Abstract

本发明涉及一种铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法,包括步骤1)将工件表面拉丝或抛光处理,祛除表面氧化层;2)将工件进行超声波清洗,祛除表面油污、抛光蜡;3)将清洗后的工件转入真空炉内抽真空,进行离子辉光活化10‑20min;完成后关闭氩气质量流量计、偏压电源、打开节流阀抽真空,通入氩气,进行偏压设定,设定铬弧靶电流60‑100A,进行离子轰击1‑4min;然后调节偏压和占空比,关闭节流阀,进行电弧沉积1‑5min,在工件表面形成电弧铬金属膜层;进行中频磁控铬靶沉积打底3‑8min,在工件表面形成中频铬金属膜层;然后打开中频磁控黄铜靶,进行面色沉积10‑20min,在工件表面形成铜铬锌合金膜层;4)喷涂有机涂层。

Description

一种铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法。
背景技术
在电镀膜层中,电镀镍不仅具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,并且因具有浅金色的外观而常常被用于装饰件产品上。但是电镀镍膜层表面在空气中容易发生氧化变色,所以需在表面喷涂透明涂料或进行钝化处理才能保持原有色泽。
而传统电镀业由于水污染较大受到越来越严格的环保制约。目前通常采用真空镀膜取代电镀镍外观,采用电弧沉积氮化锆膜层(L值:75-79),但氮化锆膜层始终无法达到电镀镍的亮度(L值:80-83),特别对于是喷涂透明涂料后表面亮度下降明显。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种符合环保要求、工艺稳定、且亮度高、颜色均匀的铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
1)将工件表面拉丝或抛光处理,祛除表面氧化层;
2)将工件进行超声波清洗,祛除表面油污、抛光蜡;
3)将清洗后的工件转入真空炉内抽真空,本底真空度达到6.0×10-3-1.0×10-2Pa后,关闭节流阀,开始通入300-400sccm的氩气,打开偏压设定为500-800V,占空比50%-80%,进行离子辉光活化10-20min;
完成后关闭氩气质量流量计、偏压电源、打开节流阀抽真空使真空达到3.0×10-3-6.0×10-3Pa,通入50-100sccm的氩气,使真空达到5.0×10-2-1.0×10-1Pa,打开偏压设定为200-400V,占空比50%-80%,设定铬弧靶电流60-100A,进行离子轰击1-4min;
然后调节偏压降至100-150V,占空比50%-80%,关闭节流阀,进行电弧沉积1-5min,在工件表面形成电弧铬金属膜层;
将氩气调至100-150sccm,打开中频磁控铬靶,铬靶设定15-25A,进行共沉积打底1-3min的铬金属膜层;然后关闭弧靶电源,进行中频磁控铬靶沉积打底3-8min,在工件表面形成中频铬金属膜层;
然后打开中频磁控黄铜靶,黄铜靶设定为20-32A,进行面色沉积10-20min,在工件表面形成铜铬锌合金膜层;
采用黄铜靶与铬靶混合沉积铜铬锌合金膜层,可以有效提高膜层的亮度。同时可以通过调整电流及比例,任意的改变膜层的颜色外观,工艺稳定,颜色均匀;
4)产品转至粉末涂装线或喷漆线,根据产品外观及性能要求,在表面喷涂一层高光或哑光透明有机涂层。喷涂的有机涂层可以根据需要选用现有技术中的任意一种,喷涂厚度为常规厚度。在表面喷涂透明有机涂层后,能进一步稳定和提高产品的各项性能。
较好的,所述步骤3)中,所述黄铜靶中铜含量63.5~68.0wt%,锌含量32-36.5wt%。
所述铜铬锌合金膜层的亮度值L值为83-86。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用纯金属溅射形成铜铬锌合金膜层,不需要通入反应气体,并且在特别的条件下通过调整电流的大小及比例,可以改变膜层的颜色外观;本发明所生成的铜铬锌合金膜层相较于电镀镍和氮化锆膜层,具有更高的亮度,较低的生产成本,镀膜周期短,且工艺稳定,颜色均匀,无废气废水排放,绿色环保,环境友好。
本发明所提供的方法可以在不锈钢、铁基材、锌合金、铜合金等不同基材上直接进行真空镀膜。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例以铁基材空调回风装饰面板组件的表面处理为例进一步具体说明本发明的镀膜方法。
1)去除面板毛坯表面保护膜,进行拉丝处理除去表面氧化物,以及获得需要的拉丝纹路;
2)放入真空超声波碳氢清洗,去除表面油污。并采取真空干燥防止毛坯高温氧化;
3)将工件转入真空炉内,抽真空,本底真空达到8.0×10-3Pa后,关闭节流阀,开始通入300sccm的氩气,打开偏压设定800V,占空比60%,进行离子辉光活化10min;完成后关闭氩气质量流量计、偏压电源、打开节流阀抽真空,真空达到6.0×10-3Pa后,通入80sccm的氩气,此时达到8.0×10-2Pa,打开偏压设定360V,占空比60%,设定铬弧靶电流70A,进行离子轰击1min;然后偏压降至120V,占空比60%,关闭节流阀,进行电弧沉积2min铬金属膜层;氩气调至120sccm,打开中频磁控铬靶设定25A进行共沉积打底120s的铬金属膜层;关闭弧靶电源,进行铬靶中频磁控沉积5min铬金属膜层;打开中频磁控黄铜靶设定32A进行面色沉积10min的铜铬锌合金膜层;
4)产品转至粉末涂装线,在面板表面喷涂一层哑光透明有机膜层;即得到具有铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜的工件。
5)对所处理好的回风铁面板进行以下测试:
1、抗腐蚀功能测试:
1)NSS测试(ASTM B117);
2、抗磨耗功能测试:
1)落砂试验(ASTM D968-05)。
3、结合力测试:
1)百割测试(ASTM D3359-02);
2)冷热循环试验(ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05)4、耐水测试
1)水浸测试(ASTM D870-02)。
5、耐划伤性测试
1)铅笔硬度测试(ASTM D3363-05);
2)耐划伤性测试(ASTM D5178-9)。
6、Lab值测试
1)分光测色计CM-700D(CIE Lab SCI 10°/D65)
功能测试结果如下:
(A)NSS盐雾:96H;
(B)冷热冲击循环:10个循环;
(C)落砂冲击:18L落砂;
(D)结合力(百割):5B;
(E)水浸38℃:24H;
(F)铅笔硬度(TURQUOISE牌铅笔):4H;
(G)RCA耐磨测试:1500回。
(H)铜铬锌合金膜层Lab值:L:85.6a:0.89b:7.6。

Claims (3)

1.一种铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
1)将工件表面拉丝或抛光处理,祛除表面氧化层;
2)将工件进行超声波清洗,祛除表面油污、抛光蜡;
3)将清洗后的工件转入真空炉内抽真空,本底真空度达到6.0×10-3-1.0×10-2Pa后,关闭节流阀,开始通入300-400sccm的氩气,打开偏压设定为500-800V,占空比50%-80%,进行离子辉光活化10-20min;
完成后关闭氩气质量流量计、偏压电源、打开节流阀抽真空使真空达到3.0×10-3-6.0×10-3Pa,通入50-100sccm的氩气,使真空达到5.0×10-2-1.0×10-1Pa,打开偏压设定为200-400V,占空比50%-80%,设定铬弧靶电流60-100A,进行离子轰击1-4min;
然后调节偏压降至100-150V,占空比50%-80%,关闭节流阀,进行电弧沉积1-5min,在工件表面形成电弧铬金属膜层;
将氩气调至100-150sccm,打开中频磁控铬靶,铬靶设定15-25A,进行共沉积打底1-3min的铬金属膜层;然后关闭弧靶电源,进行中频磁控铬靶沉积打底3-8min,在工件表面形成中频铬金属膜层;
然后打开中频磁控黄铜靶,黄铜靶设定为20-32A,进行面色沉积10-20min,在工件表面形成铜铬锌合金膜层;
4)产品转至粉末涂装线或喷漆线,根据产品外观及性能要求,在表面喷涂一层高光或哑光透明有机涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法,其特征在于所述步骤3)中,所述黄铜靶中铜含量63.5~68.0wt%,锌含量32-36.5wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铜铬锌金色膜层真空镀膜方法,其特征在于所述铜铬锌合金膜层的L值为83-86。
