Abstract

Technical Field

Background

The invention provides a ball chair combined structure, comprising:
the chair frame is provided with a bearing seat and a chair foot seat, the bearing seat is connected with the chair foot seat through a supporting column which can be adjusted in a lifting way, the center of the bottom of the bearing seat is provided with a pivoting groove which is matched and sleeved at the upper end of the supporting column, the bearing seat is concave and provided with an accommodating groove, the bottom of the bearing seat is provided with at least one opening adjacent to the pivoting groove for installing an adjusting piece, the upper end of the supporting column is provided with a pressing part, and the pressing part of the supporting column is pressed by the linkage of the adjusting piece to achieve the lifting action; and
a ball body which is matched and contained in the containing groove of the chair frame bearing seat.
Preferably, the upper end of the receiving base is further provided with a ring-shaped frame, and the ball body is wrapped and limited by the ring-shaped frame.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

First, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination with fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the present invention provides a ball chair assembly structure, which includes: a chair frame 10, a ball 20 and an adjusting member 30, the chair frame 10 has a receiving seat 11 and a chair foot seat 12, the receiving seat 11 is connected with the chair foot seat 12 through a support post 13 capable of being adjusted by lifting, the upper end of the support post 13 has a pressing part 131, and the receiving seat 11 is pivoted with an adjusting member 30 to press the pressing part 131 of the support post 13 to have a lifting action state, the receiving seat 11 is generally concave and has a containing groove 111, the bottom center of the containing groove 111 has a pivot groove 112 and is matched and sleeved on the upper end of the support post 13, and the inner wall of the pivot groove 112 is coated with a metal ring 113, the bottom of the receiving seat 11 is provided with at least one opening 114 near the groove 112 for installing an adjusting member 30, the upper end of the receiving seat 11 can also be provided with a ring-shaped frame 14, the ring-shaped frame 14 and the receiving seat 11 can be formed integrally (as shown in figure 3), the assembly and combination can be further performed by a combination manner, wherein the receiving seat 11 is provided with a plurality of locking slots 115 at the same interval in the receiving groove 111, the annular frame 14 is provided with a plurality of locking ribs 141 from the inner diameter downward in sequence, so as to fasten the annular frame 14 to the upper end of the receiving seat 11, the ball 20 is accommodated in the receiving groove 111 of the receiving seat 11 of the seat frame 10, preferably, the ball 20 can be further wrapped and limited by the annular frame 14, the adjusting member 30 is a handle, one end of the handle is pivoted from the opening 114, and the end extends to the upper end of the pivoting groove 112 and is overlapped on the pressing part 131 of the supporting pillar 13, and the adjusting member 30 is assembled at the bottom of the receiving groove 111 through a cover plate 31, so as to complete a ball seat assembly structure.
The actual using state of the structure of the ball chair is shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the ball chair is provided with a ball body 20 for a user to sit on, and the surface of the ball body 20 is arc-shaped, so that the user can correct bad sitting postures, relieve waist soreness and backache and restore the health of the spine when working or reading, and on the other hand, the training of balance balls can be simultaneously carried out, the strength of core muscles is increased, the balance and the physical coordination are improved, the increase of the strength of the core muscles can improve the sitting posture and the standing posture at ordinary times, the balance feeling is increased and the back injury is prevented, the chair frame 10 is connected with the chair foot seat 12 and the bearing seat 11 through a supporting column 13 which can be adjusted up and down, and the pressing part 131 of the supporting column 13 is pressed by an adjusting piece 30 to be linked up and down, when the pressing weight of the pressing part 131 of the supporting column 13 is less than the lifting force of the supporting column 13, the support base 11 is pushed by the support column 13 to rise, otherwise, when the weight of the user is larger than the lifting force of the support column 13, the support column 13 is compressed and moves downwards, so that the height of the ball chair can be adjusted, the proper height can be adjusted along with the body condition of the user, the height of the user can be met, the proper sitting posture can be provided, the practicability of the ball chair is greatly improved, and in addition, the user can also step on the foot base 12 with both feet retracted when taking the ball chair, so that the relaxation of the feet and the adjustment of the posture can be facilitated.
Another embodiment of the structure is shown in fig. 8 and 9 in combination with fig. 10 and 11, the bottom of the receiving base 11 is symmetrically provided with two openings 114 near the pivoting groove 112, the adjusting member 30 has a circular ring 32, and at least two connecting rods 33 are symmetrically provided on the inner diameter of the circular ring 32, the inner ends of the two connecting rods 33 are respectively assembled into the receiving base 11 through the two openings 114, the two connecting rods 33 are connected through a pressing plate 34, the pressing plate 34 is overlapped on the pressing part 131 of the supporting post 13, and finally the two connecting rods 33 and the pressing plate 34 are assembled at the bottom of the receiving groove 111 through a cover plate 31 and are limited, so that the pressing plate 34 can press the pressing part 131 of the supporting post 13 downward through the pulling of the two connecting rods 33 to achieve the lifting adjustment of the ball chair, and the two connecting rods 33 are both fixed on the circular ring 32, and the pulling of the circular ring 32 can achieve the actuating pressing of the pressing plate 34, the adjusting member 30 has a circumferential linkage using state to improve the convenience of pulling and adjusting the adjusting member 30.

1. A ball chair composite structure, comprising:
the chair frame is provided with a bearing seat and a chair foot seat, the bearing seat is connected with the chair foot seat through a supporting column which can be adjusted in a lifting way, the center of the bottom of the bearing seat is provided with a pivoting groove which is matched and sleeved at the upper end of the supporting column, the bearing seat is concave and provided with an accommodating groove, the bottom of the bearing seat is provided with at least one opening adjacent to the pivoting groove for installing an adjusting piece, the upper end of the supporting column is provided with a pressing part, and the pressing part of the supporting column is pressed by the linkage of the adjusting piece to achieve the lifting action; and
a ball body which is matched and contained in the containing groove of the chair frame bearing seat.
2. The assembly structure of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the receiving base is further provided with a ring-shaped frame, and the ball is enclosed and limited by the ring-shaped frame.
3. The assembly of claim 2, wherein the receiving base is integrally formed with the loop frame.
4. The assembly of claim 2, wherein the receiving seat has a plurality of slots at the same distance in the receiving groove for receiving a ring frame, and the ring frame has a plurality of ribs sequentially formed from the inner diameter downward for fastening the ring frame to the upper end of the receiving seat.
5. The chair assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the pivot slot is injection-molded with a metal ring.

The assembly structure of claim 5, wherein the adjusting member is a handle, one end of the handle is pivotally connected to the pivot slot through the opening, the end extends to the upper end of the pivot slot and overlaps the pressing portion of the support post, and the adjusting member is limited by a cover plate assembled to the bottom of the receiving slot.

The assembly structure of claim 5, wherein the bottom of the receiving seat has two openings symmetrically disposed adjacent to the pivot slot, the adjusting member has a circular ring, and at least two connecting rods are symmetrically disposed on the inner diameter of the circular ring, and the inner ends of the two connecting rods are respectively assembled into the receiving seat through the two openings, and then the two connecting rods are connected through a pressing plate, and the pressing plate is stacked on the pressing portion of the supporting post, and finally assembled to the bottom of the receiving slot through a cover plate and limits the two connecting rods and the pressing plate.
8. The assembly of claim 1, further comprising a cover that fits over the ball and extends downward to the receptacle for snap-fit attachment.

The assembly structure of claim 8, wherein the receiving seat has a plurality of through slots formed on an outer side wall thereof, each of the through slots having a hook rib, and the cover has a plurality of hooks sequentially disposed on an open end of the lower hem thereof for engaging and fixing the cover by passing the hooks over the hook ribs.
10. The assembly structure of claim 8 or 9, further comprising a bottom case covering the bottom of the receiving base from bottom to top and covering the bottom of the cover, wherein a set of connecting slots is disposed at the bottom of the bottom case and the connecting slots of the receiving base.
11. The assembly of claim 10, wherein the side of the bottom shell further comprises at least one opening for receiving the adjustment member therethrough.
