Technical Field

Background
A process cartridge of an image forming apparatus is generally provided with a photosensitive drum, a developing roller, a charging roller; during the long-time contact of the photosensitive drum, the developing roller and the charging roller, the rubber on the developing roller and the charging roller has the possibility of polluting the photosensitive drum. Therefore, in the products in the prior art, the photosensitive drum is usually required to be isolated from the developing roller and the photosensitive drum from the charging roller, so that the photosensitive drum is prevented from being polluted.
Patent CN201210138324.2 proposes a method for installing anti-staining paper and the resulting process cartridge. However, the method needs to manually rotate the photosensitive drum, the developing roller and the charging roller, is inconvenient to operate, and cannot detect whether the antifouling paper is installed in place.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an installation and detection device and an installation and detection method for anti-pollution paper of a processing box.

The processing box paper clamping device provides voltage for the photosensitive drum, the developing roller and the charging roller through the first electrode, the second electrode and the third electrode respectively; the first detection element is respectively connected with the first electrode and the second electrode and is used for detecting the voltage change between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller; the second detection element is respectively connected with the second electrode and the third electrode, and detects the voltage change between the photosensitive drum and the charging roller.
The antifouling paper is made of insulating materials.
Before and after the antifouling paper is installed between the photosensitive drum and the developing roller and between the antifouling paper and the charging roller, the first detection element and the second detection element respectively detect a high potential and a low potential; when the first detection element detects a high potential, the display lamp is on, and when the first detection element detects a low potential, the display lamp is off; when the detecting element detects a high potential, the second display lamp is on, and when the detecting element detects a low potential, the second display lamp is off.

As shown in fig. 1, a process cartridge 1 includes a waste powder bin 2 and a powder bin 3; the waste powder bin 2 is provided with a photosensitive drum 7, a charging roller 11 and a cleaning scraper 15; the powder bin 3 is provided with a developing roller 9 and a powder outlet knife 13; the waste powder bin 2 is connected with the powder bin 3, and a laser port 16 is arranged between the waste powder bin 2 and the powder bin 3. The photosensitive drum 7, the developing roller 9 and the charging roller 11 are respectively provided with a photosensitive drum steel shaft 7a, a developing roller steel shaft 9a and a charging roller steel shaft 11 a. The photosensitive drum steel shaft 7a, the developing roller steel shaft 9a and the charging roller steel shaft 11a can be connected with a power supply unit on the image forming device and transmit voltage respectively.

As shown, a first electrode 25, a second electrode 26, and a third electrode 27 are disposed on the left support plate 23; the cylinder 34 is connected with a cylinder seat 35, and the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 are respectively arranged on the cylinder seat 35. The first driving shaft 28 is connected with the first motor 29; the second driving shaft 30 is connected with the second motor 31. The first drive shaft 28 and the second drive shaft 30 both pass through the right support plate 24. The first detection element 32 is connected to the first electrode 25 and the second electrode 26, respectively. The second detection element 33 is connected to the second electrode 26 and the third electrode 27, respectively.
When the process cartridge 1 is mounted in the cartridge jam apparatus 20, the left support plate 23 and the right support plate 24 support both ends of the process cartridge, respectively, while the first electrode 25, the second electrode 26, and the third electrode 27 are electrically connected to the developing roller steel shaft 9a, the photosensitive drum steel shaft 7a, and the charging roller steel shaft 11a, respectively; the first driving shaft 28 and the second driving shaft 30 are respectively connected with the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 and provide driving force for the photosensitive drum and the developing roller; starting the air cylinder 34, wherein the air cylinder 34 drives the air cylinder seat 35 to enable the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 to respectively drive the first driving shaft 28 and the second driving shaft 30 to be connected with the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9; the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 are started, and the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 rotate the first drive shaft 28 and the second drive shaft 30, thereby rotating the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 on the process cartridge. With the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 rotating, the anti-staining paper 14 is mounted between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9, the charging roller 11 in the manner described in patent CN 201210138324.2.
After the above steps are completed, the process cartridge sheet nipping apparatus 20 supplies the voltage to the photosensitive drum 7, the developing roller 9, and the charging roller 11 through the first electrode 25, the second electrode 26, and the third electrode 27, respectively; since the first detecting element 32 is connected to the first electrode 25 and the second electrode 26, respectively, the first detecting element 32 can detect a voltage change between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9; the second detection element 33 is connected to the second electrode 26 and the third electrode 27, respectively, so that the second detection element 33 can detect a voltage change between the photosensitive drum 7 and the charging roller 11. In the present embodiment, the anti-soiling paper 14 is made of an insulating material, and therefore the first and second detecting elements 32 and 33 detect a high potential and a low potential, respectively, before and after the anti-soiling paper 14 is mounted between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 and the charging roller 11, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, respectively. The first display lamp 21 and the second display lamp 22 are respectively connected with the first detection element 32 and the second detection element 33; therefore, when the first detection element 32 detects a high potential, the first display lamp 21 is on, and when the first detection element 32 detects a low potential, the first display lamp 21 is off; when the detecting element 33 detects a high potential, the second display lamp 22 is on, and when the detecting element 33 detects a low potential, the second display lamp 22 is off. The operator of the process cartridge paper clamping apparatus can know whether the anti-contamination paper 14 is mounted between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 and the charging roller 11 by observing the on and off of the first display lamp 21 and the second display lamp 22.
According to the above description, the operation steps of the process cartridge sheet clamping apparatus are as follows:
1. mounting the process cartridge 1 between the left support plate 23 and the right support plate 24 of the cartridge chucking apparatus 20;
2. opening the air cylinder 34, and respectively enabling the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 to drive the first driving shaft 28 and the second driving shaft 30 to be connected with the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9;
3. after the first driving shaft 28 and the second driving shaft 30 are respectively connected with the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9, the air cylinder 34 is closed; starting a first motor 29 and a second motor 31, and installing the antifouling paper 14 between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 and the charging roller 11;
4. turning off the first motor 29 and the second motor 31; the power supply on the process cartridge sheet clamping device 20 is started and the first electrode 25, the second electrode 26 and the third electrode 27 are energized, and whether the anti-staining sheet 14 is mounted between the photosensitive drum 7 and the developing roller 9 and the charging roller 11 is judged by observing the on and off of the first indicator lamp 21 and the second indicator lamp 22.
It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that the actuation and deactivation of the air cylinder 34, and the distance that the air cylinder 34 moves to bring the cylinder block 35, can be set in the process cartridge sheet clamping apparatus without manual operation. Similarly, when to start the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 after the cylinder 34 is turned off can be set in the cartridge jam apparatus 20 without manual operation. Similarly, when the first electrode 25, the second electrode 26, and the third electrode 27 are energized after the first motor 29 and the second motor 31 are turned off can also be set in the process cartridge sheet clamping apparatus without manual operation.
