本发明所涉及的是一种低VOC内墙涂料,属于一种室内装饰装修用的墙面涂料,是一种环保无毒健康的墙面涂料。该发明采用丙烯酸核壳型乳液,不加任何有机溶剂,制备VOC含量很低且低温成膜性和涂膜性较好的环保内墙乳胶涂料。

本发明的目的就是提高一种环保,对人体无毒无害的的内墙涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所涉及的一种低VOC内墙涂料,按其质量分数比配制而成:去离子水20 -25份、丙烯酸乳液25-35份、钛白粉13-18份、XN450分散剂0.2-0.5份、X-405润湿剂0.1-0.3份、643消泡剂0.1-0.5份、氨水0.2-0.5份、M/90防腐剂0.1-0.4份、轻质碳酸钙15-25份、重质碳酸钙10-15、杀菌剂0.05-1份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份。
本发明所涉及的是一种低VOC内墙涂料,其特征在于,所使用的原材料为丙烯酸核壳乳液,可以显著提高聚合物的耐磨、耐水、耐候、抗污、防辐射性能以及抗张强度、抗冲强度和接连强度,改善其透明性,并可降低最低成膜温度,改善加工性能。
本发明所涉及的是一种低VOC内墙涂料,其特征在于,所使用的原材料钛白粉为纳米级金红石钛白粉。
本发明所涉及的是一种低VOC内墙涂料的生产工艺简单,施工方便,无需任何专用的稀释剂,只需少量清水稀释即可。

实施例1:本发明所涉及的一种低VOC内墙涂料,按其质量分数比配制而成:去离子水25份、丙烯酸乳液28份、钛白粉14份、XN450分散剂0.4份、X-405润湿剂0.1份、643消泡剂0.3份、氨水0.4份、M/90防腐剂0.2份、轻质碳酸钙18份、重质碳酸钙12、杀菌剂0.05份、防腐剂0.2份。
实施例2:本发明所涉及的一种低VOC内墙涂料,按其质量分数比配制而成:去离子水23份、丙烯酸乳液30份、钛白粉12份、XN450分散剂0.4份、X-405润湿剂0.1份、643消泡剂0.3份、氨水0.4份、M/90防腐剂0.2份、轻质碳酸钙19份、重质碳酸钙13、杀菌剂0.05份、防腐剂0.2份。
