Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a wrapping cloth V-belt, which is characterized in that the surface of base cloth is etched, and a silane coupling agent is grafted on the surface of the base cloth, so that the interaction force between the base cloth and a rubber matrix is greatly enhanced, the slipping between the base cloth and the rubber matrix in the use process is prevented, and the V-belt fracture caused by stress concentration is reduced. Secondly, PEN is adopted to modify the glass fiber, and the PEN is a high-performance polymer with nitrile groups on side chains, so that the modified glass fiber wrapping cloth has high heat resistance, mechanical property strength and creep resistance. Thirdly, the addition of the tackifier enhances the interaction between the fiber phase and the rubber phase and improves the mechanical property of the fiber phase and the rubber phase. a preparation method of a wrapping cloth V belt comprises the following steps: putting poly (arylene ether nitrile) in dimethylformamide, adding zinc chloride, stirring at 60-80 ℃ to obtain a PEN solution with solid content of 15-30%, uniformly coating the PEN solution on glass fiber cloth, and drying to obtain modified wrapping cloth; soaking the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and cleaning to obtain etched ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber; adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding a silane coupling agent, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying to obtain modified base cloth; mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier in a mixing roll for 15-20min, adding a vulcanizing agent, an activating agent, microcrystalline cellulose and an accelerating agent, and standing for 3-5h to obtain raw rubber; and (3) coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting into a V belt sample, and vulcanizing for 30-45min to obtain the wrapping cloth V belt.
Preferably, the rubber matrix is a mixture of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the natural rubber to the styrene butadiene rubber is 3: 2.

The following description is presented to disclose the invention so as to enable any person skilled in the art to practice the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.
The invention provides a preparation method of a wrapping cloth V belt, which comprises the following steps: putting poly (arylene ether nitrile) (PEN) in Dimethylformamide (DMF), adding zinc chloride, stirring at 60-80 ℃ to obtain a PEN solution with solid content of 15-30%, uniformly coating the PEN solution on glass fiber cloth, and drying to obtain modified wrapping cloth; soaking the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and cleaning to obtain etched ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber; adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding a silane coupling agent, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying to obtain modified base cloth; mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier in a mixing roll for 15-20min, adding a vulcanizing agent, an activator, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and an accelerant, and standing for 3-5h to obtain raw rubber; and (3) coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting into a V belt sample, and vulcanizing for 30-45min to obtain the wrapping cloth V belt.
Preferably, the rubber matrix is a mixture of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber; the rubber matrix is natural rubber with the mass ratio of 3: 2; the activating agent is stearic acid; the vulcanizing agent is sulfur; the accelerator is tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TT); the silane coupling agent is gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-560); the tackifier is a mixture of TKM-M and RF-90, and the mass ratio is preferably 2: 1; in the step of obtaining the modified wrapping cloth, the stirring time is 2-3 h. The molecular weight of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene is preferably 150W or more, more preferably 150-200W.
According to the invention, the surface of the base cloth is etched, and the silane coupling agent is grafted on the surface of the base cloth, so that the interaction force between the base cloth and the rubber matrix is greatly enhanced, the slipping between the base cloth and the rubber matrix in the use process is prevented, and the V-belt breakage caused by stress concentration is reduced.
The glass fiber cloth adopted by the invention is preferably PPTA fiber. The PPTA as a high-strength fiber has more reactive functional groups on the surface of the fiber due to the special structure, improves the grafting rate of PEN, and reduces the cost while improving the action of the PPTA and a rubber matrix due to low price.
The invention adopts PEN to modify the glass fiber, and the PEN is a high-performance polymer with nitrile groups on side chains, so that the modified glass fiber wrapping cloth has high heat resistance, mechanical property strength and creep resistance.
The addition of the tackifier enhances the interaction between different phases (fiber phase and rubber phase) and improves the mechanical properties of the fiber/rubber composite material.
The microcrystalline cellulose adopted by the invention is natural crystalline cellulose with a rod-shaped geometric structure and a high specific surface area, replaces filling materials such as white carbon black, carbon black and the like, and has the characteristics of environmental protection, low price, small abrasion to machines and the like.
For further understanding of the present invention, the following embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention in detail, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by the following embodiments.
Example 1
Weighing 10 parts by weight of PEN, placing the PEN in DMF, adding 1 part by weight of zinc chloride, stirring for 2-3h at 60-80 ℃ to obtain a PEN solution with solid content of 15-30%, uniformly coating the PEN solution on glass fiber cloth, and drying to obtain the modified wrapping cloth.
And soaking 30 parts by weight of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and washing off alkali liquor to obtain the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers.
And adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding 1 part by weight of silane for coupling, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying for later use after the reaction is finished to obtain the modified base fabric.
Mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier in a mixing roll for 15-20min, adding 2 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent, 5 parts by weight of activating agent, 10 parts by weight of MCC and 1 part by weight of accelerator to obtain raw rubber, and standing the raw rubber for 3-5h to be vulcanized for later use.
And (3) coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting the raw rubber into V-belt samples, and vulcanizing the V-belt samples in a vulcanizing machine for 30-45min to obtain finished products.
The tensile strength was found to be 35MPa, the elongation at break was found to be 500% and the tensile strength after aging was found to be 33 MPa.
Example 2
Weighing 15 parts by weight of PEN into DMF, adding 1.5 parts by weight of zinc chloride, stirring for 2-3h at 60-80 ℃ to obtain a PEN solution with solid content of 15-30%, uniformly coating the PEN solution on glass fiber cloth, and drying to obtain the modified base cloth.
And soaking 40 parts by weight of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and washing off alkali liquor to obtain the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers.
And adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding 3 parts by weight of silane for coupling, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying for later use after the reaction is finished to obtain the modified base fabric.
Mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier in a mixing roll for 15-20min, adding 2 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent, 5 parts by weight of activating agent, 10 parts by weight of MCC and 1 part by weight of accelerator to obtain raw rubber, and standing the raw rubber for 3-5h to be vulcanized for later use.
And (3) coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting the raw rubber into V-belt samples, and vulcanizing the V-belt samples in a vulcanizing machine for 30-45min to obtain finished products.
The tensile strength was found to be 38MPa, the elongation at break was found to be 550%, and the tensile strength after aging was found to be 35 MPa.
Example 3
Weighing 20 parts by weight of PEN into DMF, adding 2 parts by weight of zinc chloride, stirring for 2-3h at 60-80 ℃ to obtain a PEN solution with solid content of 15-30%, uniformly coating the PEN solution on PPTA fiber cloth, and drying to obtain the modified wrapping cloth.
Soaking 50 parts by weight of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and washing off alkali liquor to obtain the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber.
And adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding 5 parts by weight of silane for coupling, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying for later use after the reaction is finished to obtain the modified base fabric.
Mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier in a mixing roll for 15-20min, adding 2 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent, 5 parts by weight of activating agent, 10 parts by weight of MCC and 1 part by weight of accelerator to obtain raw rubber, and standing the raw rubber for 3-5h to be vulcanized for later use.
And (3) coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting the raw rubber into V-belt samples, and vulcanizing the V-belt samples in a vulcanizing machine for 30-45min to obtain finished products.
The tensile strength was found to be 38MPa, the elongation at break was found to be 600% and the tensile strength after aging was found to be 37 MPa.
The same production method as in example 1 was used, and the raw material formulation was as shown in table 1, to obtain a wrapping cloth V tape. The properties of the V-belts of the wrapping cloths prepared in comparative example were measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

soaking 30 parts by weight of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 40-60h, and cleaning to obtain etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers;
adding the etched ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene into an ethanol solution, adding 1 part by weight of silane coupling agent, heating and stirring for 30-60min, and drying to obtain modified base cloth;
mixing the rubber matrix, the modified base fabric and the tackifier for 15-20min, adding 2 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent, 5 parts by weight of activating agent, 10 parts by weight of microcrystalline cellulose and 1 part by weight of accelerator, and standing for 3-5h to obtain raw rubber;
coating the raw rubber with the modified wrapping cloth, cutting into a V belt sample, vulcanizing for 30-45min to obtain a wrapping cloth V belt,
