The paper blocking sheet 15 is arranged on the front shaft bracket, so that paper towel can be prevented from being rolled onto the front roller shaft 3 to cause paper jam; a paper blocking sheet 16 is arranged on the rear shaft bracket, so that paper towels can be prevented from being rolled onto the rear roller shaft 5 to cause paper jam.
