Abstract
The invention discloses a filling device which comprises a frame, a cylinder body, a first cylinder cover, a first opening formed on the first cylinder cover, a first extension part formed by upwards extending the circumferential side part of the first opening, a second extension part formed by outwards extending the top part of the first extension part, a second cylinder cover, a second opening formed on the second cylinder cover, a third extension part formed by downwards extending the circumferential side part of the second cylinder cover, a fourth extension part formed by inwards extending the bottom part of the third extension part and positioned below the second extension part, and a sealing piece arranged on the fourth extension part, wherein the first extension part is provided with a first opening; the sealing piece is used for being filled between the second extending part and the fourth extending part when ascending along with the second cylinder cover, so as to block the communication between the cylinder body and the outside air; and the cylinder body is further used for keeping communication with the outside air when the cylinder body is away from the second extension part along with the descending of the second cylinder cover. The filling device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, good sealing effect and longer service life, and the sealing element cannot enter the liquid cylinder to cause product defects.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a filling device.
Background
The traditional hydraulic cylinder has a dynamic and static distributor regardless of the upper liquid inlet or the lower liquid inlet. The dynamic and static distributor has a complex structure, the service life of the sealing element in the distributor is short, the production and maintenance cost is high, and the fragments ground by the sealing element can enter the hydraulic cylinder to cause product defects.

The filling device comprises a frame, a cylinder body, a first cylinder cover, a first extension part, a second extension part and a sealing piece, wherein the cylinder body is arranged on the frame, the cylinder body is rotated around the axial line direction of the cylinder body, the first cylinder cover is arranged at the top of the cylinder body, the first opening is formed in the first cylinder cover, the first extension part is formed by upwards extending the circumferential side part of the first opening, the second extension part is formed by outwards extending the top of the first extension part, the second cylinder cover is arranged on the frame and is positioned above the first cylinder cover, the driving mechanism is arranged on the frame and is used for driving the second cylinder cover to move, the second opening is formed in the second cylinder cover, the third extension part is formed by downwards extending the circumferential side part of the second cylinder cover and is sleeved on the first extension part and the second extension part, the fourth extension part is formed by inwards extending the bottom of the third extension part and is positioned below the second extension part, and the sealing piece is arranged on the fourth extension part; a gap distribution between an inner peripheral portion of the third extension portion and outer peripheral portions of the first extension portion and the second extension portion, and a gap distribution between an inner peripheral portion of the fourth extension portion and an outer peripheral portion of the first extension portion;
the sealing piece is used for being filled between the second extending part and the fourth extending part when the second cylinder cover ascends, so that the communication between the cylinder body and the outside air is blocked; and the cylinder body is further used for keeping communication with the outside air when the cylinder body is away from the second extension part along with the descending of the second cylinder cover.
Preferably, the outer peripheral portion of the second extension portion has a slope gradually inclined inwardly from top to bottom, and the seal is further configured to be filled between the slope and the third extension portion when ascending with the second cylinder head.
Preferably, the first extension and the third extension are both cylindrical extensions and are coaxially distributed.
More preferably, the second extension portion and the fourth extension portion are both annular extension portions and are coaxially distributed.

Preferably, the second opening is located above the first opening.
Preferably, the filling device further comprises a diversion cone surface propped against the upper surface of the second extension part and having a downward cone angle, the diversion cone surface and the first opening are coaxially distributed, and the second opening is positioned above the diversion cone surface.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the filling device comprises a frame, a cylinder body 1 arranged on the frame and rotating around the axial line direction of the frame, a first cylinder cover 2 detachably arranged at the top of the cylinder body 1, a first opening 3 arranged on the first cylinder cover 2, a first extension part 4 formed by upwards extending the edge of the first opening 3, and a second extension part 5 formed by outwards extending the top of the first extension part 4. In this embodiment, the first opening 3 is a circular opening, the first extension portion 4 is a cylindrical extension portion, the second extension portion 5 is a circular extension portion, and the second extension portion 5 extends in the horizontal direction; the first cylinder cover 2, the first opening 3, the first extension 4 and the second extension 5 are coaxially distributed.
The filling device further comprises a second cylinder cover 6 which is arranged above the first cylinder cover 2 and moves up and down, a driving mechanism 7 which is arranged on the frame and is used for driving the second cylinder cover 6 to move up and down, a second opening 8 which is arranged on the second cylinder cover 6, a third extension part 9 which is formed by downwards extending the circumferential side part of the second cylinder cover 6 and is sleeved on the first extension part 4 and the second extension part 5, a fourth extension part 10 which is formed by inwards extending the bottom of the third extension part 9 and is positioned below the second extension part 5, and a sealing piece 11 which is arranged on the fourth extension part 10. In the present embodiment, the third extension portion 9 is a cylindrical extension portion, the fourth extension portion 10 is a circular ring-shaped extension portion, and the fourth extension portion 10 extends in the horizontal direction; the second cylinder cover 6, the third extension 9, and the fourth extension 10 are coaxially distributed. The second cylinder head 6 is also coaxially distributed with the first cylinder head 2.
A gap between the lower surface of the second cylinder head 6 and the upper surface of the second extension portion 5 is distributed, a gap between the inner peripheral portion of the third extension portion 9 and the outer peripheral portion of the first extension portion 4 is distributed, and a gap between the inner peripheral portion of the third extension portion 9 and the outer peripheral portion of the second extension portion 5 is distributed; the gap between the inner peripheral portion of the fourth extension 10 and the outer peripheral portion of the first extension 4 is distributed. By this arrangement, the inside of the cylinder 1 is communicated with the outside air.
The second opening 8 is located above the first opening 3 so that the filling or cleaning liquid can enter the cylinder 1 sequentially along the second opening 8 and the first opening 3. In this embodiment, the second opening 8 and the first opening 3 are eccentrically distributed, and the filling device further includes a guiding conical surface 13 abutting against the upper surface of the second extension portion 5, where the cone angle of the guiding conical surface 13 is downward, so as to guide the filling liquid or the cleaning liquid into the cylinder 1. The sealing member 11 is used for being filled between the second extension part 5 and the fourth extension part 10 when ascending along with the second cylinder cover 6, and blocking the communication between the cylinder body 1 and the outside air; the seal 11 also serves to keep the cylinder block 1 in communication with the outside air away from the second extension 5 when descending with the second cylinder head 6. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral portion of the second extension portion 5 has a slope 12 gradually inclined inwardly from top to bottom. The seal 11 also serves to fill between the inclined surface 12 and the third extension 9 when rising with the second cylinder head 6, making the sealing effect better. The inclined surface 12 is a tapered surface with a downward taper angle.
The filling device further comprises a centering and guiding mechanism provided on the frame for driving the second cylinder head 6 to move in a horizontal plane, the centering and guiding mechanism being used for centering the second cylinder head 6 with the first cylinder head 2. In this embodiment, the centering and guiding mechanism includes a centering shaft 14 having one end connected to the second cylinder cover 6, the other end of the centering shaft 14 is connected to a mounting plate 15, and the driving mechanism 7 is provided on the mounting plate 15.
The filling device further comprises a liquid level detection mechanism 16 provided on the first cylinder head 2 and extending partly into the cylinder body 1.
The working procedure of this embodiment is specifically described below:
During filling, the driving mechanism 7 drives the second cylinder cover 6 to move downwards, so that the sealing element 11 moves downwards to be far away from the second extension part 5, the cylinder body 1 is communicated with the outside air, normal air return can be ensured during filling of the filling cylinder, filling liquid is introduced from the second opening 8, and the filling liquid enters the cylinder body 1 from the first opening 3;
During cleaning, the driving mechanism 7 drives the second cylinder cover 6 to move upwards, so that the sealing element 11 moves upwards to abut against the second extension part 5 and is filled between the second extension part 5 and the fourth extension part 10, the communication between the cylinder 1 and the outside air is blocked, the cylinder 1 is sealed, cleaning liquid is introduced from the second opening 8, the cleaning liquid enters the cylinder 1 from the first opening 3, and the interior of the cylinder 1 is cleaned; when full, the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder block 1 will provide an upward force to the second cylinder head 6, causing the fourth extension 10 and the second extension 5 to be more tightly compressed by the sealing member 11, so that the driving mechanism 7 only needs to provide a small force to seal the cylinder block 1.
