Abstract
The invention relates to an elevator maintenance monitoring method and a supervision platform based on an elevator Internet of things. The monitoring method comprises the following steps: 1) the supervision platform sends a maintenance instruction containing the position of the elevator to be maintained to a client of a maintenance worker, and compares feedback position information of the client with the position of the elevator to be maintained; 2) after the maintenance personnel are judged to arrive at the post, the supervision platform sends a starting acquisition instruction to the elevator data acquisition device, and the elevator data acquisition device uploads the elevator running state data acquired in real time to the supervision platform and stores the elevator running state data after receiving the starting acquisition instruction; 3) and the supervision platform judges whether maintenance personnel perform maintenance on the elevator according to the specified program action or maintenance items according to the elevator running state data. The supervision platform can monitor the post arrival and task execution conditions of maintenance personnel through the feedback position information of the client and the elevator running state data, and improves the supervision efficiency of the elevator maintenance industry.

3) and the supervision platform judges whether maintenance personnel perform maintenance on the elevator according to the specified program action or maintenance items according to the elevator running state data.
In the step 2) of the embodiment, after the maintenance personnel arrive at the post, the supervision platform sends an instruction to the client of the maintenance personnel, and displays the conditions before and after the maintenance of the elevator in the maintenance process according to the pictures uploaded by the client.
In this embodiment, the maintenance instruction sent by the monitoring platform to the client of the maintenance staff in step 1) is divided into a maintenance instruction and a maintenance instruction, where the maintenance instruction corresponds to the case where the elevator has a fault, and the maintenance instruction corresponds to the case where maintenance should be performed according to the maintenance plan/contract. Because the maintenance instruction contains the relevant information of the elevator to be maintained, the maintenance personnel can maintain the elevator in a targeted manner, and the supervision platform can also judge whether the maintenance personnel arrives at the post within the specified time through the feedback position information of the client of the maintenance personnel, so that the supervision of the maintenance personnel on the post is realized. In this embodiment, the feedback location information of the client is obtained by calling the location information of the client, and certainly, the location information of the maintenance personnel may be obtained by using other manners.
In the step 1) of the embodiment, after the maintenance personnel are judged not to arrive at the post, the information of lacking the post is generated and stored and pushed to the relevant personnel; in other embodiments, the information of the lack of post may not be pushed to the relevant personnel. The related personnel can be maintenance personnel and also can be supervision personnel.
In the step 3) of this embodiment, the supervision platform determines, through the running state data of the elevator, whether the maintenance worker performs maintenance on the elevator according to the specified program action or maintenance item, for example, the elevator service mode is always normal, instead of maintenance, and it is also described that the maintenance worker does not perform operation according to the specified program; if the elevator is always at a standstill, this means that the maintenance person does not perform any action on the elevator during the maintenance process, i.e. the maintenance person does not perform any relevant maintenance on the elevator. Of course, the maintenance personnel can also judge whether the maintenance personnel maintain the elevator according to other information reflected by the operation state data.
In the embodiment, after the maintenance personnel arrive at the post, the monitoring platform sends the photographing instruction to the client of the maintenance personnel, the operation condition of the elevator in the maintenance process can be displayed according to the pictures uploaded by the client, and the working quality of the maintenance personnel can be evaluated according to the pictures before and after the maintenance. In another embodiment, the photographing instruction may not be sent to the maintenance staff.
In this embodiment, the client of the maintenance worker is a mobile APP, and as another embodiment, the client may also be a PC-side WEB browser or the like.

1) the supervision platform sends a maintenance instruction containing the position of the elevator to be maintained to a client of a maintenance worker, the feedback position information of the client is compared with the position of the elevator to be maintained, and if the comparison result is consistent, the maintenance worker is judged to be on duty;
2) after the maintenance personnel are judged to arrive at the post, the supervision platform sends a starting acquisition instruction to the elevator data acquisition device, and the elevator data acquisition device uploads the elevator running state data acquired in real time to the supervision platform and stores the elevator running state data after receiving the starting acquisition instruction;
3) the supervision platform judges whether maintenance personnel maintain the elevator according to the action of a specified program or maintenance items according to the elevator running state data;
the maintenance instruction in the step 1) also comprises maintenance time information of the elevator to be maintained;
and in the step 1), when the maintenance personnel are judged not to arrive at the post within the specified time, the information of lacking the post is generated and stored and pushed to the supervision personnel.

The elevator maintenance monitoring method based on the internet of things of the elevator according to claim 1, wherein after the maintenance personnel is judged to arrive at the post in the step 2), the supervision platform sends a photographing instruction to a client of the maintenance personnel, and displays the conditions before and after the maintenance of the elevator in the maintenance process according to the photos uploaded by the client.
