The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical electronics, in particular to a mobile mechanical electronic scale.
Background
The balance is a weighing apparatus for measuring the mass of an object, and along with the improvement of science and technology, the balance is also developed into a novel structure combining electronic performance from the traditional steelyard and other structures. At present, steelyards, platform scales, spring scales, mechanical electronic scales and the like which adopt various structures with different measurement principles exist.
For convenience of use, mobile mechanical electronic scales are manufactured. The movable mechanical electronic scale in the prior art mainly comprises a steel frame base, wherein wheels are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the steel frame base, so that the balance body can move. When the mobile scale needs to move in a short distance, the supporting rod of the display screen can be pushed to realize the movement of the scale body; when the mobile device needs to be moved remotely, the display screen needs to be folded towards one side of the scale body and then the mobile device is carried on a vehicle.
However, the mechanical electronic scale in the prior art moves with the base plane as a whole, so that the moving convenience is poor. In addition, for the convenience of moving and storing, the object weighing device is realized by sacrificing the area of the base of the scale body, so that the object with larger measurement volume is difficult to measure.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a mobile mechanical electronic scale, which solves the problem that the mobile mechanical electronic scale in the prior art is inconvenient to move.
The invention provides a mobile mechanical electronic scale, which comprises: the portable multifunctional portable loading device comprises a base, a loading plate body and an operation display screen, wherein a weighing sensor is arranged in the middle of the base, the loading plate body is positioned above the base, the operation display screen is arranged on the base through a foldable support rod and is electrically connected with the weighing sensor, vertical enclosing plates are respectively arranged at four edges of the base, the bottom ends of the enclosing plates are rotatably connected with the base, and two adjacent enclosing plates are connected through a first connecting piece; the middle of one of the coamings is disconnected, and a gap for installing the supporting rod is arranged at the disconnected position; a through groove penetrating through the middle of the object carrying plate body is formed, two elongated plates are arranged in the through groove, and two ends of the two elongated plates are detachably mounted on the top of the enclosing plate through second connecting pieces and are perpendicular to the enclosing plate; two mounting holes are formed in one side, far away from the supporting rod, of the base, and pull rods are arranged in the mounting holes; the top of the outer wall of the enclosing plate, which is close to the supporting rod, is provided with a stabilizing column, and the bottom of the outer wall of the enclosing plate is provided with wheels.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting member includes a bent insertion piece and a fixing insertion hole for clamping the bent insertion piece, and the bent insertion piece and the fixing insertion hole are respectively fixed on an outer wall of the enclosing plate.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the second connecting member includes an inserting portion and a clamping portion for clamping an edge of the lengthened plate, wherein the enclosing plates located at two sides of the gap and the top of the enclosing plate opposite to the enclosing plate are provided with slots for inserting the inserting portion.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided by the embodiment of the present invention, four corners of the bottom of the base are respectively provided with a wheel.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, the base is a net-shaped steel frame structure.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, the enclosing plate is rotatably connected to the base by a hinge.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a guide rail for clamping the elongated plate is disposed in the carrier plate body.
Preferably, the support rod of the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a movable part and a fixed part, wherein the bottom end of the movable part and the top end of the fixed part are provided with connecting holes, and bolts are arranged in the connecting holes.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a mobile mechanical electronic scale, by arranging a base, a carrying plate body and an operation display screen, the area of the carrying plate body is smaller than that of the base, a circle of enclosing plate capable of being opened is arranged around the base, an extendable lengthening plate is arranged in the carrying plate body, a pull rod is arranged on one side of the base, and a support column and wheels are arranged on the other side of the base, so that when weighing is needed, the enclosing plate around the base is opened, the carrying plate body is higher than the base and the enclosing plate, and when the area of the carrying plate body needs to be expanded, the lengthening plate can be drawn out from a through groove to realize the extension of a carrying surface, furthermore, when the measurement is finished and the movement is needed, the enclosing plate can be closed, the support rod is folded towards the carrying plate body, and two ends of the lengthening plate are connected with the top of the enclosing plate, so that the operation display screen and the carrying, and the pull rod and the wheels are utilized to realize movement, so that the mechanical electronic scale is convenient to move, and the application range is expanded.

The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
For convenience of understanding and explanation, a mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6. As shown, the mobile mechanical electronic scale may include:
the portable multifunctional portable electronic device comprises a base 100, a loading plate body 200 and an operation display screen 300, wherein a weighing sensor 101 is arranged in the middle of the base 100, the loading plate body 200 is positioned above the base 100, the operation display screen 300 is arranged on the base 100 through a foldable support rod 301 and is electrically connected with the weighing sensor 101, vertical enclosing plates 400 are arranged on the edges of the base 100, the bottom ends of the enclosing plates 400 are rotatably connected with the base 100, and each enclosing plate 400 is connected with one another through a first connecting piece 401; a gap for installing the supporting rod 301 is arranged between the two enclosing plates 400; a through groove 201 is formed in the middle of the object carrying plate body 200, two elongated plates 202 are arranged in the through groove, and two ends of the two elongated plates 202 are detachably mounted on the top of the enclosing plate 400 through second connecting pieces 402 and are perpendicular to the enclosing plate 400; two mounting holes 102 are formed in one side, away from the supporting rod 301, of the base 100, and pull rods 103 are arranged in the mounting holes 102; the top of the outer wall of the enclosure 400 adjacent the support rods 301 is provided with stabilizing posts 403 and the bottom is provided with wheels 404.
Specifically, the mobile electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention may include a base 100, a carrier plate 200, and an operation display 300. The central position of this base 100 is equipped with load cell 101, and objective plate body 200 is fixed on base 100 to make load cell 101 be located the central position of objective plate body 200 bottom, and the area of base 100 is greater than the area of objective plate body 200. A vertical support bar is provided on one side wall of the base 100, and the operation display 300 may be mounted on the top end of the support bar. It should be understood that the load cell is electrically connected to the operation display screen, i.e. by means of wires inside the support bar.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when an object having a large volume is weighed, the object can be stably placed on the carrier plate body 100 without being inclined or the like to affect weighing. A through slot 201 may be provided in the interior of the carrier plate body. For example, a smaller rectangular channel may be provided in a rectangular plate body, such that one or two elongated plates 202 may be inserted into the channel. I.e. the elongated plate 202 can be extracted to achieve an expansion of the available area of the carrier plate body 200.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, a collar 400 may be provided at the edge of the base 100. For example, vertical plate bodies with a certain height and thickness may be respectively disposed at four sides of a rectangular base 100, and the base 100 and a surrounding plate may form an open cavity. In addition, in order not to affect the installation of the support rod 301, a notch may be provided at the enclosing plate on the side where the support rod 301 is installed, that is, two enclosing plates may be provided on the side, so that a certain gap is left between the two enclosing plates for installing the support rod 301. The bottom end of each shroud 400 is pivotally attached to the edge of the base 100, such as by a hinge a. And the two enclosing plates at the joint are detachably connected through the first connecting piece 401, so that the enclosing plates can be opened towards the periphery by utilizing the rotating connection of the enclosing plates 400 and the base and the detachable connection between the enclosing plates, or a containing cavity is formed by stable enclosing.
Finally, two mounting holes 102 may be formed in one side surface of the base, such that the surfaces of the two mounting holes 102 and the mounting support rods 301 are parallel to each other, and the pull rod 103 is mounted in the two mounting holes. Additionally, the elongated plate 202 may be removably attached to the top of the shroud. Therefore, the supporting rod can be folded towards the carrying plate body 200, the operation display screen is positioned in the cavity formed by the enclosing plate and the carrying plate body, the final packaging at the top of the cavity is realized by utilizing the two lengthened plates, and the mechanical electronic scale is folded into an integral structure. At the moment, the pull rod and the wheels can be utilized to realize the quick and convenient movement of the mechanical electronic scale.
Further, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first connector may include a bent tab 401a and a fixing receptacle 401b for engaging with the bent tab 401 a. The bent tabs 401a and the fixing holes 401b are partially fixed to the outer walls of two adjacent enclosures 400. So that the movable ends of the bent tabs 401a can be inserted into the fixed insertion holes 401b when the enclosures are closed, and the enclosures can be connected to each other in front of each other.
Further, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, the second connecting member 402 may include a plug portion 402b and a holding portion 402a for holding an edge of the elongated plate 202. The mating portion and the clamping portion 402a may be integrally formed. That is, the second connecting member may be provided with an F-shaped cross-section. Accordingly, the top of the enclosing plate 400 opposite to the top of the enclosing plate 400 on both sides of the notch can be provided with a slot 405 for inserting the insertion part 402 b. Thereby can remove this title body when needs, can take the extension plate from leading to the groove and take out, then press from both sides the clamping part at two relative edges of extension plate, utilize grafting portion to fix the extension plate at the bounding wall top at last, realize the uncovered sealed in cavity body top to bounding wall and year thing plate body formation, be about to carry thing plate body and operation display screen and accomodate to this cavity body completely, realize safe and stable's removal.
Furthermore, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of movement, wheels 104 may be respectively disposed at four corners of the bottom of the base 100.
Preferably, in order to reduce the mass and increase the stability of the base, the base 100 may be configured as a net-shaped steel frame structure.
Preferably, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale according to the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate storage and taking of the elongated plate, a guide rail for clamping the elongated plate 202 may be disposed in the carrying plate body 200.
Optionally, in the mobile mechanical electronic scale provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting rod 301 may include a movable portion 301a and a fixed portion 301b, a bottom end of the movable portion 301a and a top end of the fixed portion 301b may be connected to a hole, and a bolt may be disposed in the connecting hole, so as to achieve a folding function of the supporting rod 301.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a mobile mechanical electronic scale, by arranging a base, a carrying plate body and an operation display screen, the area of the carrying plate body is smaller than that of the base, a circle of enclosing plate capable of being opened is arranged around the base, an extendable lengthening plate is arranged in the carrying plate body, a pull rod is arranged on one side of the base, and a support column and wheels are arranged on the other side of the base, so that when weighing is needed, the enclosing plate around the base is opened, the carrying plate body is higher than the base and the enclosing plate, and when the area of the carrying plate body needs to be expanded, the lengthening plate can be drawn out from a through groove to realize the extension of a carrying surface, furthermore, when the measurement is finished and the movement is needed, the enclosing plate can be closed, the support rod is folded towards the carrying plate body, and two ends of the lengthening plate are connected with the top of the enclosing plate, so that the operation display screen and the carrying, and the pull rod and the wheels are utilized to realize movement, so that the mechanical electronic scale is convenient to move, and the application range is expanded.
