Abstract

The middle part and the upper part of each pressing plate are respectively provided with a square lower extrusion block and a round upper extrusion block.
The left side and the right side of the front end face of the main base are fixedly provided with rotation limiting bars.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a preliminary press forming machine of a steel wire clothes hanger comprises a main base 1, wherein a clothes hanger pressing die 7 is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the front end of the main base 1, lower rotating shafts 22 are respectively rotatably arranged at the left side and the right side of the clothes hanger pressing die 7, and a pressing plate 13, a lower belt pulley 18 and a lower gear 3 are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the front part, the middle part and the rear end of each lower rotating shaft 22; a lower transmission belt 20 which is connected with the two lower pulleys 18 in a transmission way and is in an X-shaped cross shape is arranged between the two lower pulleys; each lower gear 3 is meshed with an idler gear 12.
The left side and the right side of the upper part of the main base 1 are respectively provided with an upper rotating shaft 9 in a rotatable mode, the front end of each upper rotating shaft 9 is connected with an arc-shaped connecting frame 11, and each connecting frame 11 is fixedly provided with a round pressing block 10; the middle part of each upper rotating shaft 9 is connected with an upper belt wheel 14; an upper driving belt 19 for connecting the two upper pulleys 14 in a driving way is arranged between the two upper pulleys; an upper gear 23 is arranged at the rear end of the upper rotating shaft 9 positioned at the left side of the two upper rotating shafts 9, and a rack 6 is meshed with the upper end of the upper gear 23; the rear side of the upper end of the main base 1 is provided with a guide rail for horizontally and slidably mounting the rack 6, the left end of the rack 6 is connected with a spring 24, and the left end of the spring 24 is connected with a protruding block 17 welded on the main base 1. Both connecting frames 11 are arc-shaped.
A central incomplete gear 4 which can be meshed and matched with the upper gear 23 and the two idle gears 12 is arranged between the upper gear and the two idle gears 12, and the central incomplete gear 4 is connected with a motor 16.
The motor 16 is fixedly mounted on the main base 1, and each idler wheel 12 is connected to a split shaft 2 rotatably mounted on the main base 1.
The clothes hanger pressing die 7 comprises a T-shaped main frame 7a, a supporting rod 7b is welded at the right upper end of the main frame 7a, a long plate 7d is welded at the lower part of the front side of the main frame 7a, and mounting grooves 7c are formed in the left side and the right side of the long plate 7 d.
The middle part and the upper part of each pressing plate 13 are respectively provided with a square lower extrusion block 15 and a round upper extrusion block 21.
The left side and the right side of the front end face of the main base 1 are fixedly provided with rotation limiting bar blocks 8.
For ease of description, the azimuth relationships depicted in the present invention are referenced to the standard in FIG. 1.
Before the invention is used, only the original steel wire clothes hanger shown in fig. 6 is supported and installed through the strip plate 7d and the installation groove 7c.
When the novel steel wire airing rack is used, the motor 16 drives the incomplete gear 4 to rotate clockwise at a constant speed, the first part, when the incomplete gear 4 is meshed with the idler gear 12 positioned at the left side for transmission, the lower gear 3 positioned at the left side, the corresponding lower rotating shaft 22 and the pressing plate 13 can rotate clockwise, and under the transmission effect of the lower transmission belt 20, the lower rotating shaft 22 positioned at the right side and the pressing plate 13 rotate anticlockwise, namely, the two pressing plates 13 can extrude the steel wire airing rack to the position where the center of the pressing mould 7 of the clothes rack is located, the middle part and the upper part of the steel wire airing rack are extruded respectively through the upper extrusion block 21 and the lower extrusion block 15, and the middle part and the upper part of the original steel wire airing rack can be extruded into a bent shape and a vertical shape respectively by matching with the main frame 7a and the strip plate 7 d.
And when the incomplete gear 4 rotates to be meshed with the upper gear 23 for transmission, the upper gear 23, the upper rotating shaft 9 positioned at the left side and the corresponding connecting frame 11 are all rotated anticlockwise, and under the transmission action of the upper transmission belt 19, the connecting frame 11 positioned at the right side can also rotate anticlockwise, and the two connecting frames 11 and the pressing block 10 respectively press-fit the upper parts of the right sides of the original steel wire clothes hangers in different upper and lower positions in the rotating process, so that the right upper parts of the original steel wire clothes hangers can be extruded into a hook shape, and the original steel wire clothes hangers at the moment are preliminarily processed and formed to form a semi-finished steel wire clothes hanger shown in fig. 6. In addition, the counterclockwise rotation of the upper gear 23 can drive the rack 6 to slide to the left to compress the spring 24, and when the incomplete gear 4 is disengaged from the upper gear 23, the restoring force of the spring 24 can drive the rack 6 to slide to the right and drive the upper gear 23 to rotate and reset.
And thirdly, when the incomplete gear 4 rotates to be meshed with the idler gear 12 positioned on the right for transmission, the lower gear 3 positioned on the right, the corresponding lower rotating shaft 22 and the pressing plate 13 can rotate clockwise, and the lower rotating shaft 22 and the pressing plate 13 positioned on the left rotate anticlockwise, so that the pressing state of the semi-finished product of the steel wire clothes hanger is automatically released, and a user can conveniently unload and load a new steel wire clothes hanger element to continue automatic processing.
Therefore, in summary, by controlling the incomplete gear 4 to sequentially engage with the left idler gear 12, the upper gear 23 and the right idler gear 12 in turn, respectively, the steel wire clothes hanger elements can be automatically and primarily processed one by one into the steel wire clothes hanger semi-finished product.
