Abstract

The invention discloses a packing box, comprising: the portable boxes are used for containing various products to be packaged with different sizes in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the box is provided with a plurality of first locating grooves therein, and any one of a plurality of portable boxes can be alternatively inserted into any one of the first locating grooves so as to be suitable for packaging to-be-packaged products of different sizes, and the portable boxes can be independently taken out for sample delivery, so that the portable box is better in practicability.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to but is not limited to the field of packaging technology, in particular to a packaging box.
Background
Most of the existing packaging schemes for transporting and transferring the display screen use trays and gaskets, namely, the trays are horizontally placed, two layers of gaskets are stacked on the trays, and the display screen is placed between the two layers of gaskets, so that the packaging scheme has higher material cost; and the polystyrene positioning piece is used, a plurality of slots are longitudinally arranged on the positioning piece, and the display screen is inserted in the slots, so that the packaging scheme has lower cost.
The two packaging schemes have low generalization level, and part of specially designed products (different in size) cannot be correspondingly packaged, so that a special packaging scheme needs to be designed; specially designed products such as 'flexible circuit board unfolding design products' or 'products with bulges at the edges' and the like; in addition, the two packaging schemes are large in size, the sample is sent to a client in a product development stage by a person in a hand-held mode, the packaging schemes are inconvenient to carry, and the problem that the sample is broken due to violence easily in express transportation is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the technical problems, the invention provides the packing box which is low in manufacturing cost, suitable for products to be packed in different sizes, convenient for people to carry samples by hands and better in practicability.
A package provided herein, comprising: the portable boxes are used for containing various products to be packaged with different sizes in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the box body is internally provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves, and any one of the plurality of portable boxes can be inserted into any one of the first positioning grooves in a replaceable manner.
Optionally, a plurality of second positioning grooves are formed in any one of the portable boxes, and the plurality of second positioning grooves are used for correspondingly containing a plurality of corresponding types of products to be packaged one by one.
Optionally, any portable box comprises a plurality of sub-box bodies, and the second positioning grooves are correspondingly formed in the sub-box bodies one to one.
Optionally, any of the sub-box bodies includes a U-shaped first support plate and a plurality of positioning blocks, the positioning blocks are located inside the first support plate and enclose the second positioning slot on the inner side of one side plate of the first support plate, and the other side plate of the first support plate is arranged to be turnable.
Optionally, any of the portable cases further includes a U-shaped second supporting plate, the plurality of first supporting plates of the portable case are all located in the second supporting plate and are all connected to the bottom plate of the second supporting plate through the bottom plate thereof, and the side plate of the second supporting plate located on the same side as the other side plate of the first supporting plate is also configured to be turnable.
Optionally, the other side plate of the second support plate is connected to the side plate of the first support plate adjacent to the inner side thereof.
Optionally, a carrying hole is formed in one end of the second supporting plate, which is far away from the bottom plate of the second supporting plate, finger accommodating holes corresponding to the carrying holes are formed in the plurality of sub-boxes in the second supporting plate, and the carrying holes are communicated with the finger accommodating holes.

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, however, the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and thus the scope of the present disclosure is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The package of some embodiments herein is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The packing box provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2 and comprises: the portable boxes 100 are used for containing the products 300 to be packaged in different sizes in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the case body 200 is internally provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves 201, any one of the plurality of portable boxes 100 can be inserted into any one of the first positioning grooves 201 in a replaceable way, and the case body 200 is universal.
The packing box provided by the invention is provided with a box body 200 and a plurality of portable boxes 100, the portable boxes 100 are used for correspondingly containing a plurality of products 300 to be packed with different sizes one by one, a plurality of first positioning grooves 201 are arranged in the box body 200, any one of the portable boxes 100 can be alternatively inserted into any one of the first positioning grooves 201 so as to be suitable for packing the products 300 to be packed with different sizes, and the portable boxes 100 can be independently taken out for use to carry out sample feeding, so that the practicability is better.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of second positioning grooves 101 are provided in any portable box 100, the plurality of second positioning grooves 101 are used for accommodating a plurality of corresponding types of to-be-packaged products 300 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the sizes of the second positioning grooves 101 are limited, so that the portable box can be used for accommodating the same type of to-be-packaged products 300 and also can be used for correspondingly accommodating a plurality of types of to-be-packaged products 300, thereby improving the space utilization rate and the packaging capacity, and synchronously reducing the cost of logistics transportation.
Of course, only one second positioning groove 101 may be provided in any portable case 100, and the purpose of the present application can also be achieved, and the purpose of the present application does not depart from the design concept of the present invention, and therefore, the present application is not described herein again and should also fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each of the portable cases 100 includes a plurality of sub-cases 110, and the plurality of second positioning grooves 101 are located in the plurality of sub-cases 110 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Still further, any sub-box body 110 comprises a U-shaped first support plate 111 and a plurality of positioning blocks 112, the plurality of positioning blocks 112 are located inside the first support plate 111, and a second positioning slot 101 is defined on an inner side surface of one side plate of the first support plate 111, and another side plate of the first support plate 111 is arranged to be turnable to realize opening and closing of the suitcase 100.
The plurality of positioning blocks 112 in any one of the first support plates 111 determines the size of the item to be packaged 300 to be placed by defining the fixing position thereof, thereby achieving the placement of one item to be packaged 300 into one of the sub-cases 110.
Still further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each of the portable cases 100 further includes a U-shaped second support plate 120, the plurality of first support plates 111 of the portable case 100 are all located in the second support plate 120 and are all connected (e.g., connected by bonding) to the bottom plate of the second support plate 120 through the bottom plate thereof, the side plate of the second support plate 120 located on the same side as the other side plate of the first support plate 111 is also configured to be foldable, and the bottom plate of the second support plate 120 has flexibility, so that after the side plate of the second support plate 120 is opened, each of the sub-cases 110 can be individually opened and closed, thereby facilitating loading and unloading of the product 300 to be packaged.
Preferably, the other side panel of the second support panel 120 is connected to a side panel of the first support panel 111 adjacent to the inner side thereof (e.g., by bonding, etc.) to improve the integrity and convenience of the carrying case 100.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a carrying hole 121 is formed at an end of the second support plate 120 away from the bottom plate thereof, finger receiving holes 113 corresponding to the carrying hole 121 are formed in the plurality of sub-cases 110 in the second support plate 120, and the carrying hole 121 communicates with the finger receiving holes 113, so that the hand-held box 100 can be conveniently taken out.
Of course, the portable box 100 may be provided with a handle rope to achieve carrying, and the purpose of the present application may also be achieved.
Preferably, the first supporting plate 111 and the second supporting plate 120 are made of corrugated paper, and the product 300 to be packaged is a display screen.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the tank 200 includes a tank body 210 and an inner liner 220, the inner liner 220 is placed in the tank body 210, and the first positioning grooves 201 are all located on the inner liner 220.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the liner 220 includes: a base 221 on which a plurality of first positioning grooves 201 with upward openings are formed; and a cover plate 222 installed on the base 221 and covering the notch of the first seating groove 201.
Preferably, the base 221 and cover 222 are constructed of corrugated paper or polystyrene foam, and the case body 210 is a carton, plastic case, or the like.
In summary, the packaging box provided by the invention comprises a box body and a plurality of portable boxes, wherein the portable boxes are used for correspondingly containing a plurality of products to be packaged with different sizes one by one, the box body is internally provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves, any one of the portable boxes can be inserted into any one of the first positioning grooves in a replaceable manner so as to be suitable for packaging the products to be packaged with different sizes, and the portable boxes can be taken out independently for sample delivery, so that the packaging box has better practicability.

the portable box comprises a box body, a plurality of first positioning grooves and a plurality of portable boxes, wherein any one of the portable boxes can be inserted into any one of the first positioning grooves in a replaceable manner;
any portable box comprises a plurality of sub-box bodies, any sub-box body comprises a U-shaped first supporting plate and a plurality of positioning blocks, the positioning blocks are positioned on the inner side of the first supporting plate, a second positioning groove is formed by surrounding the inner side surface of one side plate of the first supporting plate, and the other side plate of the first supporting plate can be overturned; determining the size of the product to be packaged by defining the fixing positions of the plurality of positioning blocks;
the plurality of second positioning grooves of any portable box are used for correspondingly containing a plurality of products to be packaged of corresponding types one by one;
any portable box also comprises a U-shaped second supporting plate, a plurality of first supporting plates of the portable box are all positioned in the second supporting plate and are all connected to the bottom plate of the second supporting plate through the bottom plate of the first supporting plate, and the side plate of the second supporting plate, which is positioned on the same side with the other side plate of the first supporting plate, is also arranged to be turnable; the bottom plate of the second supporting plate has flexibility, and after the side plates of the second supporting plate are opened, each sub-box body can be independently opened and closed.

The packing case according to claim 1, wherein a carrying hole is formed at an end of the second support plate remote from the bottom plate thereof, and finger receiving holes corresponding to the carrying holes are formed at a plurality of the sub-cases in the second support plate, the carrying holes being communicated with the finger receiving holes.
4. A packaging case according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the box body includes a box body and a liner, the liner being located within the box body, the first detents each being located on the liner.
5. The packaging case of claim 4, wherein the liner comprises:
the base is provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves with upward openings; and
and the cover plate is arranged on the base and covers the notch of the first positioning groove.
6. The packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are made of corrugated paper, and the product to be packaged is a display screen.
