一种低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水,其特征在于:它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组成:乙二醇15%‑25%,异丙醇15%‑25%,AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠)1.6%‑3.5%,阳离子聚合物(聚二甲基二烯丙基‑丙烯酰胺)0.0005%‑0.001%,薰衣草香精0.1%‑0.3%,余量为去离子水,制得的车用玻璃水清洗车窗玻璃后可在玻璃上形成保护膜,提高透光率,冰点低于‑20到‑40℃,去污能力不低于99%,金属腐蚀度(对铝片)小于0.05mg/cm2,相容性和稳定性无分层无沉淀无结晶,且原料易得,比较经济。

一种低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,具体涉及一种车用玻璃水的配制。
背景技术
作为汽车前挡风玻璃,在冬天温度较低容易结冰,而夏天,汽车前挡风玻璃上就会有许多虫胶、树胶、泥沙和汽油燃烧后的油渍污垢及昆虫遗体等。如果不及时清理,影响司机视线易造成交通事故。
目前,我国汽车玻璃清洗剂大多数生产商用甲醇代替乙醇,也有大多的人在汽车的玻璃清洗剂存箱中添加自来水,或者在洗衣粉、洗洁精直接对兑水来使用。事实上,在空气和弱性酸等媒介中,用眼睛就能看到玻璃表面污染和斑斑点点侵蚀的现象。长时间用自己勾兑或者劣制的汽车玻璃水会有清洗能力弱, 还可能造成汽车挡风玻璃被侵蚀、雨刷橡胶膨胀坏掉、金属零件腐蚀等状况的发生。重大时还会影响司机视野形成交通故障。
而在冬天需要使用比当地温度低3℃~4℃的玻璃清洗剂,否则玻璃洗涤剂的体积就会变大结冰,导致喷水管堵住和连接的橡胶管膨胀开裂。因而,提高低冰点汽车玻璃清洗剂的质量对我国汽车技术程度的整体发展和安全行驶将有很大好处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种制造工艺简单,冰点低,去污力强、腐蚀性低、相容性和稳定性无分层无沉淀无结晶的车用玻璃水。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水,它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组成:乙二醇15%-25%,异丙醇15%-25%,AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠)1.6%-3.0%,阳离子聚合物(聚二甲基二烯丙基-丙烯酰胺)0.0005%-0.001%,薰衣草香精0.1%-0.3%,余量为去离子水。
所述的车用玻璃水,它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组成:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 3%
异丙醇 25%
乙二醇 25%
阳离子聚合物 0.0010%
薰衣草香精 0.3%
去离子水 余量。
所述的车用玻璃水,它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 1.6%
异丙醇 15%
乙二醇 15%
阳离子聚合物 0.0005%
薰衣草香精 0.1%
去离子水 余量。
制备上述车用玻璃水的方法,其步骤如下:
按配比重量称取去离子水,加热到80℃,加入AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 搅拌溶解,降温到50℃加入异丙醇和乙二醇,阳离子聚合物,充分搅拌溶解均匀后,加入薰衣草香精,搅拌均匀得到车用玻璃水。
本发明的有益效果:
1.制得的车用玻璃水清洗车窗玻璃后可在玻璃上形成保护膜,提高透光率;
2.各性能指标及其测定方法参照GB/T 23436-2009,冰点低于-20到-40℃,去污能力不低于99%,金属腐蚀度(对铝片)小于0.05mg/cm2,相容性和稳定性无分层无沉淀无结晶,且原料易得,比较经济。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
各组分按照质量百分比称取:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 1.6%
异丙醇 15%
乙二醇 15%
阳离子聚合物 0.0005%
薰衣草香精 0.1%
去离子水 余量。
操作步骤:按照上述配比称取去离子水,加热到80℃,加入AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 搅拌溶解,降温到50℃加入异丙醇和乙二醇,阳离子聚合物,充分搅拌溶解均匀后,加入薰衣草香精,搅拌均匀得到产品。实施例2-15例的操作步骤均与实施例1步骤相同,不在赘述。
此产品冰点为-21℃,去污性能为99.81%,pH为7.02,无分层沉淀,热稳定性和冷稳定性都无结晶沉淀,铝片腐蚀度为0.04mg/cm2
实施例2:
各组分按照质量百分比称取:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 2%
异丙醇 18%
乙二醇 15%
阳离子聚合物 0.0008%
薰衣草香精 0.2%
去离子水 余量。
此产品冰点为-21℃,去污性能为99.91%,pH为6.87,无分层沉淀,热稳定性和冷稳定性都无结晶沉淀,铝片腐蚀度为0.03mg/cm2
实施例3:
各组分按照质量百分比称取:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 1.8%
异丙醇 20%
乙二醇 18%
阳离子聚合物 0.0010%
薰衣草香精 0.3%
去离子水 余量。
此产品冰点为-26℃,去污性能为99.88%,pH为7.01,无分层沉淀,热稳定性和冷稳定性都无结晶沉淀,铝片腐蚀度为0.02mg/cm2
实施例4:
各组分按照质量百分比称取:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 2.2%
异丙醇 23%
乙二醇 25%
阳离子聚合物 0.0009%
薰衣草香精 0.2%
去离子水 余量。
此产品冰点为-30℃,去污性能为99.89%,pH为6.98,无分层沉淀,热稳定性和冷稳定性都无结晶沉淀,铝片腐蚀度为0.02mg/cm2
实施例5:
各组分按照质量百分比称取:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 3%
异丙醇 25%
乙二醇 25%
阳离子聚合物 0.0010%
薰衣草香精 0.3%
去离子水 余量。
此产品冰点为-40℃,去污性能为100.00%,pH为6.99,无分层沉淀,热稳定性和冷稳定性都无结晶沉淀,铝片腐蚀度为0.01mg/cm2

1.一种低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水,其特征在于:它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组成:乙二醇15%-25%,异丙醇15%-25%,AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 1.6%-3.0%,阳离子聚合物(聚二甲基二烯丙基-丙烯酰胺)0.0005%-0.001%,薰衣草香精0.1%-0.3%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水,其特征在于:它由下列组分并按下列重量百分比组:
AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 3%

阳离子聚合物 0.0010%
薰衣草香精 0.3%
去离子水 余量。

4.根据权利要求1所述的 低冰点自清洁车用玻璃水的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
按配比重量称取上述组分,将去离子水加热到80℃,加入AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠) 搅拌溶解,降温到50℃加入异丙醇和乙二醇,阳离子聚合物,充分搅拌溶解均匀后,加入薰衣草香精,搅拌均匀得到车用玻璃水。
