Description

Washing machine
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a washing machine.
Background
In a so-called vertical axis type washing machine, a cover that opens and closes an opening for taking out and putting in laundry constitutes an upper surface of the washing machine. Also, the upper surface of the washing machine is located slightly below the line of sight of a typical user, and thus is a location that is easily seen by the user. Therefore, in recent years, in order to improve the aesthetic appearance of the upper surface of the washing machine, it is likely that the surface of the cover is preferably formed of a single flat glass plate.
Conventionally, in a washing machine having such a structure, a handle member made of, for example, resin is provided at a front end edge portion of the lid, and the handle member is used for a user to place his hand when opening and closing the lid. This makes it possible to improve the appearance by flattening the upper surface of the cover as much as possible. However, in such a conventional structure, since the handle member is provided so as to cover the leading edge portion of the glass plate, a stepped portion is generated between the leading edge portion of the glass plate and the handle member. Therefore, dirt, detergent, and the like are easily deposited on the stepped portion, and if dirt, detergent, and the like are deposited on the stepped portion, they are difficult to remove, and thus the cleaning performance is poor.

Detailed Description
Next, a washing machine according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a washing machine 10 according to the embodiment is a so-called vertical axis type washing machine in which the central axis of the water tub and the rotation axis of the spin basket are oriented in the vertical direction with respect to the floor surface. In the following description, the user side of the washing machine 10 is referred to as the front side of the washing machine 10, and the direction opposite to the front side is referred to as the rear side of the washing machine 10. The left-right direction viewed from the user side is the left-right direction of the washing machine 10.
The washing machine 10 includes a washing machine body 20 and a cover 30. The washing machine main body 20 is formed in a rectangular box shape as a whole, and has an opening, not shown, on an upper side thereof for taking out and putting in laundry. The washing machine body 20 includes an outer casing 21, a top cover 22, and an operation panel 23. The outer case 21 and the top cover 22 constitute an outer contour of the washing machine 10.
The outer box 21 is formed of a steel plate or the like into a rectangular container shape with an open upper side. A water tank and a rotary tank, not shown, as a washing tank are accommodated in the outer box 21. The top cover 22 is provided on the upper portion of the outer box 21. The top cover 22 includes a frame 221, a decorative panel 222, and a rear panel 223.
The frame 221 is made of, for example, synthetic resin, and is formed in a rectangular ring shape that communicates vertically. The decorative panel 222 is provided on the upper front side of the frame 221. The operation panel 23 is provided in a partial area of the entire area of the decorative panel 222. The operation panel 23 is used to set and display the operation content of the washing machine 10, and is connected to a control device, not shown. In this case, the operation panel 23 may be any one of the following manners: a push button system using a mechanical push button; a touch sensor system using a touch sensor; and a touch panel system in which a touch sensor and a liquid crystal display are arranged in an overlapping manner. The rear panel 223 is a synthetic resin plate-like member, and is provided on the upper rear side of the housing 221.
As shown in fig. 2, the cover 30 is formed in a rectangular plate shape as a whole. As shown in fig. 1, the cover 30 is located at an upper portion of the top cover 22, and is disposed between the decorative panel 222 and the rear panel 223. The cover 30 is inclined downward toward the user side, i.e., the front. The cover 30 occupies an area of the upper surface of the washing machine 10 other than the decorative panel 222 and the rear panel 223. The cover 30 opens and closes an opening, not shown, provided in the upper portion of the washing machine body 20, that is, an opening for taking out and putting in laundry. Further, the cover 30 is not limited to being inclined downward toward the front of the washing machine 10, and may be disposed to be horizontal with respect to the floor.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cover 30 includes a glass plate 31, a first holding member 32, a protective member 33, a second holding member 34, a damper hinge (damper hinge)35, a mounting member 36, and a cover member 37. The glass plate 31 is glass formed in a rectangular plate shape. The glass plate 31 may be transparent or translucent, or may be opaque by, for example, adhering a light-shielding film or applying a light-shielding coating to the front or back surface of the glass plate 31. The peripheral edge of the glass plate 31 is chamfered so as not to make the corner sharp.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first holding member 32 is provided below the glass plate 31 and holds the glass plate 31. The first holding member 32 is made of synthetic resin and is formed in a rectangular plate shape as a whole. The first holding member 32 integrally has a central hole 321, a mounting surface 322, a front side rising portion 323, a rear side rising portion 324, an insertion portion 325, and an engagement portion 326.
The central hole 321 is provided in the central portion of the first holding member 32, and is formed to penetrate the first holding member 32 in a rectangular shape in the thickness direction of the first holding member 32. The central hole 321 is formed larger than the inner diameter of the washing tub housed in the washing machine body 20, for example. The mounting surface 322 is an upper surface of the first holding member 32 and is a surface on which the glass plate 31 is mounted. The mounting surface 322 is formed as a substantially flat surface as a whole. The glass plate 31 is fixed to the mounting surface 322 by, for example, a double-sided tape or the like, not shown, provided between the lower surface of the glass plate 31 and the mounting surface 322 of the first holding member 32.
As shown in fig. 5, 8, and 9, the front raised portion 323 and the rear raised portion 324 are provided so as to rise upward from the outer peripheral portion that is the edge portion of the placement surface 322. As shown in fig. 5, the front raised portion 323 is provided over the entire width in the left-right direction of the front end edge portion of the first holding member 32 and a partial region on the front end side of the left and right edge portions. The rear raised portion 324 is provided over the entire width in the left-right direction of the rear end edge portion of the first holding member 32 and a partial region on the rear end side of the left and right edge portions.
Here, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the height dimension from the placement surface 322 to the upper end portion of each standing portion 323, 324 is set to the standing amount H of each standing portion 323, 324. In this case, the height dimension from the mounting surface 322 to the upper end of the rising portions 323 and 324 is a distance in the vertical direction with respect to the mounting surface 322 with reference to the mounting surface 322. The rising amount H of each rising portion 323, 324 is set to be equal to or less than the thickness dimension t of the glass plate 31. That is, the upper ends of the rising portions 323 and 324 are located at the same height as the upper surface of the glass plate 31 or below the upper surface of the glass plate 31.
In the present embodiment, the upper end portions of the rising portions 323 and 324 are located below the upper surface of the glass plate 31. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, the front raised part 323 covers the entire front end edge part of the glass plate 31 and a part of the front end side of the left and right edge parts, and does not extend to the upper surface of the glass plate 31. Similarly, as shown in fig. 9, the rear raised portion 324 covers the entire rear end edge portion and a partial region of the rear end side of the left and right edge portions of the glass plate 31 without extending to the upper surface of the glass plate 31. In this case, the inner portions of the rising portions 323 and 324 and the portions of the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 31 which face the rising portions 323 and 324 are in close contact with each other.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fitting portions 325 are provided at both left and right edge portions of the first holding member 32. The first holding member 32 has a rectangular shape with a left and right edge portions partially cut out to open to the left and right, thereby forming an insertion portion 325. In the present embodiment, the fitting portion 325 is provided in a region of more than half of the entire region of the left and right side edges of the first holding member 32 in the front-rear direction. The protective member 33 is embedded in the embedding portion 325.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the engaging portion 326 is provided to protrude in the left-right direction from the side portion in the front-rear direction of the fitting portion 325. The fitting portions 325 on the left and right sides are provided with a plurality of engaging portions 326, and 4 engaging portions 326 are provided here.
The protective member 33 is provided so as to cover at least a part of the entire length of the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31, except for the leading edge portion, of the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 31 from the side surface of the glass plate 31 to the upper surface of the glass plate 31. That is, although the protective members 33 are provided on the left and right side edges of the glass plate 31, the protective members 33 are not provided on the front end edge of the glass plate 31. Although the protective members 33 are provided on the left and right side edges of the glass plate 31, the protective members 33 are not provided on the front edge and the rear edge of the glass plate 31.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the protective member 33 is formed in a long bar shape in the front-rear direction along the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31 as a whole. As shown in fig. 6 and 10, the protective member 33 includes a groove 331 and an engaged portion 332. The groove 331 is provided over the entire longitudinal region of the protective member 33. The groove 331 is formed in a so-called U-shaped groove shape having a cross section obtained by cutting the protective member 33 with a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the protective member 33 and opening toward the glass plate 31 side. The left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31 can be inserted into the groove portions 331.
An engaged portion 332 is provided corresponding to the engaging portion 326 of the fitting portion 325. In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the protection member 33 has 4 engaged portions 332 corresponding to 4 engaging portions 326 provided in the fitting portion 325. The engaged portion 332 is, for example, a rectangular hole formed to penetrate a part of the protection member 33 in the protruding direction of the engaging portion 326.
In this configuration, when the engaging portion 326 of the first holding member 32 is inserted into the engaged portion 332 of the protective member 33, the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332 are engaged with each other. In this case, the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332 constitute a so-called snap-fit (snap-fit) which detachably engage with each other. Then, the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332 are engaged with each other, whereby the protective member 33 is detachably attached to the fitting portion 325 of the first holding member 32. The relationship between the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332 may be reversed. That is, the first holding member 32 may have a structure corresponding to the engaged portion 332 instead of the engaging portion 326, and the protective member 33 may have a structure corresponding to the engaging portion 326 instead of the engaged portion 332.
Here, to explain the assembly of the glass plate 31, the first holding member 32, and the protective member 33, the worker first attaches the glass plate 31 to the placement surface 322 of the first holding member 32 with a double-sided tape or the like. Then, the operator slides the protection member 33 in the left-right center direction of the glass plate 31 along the left and right edge portions of the glass plate 31 with the groove 331 of the protection member 33. As a result, the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31 are inserted into the groove portions 331 of the protective member 33, the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31 are sandwiched by the protective member 33, and the engaging portions 326 and the engaged portions 332 are engaged with each other, so that the protective member 33 is attached to the first holding member 32.
In addition, the protection member 33 has at least one support portion that contacts the second holding member 34 to support the protection member 33 itself. In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the protective member 33 includes a first support part 333 and a second support part 334. The first support part 333 is provided at an end of the protective member 33 on the opposite side of the groove 331 in cross section. The first support part 333 is in contact with the inner surface of the second protective member 34 to support the protective member 33 itself. The second support portion 334 is located between the groove portion 331 and the first support portion 333 in the cross section of the protective member 33, and is provided so as to protrude toward the second holding member 34 side. The second support portion 334 also contacts the inner surface of the second holding member 34 to support the protective member 33 itself, similarly to the first support portion 333.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second holding member 34 is provided below the first holding member 32, and holds the first holding member 32. The second holding member 34 is made of synthetic resin and is formed in a rectangular plate shape as a whole. The second holding member 34 is connected to the first holding member 32 using, for example, a fastening member such as a screw or so-called snap fit.
The second holding member 34 has a central hole portion 341 and a rib 342. The central hole 341 is provided in the central portion of the second holding member 34, and is formed to penetrate the second holding member 34 in a rectangular shape in the thickness direction of the second holding member 34. The inner diameter of the central hole portion 341 of the second holding member 34 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the central hole portion 321 of the first holding member 32. In addition, the central hole portion 341 of the second holding member 34 and the central hole portion 321 of the first holding member 32 are provided at positions that overlap when the first holding member 32 and the second holding member 34 are combined. Therefore, when the glass plate 31 is transparent, the user can see the inside of the washing machine 10, that is, the inside of the washing tub, from the outside of the washing machine 10 through the glass plate 31, the central hole 321 of the first holding member 32, and the central hole 341 of the second holding member 34.
As shown in fig. 10, the ribs 342 are located at the left and right side edges inside the second holding member 34, and are provided so as to rise toward the glass plate 31, i.e., the protective member 33. The rib 342 is provided below the second support portion 334 corresponding to the second support portion 334 of the protective member 33. The lower end portion of the second support portion 334 contacts the stepped portion of the rib 342. Thereby, the second support portion 334 contacts the rib 342 provided on the inner surface of the second holding member 34 to support the protection member 33 itself.
As shown in fig. 8, the front end edge of the second holding member 34 is located rearward of the front end edges of the first holding member 32 and the glass plate 31. Accordingly, the second holding member 34 is not present below the front end edge portion of the glass plate 31 and the front end edge portion of the first holding member 32, and a gap S is formed between the upper front portion of the washing machine body 20, specifically, the decorative panel 222. The gap S is a space for placing the user' S hand in the cover 30. In this case, a portion of the lower surface side of the leading edge portion of the first holding member 32 located in the gap S functions as a grip portion 327 for placing a hand of the user. That is, the user inserts a hand into the gap S and places the hand on the lower surface of the leading edge portion of the first holding member 32, that is, the hand engaging portion 327, to open and close the cover 30.
The damper hinge 35 shown in fig. 4 and 5 serves as both a damper and a hinge, and is provided at the rear edge portion of the cover 30. The cover 30 is rotatably coupled to the top cover 22 of the washing machine body 20 by two damper hinges 35. The damper hinge 35 has, for example, a hydraulic damper function, and when the lid 30 is opened or closed, it applies resistance to the movement of the lid 30 in the closing direction, but does not apply resistance to the movement of the lid 30 in the opening direction. Thus, the damper hinge 35 smoothly performs the operation of the lid 30 in the opening direction, and slows down the operation speed of the lid 30 in the closing direction, thereby slowing down the closing operation of the lid 30.
As shown in fig. 4, the mounting member 36 is formed in a long plate shape extending in the left-right direction as a whole, and is formed by, for example, sheet metal working a metal plate. The mounting member 36 is provided on the rear end side of the first holding member 32. As shown in fig. 9, the damper hinge 35 is fixed to the first holding member 32 by a mounting member 36 using a fastening member 38 such as a screw. The mounting member 36 reinforces the mounting portion of the damper hinge 35 in the first holding member 32. That is, the attachment member 36 prevents the biasing force generated by the weight of the glass plate 31 and the rotational force generated when the cover 30 is opened and closed from directly acting on the first holding member 32 made of resin.
The cover member 37 shown in fig. 4 is made of synthetic resin and is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape elongated in the left-right direction. As also shown in fig. 9, the cover member 37 is provided on the rear lower surface side of the first holding member 32, covering the outer peripheral portion of the damper hinge 35. The cover member 37 prevents the user's hand from being caught and caught by the damper hinge 35 when the lid 30 is opened and closed, and prevents dirt from adhering to the damper hinge 35, which may deteriorate the operation performance of the damper hinge 35.
According to the embodiment described above, the washing machine 10 includes the washing machine body 20 and the cover 30 that opens and closes the opening in the upper portion of the washing machine body 20. The cover 30 has a glass plate 31, a first holding member 32, and a protective member 33. The glass plate 31 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. The first holding member 32 is provided on the lower side of the glass plate 31 and holds the glass plate 31.
The upper surface of the cover 30 is thereby constituted by one flat glass plate 31. That is, on the upper surface of the cover 30, that is, the surface of the glass plate 31, structures such as a hand for operating the cover 30 are not exposed. Therefore, the top surface of the washing machine 10, which is the surface of the cover 30 that is easily visible to the user, can give a concise impression to the user, and as a result, the aesthetic appearance of the washing machine 10 can be improved.
In addition, the cover 30 has a protection member 33. The protective member 33 is attached to the first holding member 32, and connects the glass plate 31 and the first holding member 32 to each other. Thereby, the glass plate 31 and the first holding member 32 are connected to each other not only by the double-sided tape but also by the protective member 33. In this case, the glass plate 31 and the first holding member 32 are connected with higher strength than the case where the glass plate 31 and the first holding member 32 are bonded to each other with only the double-sided tape.
In addition, since the protective member 33 covers the corners of the left and right side edges of the glass plate 31 in a wrapping manner, the corners which are easily damaged by impact or the like can be effectively protected. Here, for example, when the protective member 33 is provided at the leading edge portion of the cover 30, a stepped portion is generated between the leading edge portion of the glass plate 31 and the protective member 33. Therefore, dirt, detergent, and the like are easily accumulated on the stepped portion, and once dirt, detergent, and the like are accumulated on the stepped portion, they are difficult to remove. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the protective member 33 is provided so as to cover at least a part of the entire length of the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31, except for the front end edge portion, in the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 31.
Thus, even when dirt, detergent, or the like adheres to the glass plate 31, the user can clean the dirt, detergent, or the like forward along the upper surface of the glass plate 31, and therefore the cleaning is easy. This is more effective in the case where the cover 30 is inclined downward toward the front. That is, for example, when the liquid detergent is attached to the glass plate 31, the liquid detergent flows forward along the inclination of the upper surface of the glass plate 31. In this case, the user can clean the liquid detergent adhering to the upper surface of the glass plate 31 forward along the upper surface of the glass plate 31, that is, along the direction in which the liquid detergent flows, and therefore the cleaning is easy. As described above, according to the present embodiment, the appearance of the cover 30 can be improved, and the cleanness of the upper surface of the cover 30 can be improved.
The cover 30 further includes a second holding member 34 provided below the first holding member 32. Further, the second holding member 34 is not present below the glass plate 31 and the front end edge portion of the first holding member 32, and a gap S for placing a hand of a user is formed between the washing machine body 20, specifically, between the decorative panel 222 provided on the upper front portion of the washing machine body 20. That is, a portion located in the gap S portion on the lower surface side of the leading edge portion of the first holding member 32 functions as a hand holding portion 327 for placing a hand of the user.
Thus, the user can open and close the lid 30 by putting his or her hand into the gap S and putting the hand on the hand-putting portion 327, which is the lower surface of the front end edge portion of the first holding member 32, and the operability at the time of opening and closing is improved. Further, no structure such as a handle for the user to operate the cover 30 is provided on the glass plate 31. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a local load from being applied to a portion where the handle or the like is attached to the glass plate 31 when the user operates the handle or the like, and as a result, it is possible to reduce a load applied to the glass plate 31 when opening and closing the cover 30, and as a result, it is possible to extend the life of the glass plate 31.
As shown in fig. 10, the protective member 33 has support portions 333, 334 that contact the second holding member 34 to support the protective member 33 itself. Here, since the glass plate 31 is fitted into the groove 331 of the protective member 33, when a load is applied to the glass plate 31 by placing a detergent, a washing, or the like on the glass plate 31, the protective member 33 is moved downward by the load.
In this case, when the protective member 33 does not have the support portions 333 and 334, the protective member 33 moves downward by the load transmitted through the glass plate 31, and when such movement occurs, the end portions 343 of the left and right side edges of the second holding member 34 are pressed downward. Therefore, the pressing force from the protective member 33 is concentrated on the end portions 343 of the left and right side edges of the second holding member 34. When the pressing force is concentrated on the end portion 343, the end portion 343 expands and deforms to the left and right, i.e., to the left of the paper surface in fig. 10. As a result, the entire glass plate 31 is depressed toward the second holding member 34, and as a result, the appearance of the cover 30 is degraded.
On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the protective member 33 has the support portions 333, 334 that contact the second holding member 34 to support the protective member 33 itself. Thus, the load transmitted to the protective member 33 via the glass plate 31 is dispersed to the portion other than the end 343 of the second holding member 34, that is, the rib 342 and the inner surface of the second holding member 34 by the support portions 333 and 334. This can suppress concentration of the load acting on the protective member 33 via the glass plate 31 on the end 343 of the second holding member 34 and outward expansion of the end 343.
That is, the supporting portions 333 and 334 suppress the protective member 33 from pressing the end portions 343 of the left and right side edges of the second holding member 34 downward by restricting the downward movement of the protective member 33 when a load is applied to the glass plate 31. Thus, according to the present embodiment, the end portions 343 of the left and right side edges of the second holding member 34 can be prevented from being expanded and deformed outward in the left-right direction, here, to the left side of the drawing sheet in fig. 10, by the pressing force from the protective member 33. As a result, the deterioration of the appearance of the lid 30 can be suppressed.
The first holding member 32 has a mounting surface 322 on which the glass plate 31 is mounted, and a front rising portion 323. The front-side raised portion 323 is provided to rise from the front end edge portion of the mounting surface 322 and covers the front end surface portion of the glass plate 31 without extending to the upper surface of the glass plate 31. Thus, the front end surface portion of the glass plate 31 can be protected by the front raised portion 323.
Further, the upper end of the front raised part 323 is located at the same height as the upper surface of the glass plate 31 or below the upper surface of the glass plate 31. In other words, as shown in fig. 8, the upper end of the front raised part 323 is not present on the extension of the upper surface of the glass plate 31. Therefore, when the user wipes the glass plate 31, the user does not get caught on the upper end portion of the front rising portion 323 and the cleaning is not hindered. Therefore, with the above configuration, the front end surface portion of the glass plate 31 can be protected, and deterioration of cleaning performance can be suppressed.
The first retaining member 32 has an embedded portion 325. The fitting portions 325 are formed at the left and right side edges of the first holding member 32, and are configured to be able to fit into the protective member 33. Thus, when assembling the cover 30, the worker can attach the protective member 33 to the first holding member 32 by fitting the protective member 33 along the fitting portion 325. Therefore, the assembling work of the cap 30 becomes easy, and as a result, the productivity of the cap 30 is improved.
The first holding member 32 and the protective member 33 have an engaging portion 326 and an engaged portion 332 that can be engaged with each other. Then, the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332 are engaged with each other, whereby the protective member 33 is detachably attached to the first holding member 32. Accordingly, the protective member 33 can be attached to the first holding member 32 only by engaging the engaging portion 326 with the engaged portion 332 without using a tool such as a screwdriver, and therefore, the assembling operation of the cover 30 becomes easier.
Further, the protection member 33 is detachably attached to the first holding member 32 via the engaging portion 326 and the engaged portion 332. Therefore, the glass plate 31 can be easily removed by removing the protective member 33 from the first protective member 32 without using a tool such as a screwdriver. Therefore, for example, even when the glass plate 31 is broken, the worker can easily replace the glass plate 31, and as a result, the maintainability of the cover 30 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the protective member 33 is not provided at the rear end portion of the entire length of the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31. This can prevent the rear end of the protective member 33 from interfering with the rear panel 223 when the cover 30 is opened and closed. As a result, the opening and closing operation of the lid 30 can be smoothly performed.
The protective member 33 is formed to be elongated in the front-rear direction of the glass plate 31. The protective member 33 has a groove 331. The groove 331 is provided over the entire longitudinal region of the protective member 33, and the left and right side edge portions of the glass plate 31 can be inserted into the groove 331. Thus, the worker can attach the protective member 33 to the glass plate 31 by sliding the protective member 33 along the left and right edges of the glass plate 31 and in the left and right center directions of the glass plate 31 with the groove 331 of the protective member 33. This facilitates the assembly of the cap 30, and as a result, the productivity of the cap 30 is improved.
The cover 30 includes a mounting member 36 and a damper hinge 35. The mounting member 36 is made of metal and is provided at the rear end portion of the first holding member 32. The damper hinge 35 is mounted on the first holding member 32 through the mounting member 36, and rotatably connects the first holding member 32 to the washing machine body 20, that is, rotatably connects the cover 30 to the washing machine body 20. Thereby, the mounting member 36 reinforces the mounting portion of the damper hinge 35 in the first holding member 32. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the first holding member 32 from being damaged due to the direct action of the urging force generated by the self weight of the glass plate 31 and the rotational force when opening and closing the cover 30 on the first holding member 32 made of resin. In addition, the first holding member 32 can be prevented from being twisted by the rotational force of the lid 30 when the lid 30 is opened and closed. As a result, excessive force can be prevented from acting on the first holding member 32, and the life of the cap 30 can be improved.
In the above embodiment, the gap S formed between the first holding member 32 and the decorative panel 222 does not necessarily have to be formed over the entire region of the front end edge portion of the cover 30 in the left-right direction. That is, the gap S may be formed only in the center portion in the left-right direction in the front end edge portion of the cover 30, or may be formed only in both side portions in the left-right direction in the front end edge portion of the cover 30. In this case, the gap S may be formed to such an extent that the user can smoothly perform the opening and closing operation of the lid 30, that is, the lower surface portion of the first holding member 32 located above the gap S may function as the hand portion 327.
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, this embodiment is provided as an example and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The new embodiment can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and spirit of the present invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
