧化苯甲酰、硬脂酸锌以及氧化锌加入至反应釜中,搅拌2.7h;
加入菘草萃取液,恒温搅拌3.2h,得到粗染色剂;
将染色剂降至室温,进行220目过筛,得到染色剂。
染色剂的应用方法:
将染色剂加热至46℃,加入涤纶复合面料,再将染色剂升温至115℃,同时加压,加压至3.8个大气压,在此温度以及压力下,保持2.3h;将染色后的涤纶复合面料取出,降温,沥干11min;进行清洗,清洗次数为3次;烘干。
实施例5
用于涤纶复合面料的染色剂组合物,组合物按质量组份为:
制备方法为:
称量组份量的2,3‐丁二醇、二乙三胺、有机硅油、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、樟树叶萃取液、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、萘酚以及嫩枫树叶萃取液;
将乙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、三羟甲基丙烷、氰酸酯、咪唑啉、羟丙基甲基纤维素以及萘酚加入至带2,3‐丁二醇的反应釜中,开启搅拌器,搅拌速度为220r/min,并开始升温,升温速率为6℃/min;
将温度升至83℃,搅拌17min;
将二乙三胺、有机硅油以及樟树叶萃取液加入至反应釜中,搅拌2.5h;
加入嫩枫树叶萃取液,恒温搅拌3.4h,得到粗染色剂;
将染色剂降至室温,进行250目过筛,得到染色剂。
染色剂的应用方法:
将染色剂加热至45℃,加入涤纶复合面料,再将染色剂升温至118℃,同时加压,加压至3.7个大气压,在此温度以及压力下,保持2.6h;将染色后的涤纶复合面料取出,降温,沥干13min;进行清洗,清洗次数为2次;烘干。
实施例1至5的染色剂,通过其应用方法,对涤纶复合面料进行染色,同时购买市售的染色剂,对涤纶复合面料进行染色,为对比实施例1,观察其表面平整,同时测试其抗菌性能,结果如下:
以上数表,可以看出,本实施例的染色剂与对比实施例1的染色剂比对可以知道,本实施例经过高温高压后的面料具有高平整性,且抗菌效果优异,大肠杆菌杀菌率以及金黄色葡萄球杀菌率都可以达到99.9%以上。
