When the braking device is in a non-braking state, the reset draw hook pulls the braking shaft to be positioned at the bottom end part of the U-shaped groove through the reset clamping groove under the action of the pulling force of the second traction rope, so that the friction wheel is separated from the carrying rope, and the tensioning spring is in a stretching state; when the traction rope breaks in running of the pulley, the pulling force on the second traction rope is reduced to zero, the reset draw hook rotates around the reset rotating shaft of the second traction rope to reset under the action of the reset spring, the brake shaft is separated from the reset draw hook, and under the action of the tensioning spring, the brake shaft drives the friction wheel to run to the high end part of the U-shaped groove and tightly presses the bearing rope, so that the friction wheel, the bearing rope and the pulley are tightly held for braking, and the braking device is in a braking state; when the self-rescue rope is required to slide downwards, the self-rescue rope arranged on the pawl is pulled, and the bottom end part of the brake axial U-shaped groove is driven to move through the clamping part of the pawl, so that the braking force between the friction wheel and the carrier rope as well as between the friction wheel and the pulley is reduced, and the self-rescue is realized by sliding downwards slowly.
The wall boards comprise inner wall boards and outer wall boards which are arranged at equal intervals, and the U-shaped grooves are formed in the inner wall boards; the pulley and the friction wheel are clamped between the corresponding inner wall plate and the corresponding outer wall plate, and the rear end of the tensioning spring is connected with the rear end part of the inner wall plate.
The pulley main shaft comprises a front pulley main shaft and a rear pulley main shaft, the head end of the first traction rope is connected with the front pulley main shaft, and the tail end of the first traction rope is connected with the rear pulley main shaft; the clamping parts of the reset spring, the tensioning spring and the pawl are respectively provided with two groups and are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the inner side of the inner wallboard.

The sliding rope emergency braking device comprises a wallboard 1, a tensioning spring 2 and a return spring 3 which are symmetrically arranged; the upper end part of the wallboard 1 is fixedly provided with a pulley main shaft 4 in a penetrating way, and pulleys 41 are arranged at two end parts of the pulley main shaft 4 outside the wallboard 1; a U-shaped groove 6 which is obliquely arranged is also arranged between the pulley main shaft 4 and the supporting shaft 5 on the wallboard 1, the front side of the U-shaped groove 6 is a bottom end part 61, the rear side of the U-shaped groove 6 is a high end part 62, a brake shaft 7 correspondingly penetrates through the U-shaped groove 6, and friction wheels 8 are respectively arranged at two end parts of the brake shaft 7 at the outer side of the wallboard; when the brake shaft 7 is positioned at the bottom end portion 61 of the U-shaped groove, the outer edge of the friction wheel 8 is separated from the outer edge of the pulley 41, and when the brake shaft 7 is positioned at the high end portion 62 of the U-shaped groove, the outer edge of the friction wheel 8 is in contact with the outer edge of the pulley 41.
The front side of the brake shaft 7 is also provided with a reset drag hook 9, the reset drag hook 9 comprises a reset rotating shaft 91, a reset clamping plate 92 and a reset pull rod 93 arranged on the reset rotating shaft, the reset clamping plate 92 is arranged on two sides of the reset rotating shaft 91, a reset clamping groove 920 is formed in the rear end part of the reset clamping plate 92, and the reset drag hook 9 is erected on the brake shaft 7 through the reset clamping groove 920 and limits the brake shaft 7 to the bottom end part 61 of the U-shaped groove 6; a pawl 10 for pulling the brake shaft 7 is arranged below the reset drag hook 9, a clamping part 101 of the pawl 10 is matched with the brake shaft 7 and is blocked and buckled on the motion track of the brake shaft 7, and the pawl 10 is connected with the reset drag hook 9 through a reset spring 3; the front end of the tensioning spring 2 is connected with the brake shaft 7, and the rear end of the tensioning spring 2 is connected with the rear end of the wallboard 1.
In this embodiment, the wall plate 1 includes an inner wall plate 11 and an outer wall plate 12 which are disposed at equal intervals, the pulley 41 and the friction wheel 8 are both clamped between the corresponding inner wall plate 11 and outer wall plate 12, and the rear end of the tensioning spring 2 is connected with the rear end of the inner wall plate 11. The pulley main shaft 4 passes through the external wall plate 12, and the two ends of the pulley main shaft are limited and fixed by adopting nuts 44.
A first traction rope 21 and a second traction rope 22 are also arranged; the first traction rope 21 sequentially passes through traction guide wheels arranged on the upper platform and the lower platform, two ends of the first traction rope 21 are connected with the pulley main shaft to form a closed loop, the head end of the second traction rope 22 is connected with the reset drag hook 9, and the tail end of the second traction rope 22 bypasses the upper side of the pulley main shaft and is connected with the first traction rope 21 positioned at the rear side of the pulley main shaft.
Preferably, the pulley main shaft 4 includes a front pulley main shaft 42 and a rear pulley main shaft 43, as shown in fig. 6, and the head end of the first traction cable 21 is connected to the front pulley main shaft 42, and the tail end of the first traction cable 21 is connected to the rear pulley main shaft 43 to form a closed and encircling state. In order to improve the reset, braking and pulling effects, the clamping parts 101 of the reset spring 3, the tensioning spring 2 and the pawl 10 are respectively provided with two groups and are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the inner wall plates, so that the uniformity of stress is ensured. In this embodiment, the lower end portion of the wall plate 1 is fixedly provided with two support shafts 5, and in order to improve the supporting effect, preferably, the two support shafts are provided at the lower end portion of the wall plate.
When the trolley runs, the pulley is arranged on the carrying rope and runs along the carrying rope. When the braking device is in a non-braking state, the reset draw hook pulls the braking shaft 7 to be positioned at the bottom end part of the U-shaped groove through the reset clamping groove 920 under the pulling force of the second traction rope, so that the friction wheel is separated from the carrying rope, the tensioning spring is in a stretching state, and the pulley is in a normal sliding state. When the first traction rope is broken in the running process of the pulley, no matter where the breaking point occurs in the first traction rope, the breaking point is in closed connection with the first traction rope through the traction guide wheel, so that the pulling force on the second traction rope on the reset pulling hook is reduced to zero, at the moment, under the action of the reset spring, the reset pulling hook rotates around the reset rotating shaft of the reset pulling hook, the brake shaft 7 is separated from the reset pulling hook, under the action of the tensioning spring, the brake shaft 7 drives the friction wheel to move to the high end part of the U-shaped groove at a certain speed and tightly presses the bearing rope, the friction wheel, the bearing rope and the pulley are tightly held for braking, and the braking device is in a braking state, so that the running of the pulley is completely stopped for a short distance, and the safety of passengers is ensured.
When it is desired to continue sliding downward, the rider in the sled need only pull on the self-rescue lines 102 provided on the pawls, as shown in fig. 6. The clamping part of the pawl drives the brake shaft 7 to move towards the bottom end part of the U-shaped groove, so that the braking force among the friction wheel, the carrying rope and the pulley is reduced, slow sliding down to the platform is realized, the speed of the downward sliding speed can be controlled by the force of pulling the self-rescue rope by the passengers, the self-rescue purpose can be achieved without the need of staff, and the safety of the passengers is ensured.
