本发明涉及防雾剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种喷雾型玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,在寒冷的季节由于温度和湿度的作用,玻璃的表面会被蒙上一层薄雾,其中就包括眼镜片。现有我国戴眼镜的人数约4.5亿人,在炎热的夏天或寒冷的冬天,戴眼镜的人总是会特别烦恼。当眼镜从冷的地方进入热的地方,比如在寒冷的季节由于温度和湿度的作用,玻璃的表面会被蒙上一层薄雾。冬天从室外进入室内或者夏天从空调房出去,眼镜就会起雾,导致视线受阻,需要摘下眼镜擦拭,显得特别麻烦。在夏天的时候,眼镜从空调室内到室外,接触到室外的含有大量水分的热空气,空气中的水分子碰到眼镜镜片遇冷会变成小水珠凝结在眼镜镜片上,眼镜就会起雾。并且佩戴眼镜的人并不只是在冬天会遇到镜片起雾的情况,这给人们的生活以及安全带来了麻烦甚至生命危险。
为了减少和消除上述现象,玻璃防雾剂及时出现了,但是目前现有的防雾剂针对汽车的比较多,针对眼镜片的特别少,并且防雾的持续时间比较短,有的产品还有毒,对人体有害或者对环境造成污染,所以使用受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可防止眼镜片起雾的喷雾型玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种喷雾型玻璃防雾剂,由以下重量份原料组成:直链烷基苯磺酸15-25份,AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠)10-20份,烷基醇酰胺10-15份,AEO9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)10-20份,氢氧化钠2-3份,EDTA-2Na(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.1-0.3份, NaCl 1-3份,牛磺酸0.1-0.3份,去离子水140-150份。
上述喷雾型玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按配比重量份称取原料,搅拌下将氢氧化钠加入去离子水中,待其溶解后缓慢加入直链烷基苯磺酸,中和PH至7-8,于60-70℃温度下加入表面活性剂AES、AEO9和烷基醇酰胺,待其溶解后加入EDTA-2Na、增稠剂NaCl和牛磺酸,充分搅拌混匀待自然冷却后过滤,再与蒸馏水按1:10混合,装入喷雾瓶即可得玻璃防雾喷雾剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明可以使眼镜镜片不会因为温度变化而起雾,用本发明涂抹的镜片可以保持2小时以上不起雾。本发明防雾剂无毒无害,制作简便,成本低,使用方便,还有醒脑提神的功效,可适用于防止玻璃起雾,如汽车、厨房、浴室等地方,尤其适用于眼镜片。本发明喷雾剂对眼睛安全无害,如果不小心喷到了眼睛上,微量无反应,大量的话用清水冲洗干净即可。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
直链烷基苯磺酸15份,AES(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠)10份,烷基醇酰胺10份,AEO9(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)10份,氢氧化钠2份,EDTA-2Na(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.1份, NaCl 1份,牛磺酸0.1份,去离子水140份。
制备方法:按配比重量份称取原料,搅拌下将氢氧化钠加入去离子水中,待其溶解后缓慢加入直链烷基苯磺酸,中和PH至7-8,于60-70℃温度下加入表面活性剂AES、AEO9和烷基醇酰胺,待其溶解后加入EDTA-2Na、增稠剂NaCl和牛磺酸,充分搅拌混匀待自然冷却后过滤,再与蒸馏水按1:10混合,装入喷雾瓶即可得玻璃防雾喷雾剂。
使用时,将喷雾剂涂抹在眼镜镜片上,再用纸巾擦掉,这样在冬天佩戴眼镜的人从室外到室内时,眼镜镜片会在一瞬间起雾,1秒钟后,雾气迅速退去,并保持2个小时有效。

实施例4
在冬季邀请了40位佩戴眼镜的健康人做了试验,试验次数6次,在眼镜片上喷上本发明喷雾剂,再用纸巾擦掉,未对眼镜做其它任何处理。
采用的防雾标准如下:(1)无雾气:手指轻触无印记,镜片无改变;(2)轻微起雾:手指轻触没有印记,镜片上略白;(3)中度起雾:手指轻触有浅淡印迹;(4)严重起雾:手指轻触印记明显。
试验结果显示:使用本发明喷雾剂后,无雾气占51.67%;轻微起雾占34.17%;中度起雾占6.78%。总有效率92.62%。

EDTA-2Na(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.1-0.3份,
NaCl 1-3份,
牛磺酸0.1-0.3份,
去离子水140-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾型玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
按配比称取原料,搅拌下将氢氧化钠加入去离子水中,待其溶解后缓慢加入直链烷基苯磺酸,中和PH至7-8,于60-70℃温度下加入表面活性剂AES、AEO9和烷基醇酰胺,待其溶解后加入EDTA-2Na、NaCl和牛磺酸,充分搅拌混匀待自然冷却后过滤,再与蒸馏水按1:10混合,装入喷雾瓶即可得玻璃防雾喷雾剂。
