According to the horn fixing structure, the horn is limited and fixed through the assembly and the fixation of the front fixing piece and the rear fixing piece, so that the quick-release structure without locking a screw is realized, and the effect of bidirectional shock absorption can be achieved through the matching connection of the sealing elements.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the first fixing member and the second fixing member are respectively disposed on two sides of the horn along a first direction, two sides of the horn along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction are respectively provided with an ear portion, and the ear portions are fixedly connected with the sealing members on the corresponding sides.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4 in combination with fig. 7, the horn 2 is fixed to the back surface (i.e. the rear side) of the cover plate 3, and has a horn body 21 and a pair of ear portions 23 located at two sides of the horn body 21, the ear portions 23 have plate portions 231 and positioning holes 232 penetrating through the plate portions 231 along a first direction, the ear portions 23 are located at two sides of the horn body 21 along a second direction, in this embodiment, the first direction is a front-back direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Further, the ear portion 23 protrudes outward along the second direction, and the positioning hole 232 is open outward along the second direction.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the cover plate 3 includes a cover portion 31 matching with the mounting opening 11 of the door frame 1, a plurality of fastening portions 32, and a pair of first fixing members 34, wherein the fastening portions 32 and the first fixing members 34 are formed by extending from the rear surface of the cover portion 31 to the rear side, and the cover portion 31 is formed with a plurality of sound holes 311 extending through in the front-back direction. In this embodiment, each of the fastening portions 32 has a fastening hole 321 penetrating therethrough and fastened to the door frame 1, and in other embodiments, the fastening portion 32 may be protruded with a fastening protrusion for fastening to the door frame 1, and the door frame 1 may be provided with a corresponding fastening hole.
The first fixing member 34 has a hollow cylindrical shape, protrudes toward the second fixing member 51, and has a cavity 342 recessed forward from a distal end surface 341 thereof to receive the insertion portion. The sealing members 4 are installed into the corresponding positioning holes 232 on two sides of the horn 2 from the outer side of the plate body 231, an accommodating space 45 is formed between a pair of sealing sheets 43 on each sealing member 4 at intervals along the first direction, and the plate body 231 of the ear portion 23 is clamped in the accommodating space 45 on the corresponding side, so that the sealing members 4 are fixedly connected with the ear portions 23 on the corresponding side.
In the invention, the first fixing element 34 and the second fixing element 51 are respectively arranged at two sides of the loudspeaker 2 along the first direction, wherein the second fixing element 51 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 42, the front end of the sealing element 4 is inserted into the cavity 342 of the first fixing element 34, the quick-release structure of the loudspeaker 2 without locking the screw is realized by the sealing connection of the sealing element 4, and the assembly and disassembly efficiency during production, manufacture and after-sale maintenance is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 in combination with fig. 7, the refrigerator further includes a pre-embedded box 5 pre-embedded in the door, the speaker 2 is fixed in the pre-embedded box 5, and a display module (not shown) can be placed in the pre-embedded box 5.
The horn fixing structure further includes a mounting surface 52, the second fixing member 51 protrudes from the mounting surface 51 toward the first fixing member 34, and the sealing member 4 is clamped between the mounting surface 52 and a distal end surface 341 of the first fixing member 34. In the present invention, the sealing element 4 is clamped between the mounting surface 52 and the end surface 341 of the first fixing element 34 along the first direction, and the ear 23 is clamped on the sealing element 4 to limit the horn body 21 between the two sealing elements 4 along the second direction, so as to not only perform the positioning function, but also perform the bidirectional damping function.
The loudspeaker 2 is limited and fixed by assembling and fixing the sealing element 4 and the front and rear fixing elements (the first fixing element 34 and the second fixing element 51), so that the quick-release structure of the unlocked screw is realized; meanwhile, the sealing element 4 which is elastically arranged prevents the loudspeaker 2 from resonating with the cover plate 3 and the embedded box 5 in the using process to influence the tone quality.
