本发明公开了一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：在系统设定属于敏感数据的字段以及敏感字段的脱敏方法；设定敏感数据，敏感数据包括属于敏感患者的患者个人数据、属于敏感科室的科室数据和属于敏感病区的病区数据；设定敏感患者、科室、病区的敏感范围，即在查询结果查询出敏感患者数据后，应如何统计显示结果；用户自主创建查询条件，根据查询条件与敏感数据进行比对，审批判断数据敏感范围,显示结果。本发明具有可保护患者数据不被泄露等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及审批领域，具体来说是一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法。
背景技术
中国专利(公开号105260859A)披露了一种行政自助审批系统，其特征在于：包括一个自助终端和自助服务平台，该平台包括身份认证模块，该身份认证模块一端与存储模块A相连，该身份认证模块另一端与资料上传模块相连，该资料上传模块一端与读取转换数据模块相连，该读取转换数据模块与数据处理中心模块相连，该数据处理中心模块与提示出错模块相连，该提示出错模块与出错显示信息模块相连，该出错显示信息模块通过网络与计算机终端相连，该数据处理中心模块另一端与缴费平台支付模块相连，该缴费平台支付模块的一端与存储模块B相连，该缴费平台支付模块的另一端与审判中心相连，该审批中心与自动预约时间模块相连。
在中国专利(公开号105260859A)中的身份认证模块相当于登录用户，但其没有披露根据用户创建的查询条件以及查询结果，判断是否需要走审批流程，并且根据查询字段和导出字段的不同走不同的审批科室，以及根据用户本身有无查看敏感字段的权限来判断该字段是否需要脱敏显示，这就造成部分用户在科研查询时能够统计或者显示出患者的数据，不能够保证患者隐私数据的安全性，因此需要进行有效的改进。
发明内容
针对于现有技术所存在的患者隐私数据存在安全性的缺陷，提供一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，本申请的创新点在于对登陆用户创建的查询条件以及查询结果，判断是否需要走审批流程，并且根据查询字段和导出字段的不同走不同的审批科室，以及根据用户本身有无查看敏感字段的权限来判断该字段是否需要脱敏显示。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)、在系统设定属于敏感数据的字段以及敏感字段的脱敏方法；
(2)、设定敏感数据，敏感数据包括属于敏感患者的患者个人数据、属于敏感科室的科室数据和属于敏感病区的病区数据；
(3)、设定敏感患者、科室、病区的敏感范围，即在查询结果查询出敏感患者数据后，应如何统计显示结果；
(4)、用户自主创建查询条件，根据查询条件与敏感数据进行比对，审批判断数据敏感范围,显示结果。
作为优选，所述的步骤(1)中，具体方法为：首先由系统管理员，将需要查询显示的字段划分给各个科室自己维护，再由每个科室的科室负责人来指定该字段是否敏感，并且确定使用的脱敏方式。
作为优选，所述的步骤(2)中，在敏感科室以及敏感病区就诊过的患者均属于敏感患者数据。
作为优选，所述的步骤(2)中，将一些不希望被显示的患者、科室、病区数据设置为敏感数据。
作为优选，所述的步骤(3)中，统计显示结果的方式包括统计不显示和不统计不显示两种方式，即在设置出敏感范围后，这样在查询结果中敏感数据就不会被显示出来，再根据设置的敏感范围，来确定该数据是否加入统计数中。
作为优选，所述的脱敏方式包括替换、数值偏移、日期偏移、枚举、截断、手机号遮罩、身份证遮罩、数值取整、日期取整、局部替换、编号。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：
采用本发明所述的一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，使用分级授权的方式将患者数据细分到每个科室，最大限度保护患者数据的泄露，使用敏感字段来灵活的开启审批流程，使得审批人可以更容易去理解查询条件的目的，给与正确的审批。

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识，用以较佳的实施例详细的说明，说明如下：
本发明公开了一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)、在系统设定属于敏感数据的字段以及敏感字段的脱敏方法；
(2)、设定敏感数据，敏感数据包括属于敏感患者的患者个人数据、属于敏感科室的科室数据和属于敏感病区的病区数据；
(3)、设定敏感患者、科室、病区的敏感范围，即在查询结果查询出敏感患者数据后，应如何统计显示结果；
(4)、用户自主创建查询条件，根据查询条件与敏感数据进行比对，审批判断数据敏感范围,显示结果。

作为优选，所述的步骤(4)中，用户登录系统，创建查询条件，系统首先会判断这个查询的目的，如果是医务，并且该用户具有免审权限，那么就不进行审批直接查询，反之进行审批，在步骤(1)中划分了每个字段所属科室，如果查询条件中包含该科室的敏感字段，那么相应的该科室就要对查询条件进行审批，如果查询目的是科研，那么就需要对当前查询进行备案，如果没有备案就会交由科教处进行审批，审批通过以后也是相应检查查询条件里的敏感字段，交由所属科室进行审批。
实施例1
用户登录系统，创建查询条件：[就诊时间：2016-01-01 between 2017-01-01 and诊断名称:糖尿病](查询2016年来就诊的所有患糖尿病的患者).显示字段： [患者姓名，患者性别，患者年龄，糖化血红蛋白，空腹血糖，餐后血糖，药物商品名]，查询目的为医务，提交查询条件；
首先判断查询目的，当前查询目的为医务，走医务处审批流程，判断当前查询条件的用户是否有免审批权限，如果有那么不审批直接查询，反之提交给医务进行审批，审批通过以后，根据查询条件和显示字段里所涉及敏感字段，将该查询提交给相应的科室去进行审批，显示字段中包含了糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后血糖那么相应的内分泌科要进行审批，审批通过以后，判断当前的字段中是否包含了药品和耗材，如果包含，那么提交给纪检处审批，都审批通过以后才可以用该查询条件查询且在查询结果中，会将设置为敏感患者、科室、病区的患者过滤掉。
实施例2
用户登录系统，创建查询条件：[就诊时间：2016-01-01 between 2017-01-01 and诊断名称:糖尿病](查询2016年来就诊的所有患糖尿病的患者).显示字段： [患者姓名，患者性别，患者年龄，糖化血红蛋白，空腹血糖，餐后血糖，药物商品名]，查询目的为医务，提交查询条件；
查询目的为科研，如果是科研的话，那么首先要判断是否在医院进行过备案如果没有那么交给科教处去审批，如果有，在继续判断查询字段和显示字段中是否敏感字段，如果有也要交给科教处审批，审批通过以后，在检查所包含字段是否有药品和耗材，如果有，那么交给纪检处审批，都审批通过以后才可以用该查询条件查询且在查询结果中，会将设置为敏感患者、科室、病区的患者过滤掉。

1.一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)、在系统设定属于敏感数据的字段以及敏感字段的脱敏方法；
(2)、设定敏感数据，敏感数据包括属于敏感患者的患者个人数据、属于敏感科室的科室数据和属于敏感病区的病区数据；
(3)、设定敏感患者、科室、病区的敏感范围，即在查询结果查询出敏感患者数据后，应如何统计显示结果；
(4)、用户自主创建查询条件，根据查询条件与敏感数据进行比对，审批判断数据敏感范围,显示结果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种根据登录用户创建的查询条件来自由转换审批流程的方法，其特征在于：所述的步骤(1)中，具体方法为：首先由系统管理员，将需要查询显示的字段划分给各个科室自己维护，再由每个科室的科室负责人来指定该字段是否敏感，并且确定使用的脱敏方式。
