Abstract

Background
Cardiovascular diseases have gradually become the first killers of human beings, and have long become the diseases with the highest morbidity and disability rate in modern society. At present, a large number of high-risk groups with cardiovascular diseases exist in China, and the high attention of people is drawn.
Coronary artery perforation, a typical cardiovascular disease, has been studied by numerous doctors, and among the methods for treating cardiovascular disease, a conventional method is to insert a balloon into the aorta via the peripheral artery, then to insert the balloon into the coronary artery perforation site, and to perform other surgical procedures after the balloon is expanded under pressure to temporarily block the perforation site.
In the treatment process, some serious patients cannot pass blood due to the temporary blockage of the balloon, so that local blood supply is insufficient and the local blood supply is difficult to bear.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a balloon that solves the above problems.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a balloon comprises a balloon body and a catheter connected with the balloon, wherein a flow guide channel is arranged on the balloon body.
Optionally, the balloon body is annular, the annular hollow portion forms the flow guide channel, and the catheter penetrates through the balloon body perpendicular to the center of the balloon body.
Optionally, a folding stent is arranged between the balloon body and the catheter inside the annular hollow part.

The balloon provided by the invention has the same use method as that of the existing balloon, and in the inflation process, because the balloon body is provided with the flow guide channel, blood can pass through the balloon, so that local blood supply insufficiency cannot be caused.

The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment 1, the present invention provides a balloon, see fig. 1 to 3, including a balloon body 11 and a catheter 12 connected to the balloon, wherein a flow guide channel is disposed on the balloon body.
The balloon provided by the invention has the same use method as that of the existing balloon, and in the inflation process, because the balloon body is provided with the flow guide channel, blood can pass through the balloon, so that local blood supply insufficiency cannot be caused.
As a specific embodiment: referring to fig. 1, the balloon body is annular, the annular hollow part forms the flow guide channel, and the catheter penetrates through the balloon body perpendicular to the center of the balloon body. For the convenience of support, a folding bracket 13 is arranged between the balloon body and the catheter in the annular hollow part. The folding stent may be formed of a plurality of folding rods each of which may be formed of two or more rods hinged, and as a preferred mode, the folding stent is an umbrella type folding stent, where the umbrella type folding stent refers to a stent in which the folding stent of an umbrella is reduced to a structure suitable for a balloon to be used.
As another specific embodiment: referring to fig. 2, the balloon body is annular, the annular hollow part forms the flow guide channel, the catheter is parallel to the center of the balloon body and forms an eccentric circle with the annular balloon body, and the connecting part of the catheter and the balloon body is communicated. As a specific structure, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the catheter is integrated with the balloon body, and the connecting part of the catheter and the balloon body is provided with an air inlet 19 for ventilating the catheter and the balloon body.
As a variation: referring to fig. 5, the balloon body is annular, the annular hollow portion forms the flow guide channel, the catheter and the center of the balloon body are coaxially arranged, the catheter is circumferentially provided with elastic communicating tubes 14 which are generally uniformly arranged, one end of at least one elastic communicating tube is communicated with the catheter, and the other end of at least one elastic communicating tube is communicated with the balloon body. The elastic communicating tube is generally made of the same material as the balloon. As a preferable mode, the thickness of the inner side of the balloon body is smaller than that of the outer side, so that once the balloon is exploded in the inflating process, a part of the inner side of the balloon body is firstly destroyed, gas flows to the inner side, and little impact is generated on the adhered vascular wall, in addition, when the gas flows to the inner side, the elastic communication pipe contracts and compresses the gas to reduce the gas flow rate, so as to prevent the pain of a patient caused by the rapid deformation of the perforation due to the rapid deflation and deformation of the balloon body, and as a deformation, the effect of explosion in the balloon body can be achieved when the thickness of the elastic communication pipe is smaller than that of the balloon body, little impact is generated on the adhered vascular wall, or the thickness of the elastic communication pipe is the same as that of the balloon body, and one side of the elastic communication pipe is provided with a trace whose thickness is smaller than that of other parts, so that the elastic communication pipe, so as to keep balanced contraction during contraction and prevent the situation that the side with fast contraction is just at the perforation position to bring pain to the patient.
In order to facilitate the control of the inflation of the balloon, referring to fig. 6, an air inlet valve 15 is mounted at an end of the catheter remote from the balloon body, and the mounting of the air inlet valve is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
In order to facilitate the control of the inflation of the balloon and the introduction of the balloon body, see fig. 7, a trachea 16 and a guide wire 17 are mounted in the catheter and are in communication with the balloon body, the trachea and the guide wire exposing one end of the catheter away from the balloon body, the mounting of the trachea and the guide wire being well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein. For convenience in use, a liquid inlet pipe 18 is installed in the catheter, an outlet of the liquid inlet pipe is located at one end, close to the rear end of the balloon body, of the catheter, liquid medicine and the like can be conveyed through the liquid inlet pipe, so that the balloon can be conveniently used, the trachea, the guide wire and the liquid inlet pipe can be installed in the conventional installation mode, for example, the trachea, the guide wire and the liquid inlet pipe are separated by arranging an interlayer in the middle of the catheter, and therefore the balloon can be inflated only by arranging a small hole communicated with the trachea in the position where the catheter is connected with the balloon body or the position inside the balloon body.
In the present application, the front end and the rear end are defined according to the front-rear direction of the balloon when in use.
Embodiment 2, on the basis of embodiment 1, still be provided with the medicine on the sacculus body, the medicine can use current mode to set up on sacculus body surface, through setting up the medicine, can also use the sacculus as medicine sacculus, and it is more convenient to use.

the balloon body is annular, the annular hollow part forms the flow guide channel, the catheter and the circle center of the balloon body are coaxially arranged, an elastic communicating pipe (14) is arranged in the circumferential direction of the catheter, one end of at least one elastic communicating pipe is communicated with the catheter, and the other end of at least one elastic communicating pipe is communicated with the balloon body;
a liquid inlet pipe (18) is arranged in the catheter, and an outlet of the liquid inlet pipe is positioned at one end of the catheter close to the rear end of the balloon body;
the thickness of the elastic communicating pipe is smaller than that of the balloon body, or,
the thickness of the elastic communicating pipe is the same as that of the balloon body, one side of the elastic communicating pipe is provided with a trace, and the thickness of the trace is smaller than that of the rest part of the elastic communicating pipe.
2. The balloon of claim 1,
an air inlet valve (15) is mounted at one end of the catheter, which is far away from the balloon body; or,
an air pipe (16) and a guide wire (17) which are communicated with the balloon body are arranged in the catheter, and the air pipe and the guide wire are exposed out of one end of the catheter, which is far away from the balloon body.
3. The balloon of claim 1, wherein a drug is disposed on the balloon body.
