By the method, whether the user is sensitive to the balance can be judged according to the time interval between the time of sending the balance notification message to the user account and the time of recharging the user account, and the balance notification threshold value of the user account can be adjusted according to the judgment result, so that the balance notification threshold value of the user account can be flexibly adjusted according to different requirements of different users, and the balance notification mode can be matched with the actual requirements of the user.
As an optional manner, the method for decreasing or increasing the balance notification threshold value in the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following two methods:
mode 1, the balance notification threshold value that is lowered or raised each time is a fixed value. For example, if it is determined that the user is sensitive to the balance, the balance notification threshold value is increased by 10 yuan on the basis of the current balance notification threshold value; and if the user is not sensitive to the balance, reducing the balance notification threshold value by 10 yuan on the basis of the current balance notification threshold value. The embodiment of the invention does not specifically limit the size of the reduced or increased balance notification threshold value.
In mode 2, the balance notification threshold is adjusted to a value obtained by dividing the current balance notification threshold by n times of the time interval, where n is a positive integer. For example, when n is 1, the user K recharges the account on the 5 th day after receiving the balance notification message with the balance of 20, and then the balance notification threshold value is adjusted from the current 20-yuan to 20/5-4-yuan; for another example, when n is 3, the user L charges the account on the 0.5 th day after receiving the balance notification message with the balance of 10, and adjusts the balance notification threshold value from the current 20-tuple to 3 × 10/0.5 — 60-tuple. The embodiment of the invention does not specifically limit the size of the reduced or increased balance notification threshold value.
The method determines the notification standards of different users by analyzing the recharging behaviors and the balance conditions of different users, and flexibly adjusts the balance notification threshold value of the user account according to different requirements of different users, so that the balance notification mode conforms to the actual requirements of the users.
Example two
An embodiment of the present invention provides a device 100 for notifying a balance, and referring to fig. 6, the device 600 includes: an obtaining module 610, a determining module 620, a determining module 630, and an adjusting module 640.
The obtaining module 610 is configured to obtain a time when a balance notification message is sent to a user account and a time when the user account is recharged; the balance notification message is used for notifying the user to recharge the user account;
the determining module 620 is configured to determine a time interval between a time when the balance notification message is sent to the user account and a time when the user account is recharged;
the judging module 630 is configured to judge whether the user is sensitive to the balance according to the time interval;
the adjusting module 640 is configured to increase the balance notification threshold of the user account when the determination result of the determining module 630 indicates that the user is sensitive to the balance.
Optionally, the adjusting module 640 is further configured to: when the judgment result of the judgment module 630 shows that the user is insensitive to the balance, the balance notification threshold value of the user account is reduced.
Optionally, the determining module 630 is configured to: judging whether the time interval is smaller than a preset time interval or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, the user is determined to be insensitive to the balance.
Optionally, the determining module 630 is configured to: judging whether the ratio of the time interval to the current balance notification threshold value is smaller than a preset value or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, the user is determined to be insensitive to the balance.
Optionally, the obtaining module 610 is configured to: obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to a user account for the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment;
the determining module 630 is configured to: judging whether the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment is smaller than the time interval between the first moment and the third moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is not sensitive to the balance
Optionally, the obtaining module 610 is configured to: obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to a user account for the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment;
the determining module 630 is configured to: judging whether the ratio of the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment to the balance of the user account at the second moment is smaller than the ratio of the time interval between the first moment and the third moment to the balance of the user account at the first moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, the user is determined to be insensitive to the balance.
Please refer to an implementation manner of the method for notifying a balance in the first embodiment for implementation manners of the modules of the apparatus 600, which will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
One or more technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following technical effects or advantages:
1. and judging whether the user is sensitive to the balance according to the time interval from the moment of sending the balance notification message to the moment of recharging the account for the first time after the user receives the message, and dynamically adjusting the balance notification threshold value of the user account according to whether the user is sensitive to the balance. The balance notification threshold value of the user account can be flexibly adjusted according to different requirements of different users without adopting a notification standard for the different users, so that the balance notification mode conforms to the actual requirements of the users.
2. The embodiment of the invention provides various ways for judging whether the user is sensitive to the balance, and further enables the balance notification way to be matched with the actual requirements of the user.
3. The embodiment of the invention provides various modes for adjusting the balance notification threshold value of the user account, and further enables the balance notification mode to be fit with the actual requirements of the user.

Claims (12)

1. A method of notifying a balance, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the time of sending a balance notification message to a user account and the time of recharging the user account, wherein the balance notification message is used for notifying a user of recharging the user account;
determining a time interval between a time when a balance notification message is sent to the user account and a time when the user account is recharged;
judging whether the user is sensitive to balance or not according to the time interval;
and if so, increasing the balance notification threshold value of the user account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the user is sensitive to a balance based on the time interval, the method further comprises:
and if the judgment result shows that the user is insensitive to the balance, reducing the balance notification threshold value of the user account.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein said determining whether the user is sensitive to a balance according to the time interval comprises:
judging whether the time interval is smaller than a preset time interval or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein said determining whether the user is sensitive to a balance based on the time interval further comprises:
judging whether the ratio of the time interval to the current balance notification threshold value is smaller than a preset value or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the time when the balance notification message is sent to the user account and the time when the user account is recharged comprises:
obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to the user account at the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; and
obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment; wherein the second time is later than the third time;
the determining whether the user is sensitive to the balance according to the time interval includes:
judging whether the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment is smaller than the time interval between the first moment and the third moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the time when the balance notification message is sent to the user account and the time when the user account is recharged comprises:
obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to the user account at the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; and
obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment; wherein the second time is later than the third time;
the determining whether the user is sensitive to the balance according to the time interval includes:
judging whether the ratio of the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment to the balance of the user account at the second moment is smaller than the ratio of the time interval between the first moment and the third moment to the balance of the user account at the first moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
7. An apparatus for notifying a balance, comprising:
the system comprises an obtaining module, a charging module and a balance notification module, wherein the obtaining module is used for obtaining the moment of sending a balance notification message to a user account and the moment of recharging the user account; the balance notification message is used for notifying the user to recharge the user account;
a determining module, configured to determine a time interval between a time when a balance notification message is sent to the user account and a time when the user account is recharged;
the judging module is used for judging whether the user is sensitive to balance or not according to the time interval;
and the adjusting module is used for increasing the balance notification threshold value of the user account when the judgment result of the judging module shows that the user is sensitive to the balance.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the adjustment module is further configured to: and when the judgment result of the judgment module shows that the user is insensitive to the balance, reducing the balance notification threshold value of the user account.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the determining module is configured to:
judging whether the time interval is smaller than a preset time interval or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
10. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the determining module is configured to:
judging whether the ratio of the time interval to the current balance notification threshold value is smaller than a preset value or not;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
11. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the obtaining module is configured to:
obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to the user account at the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; and
obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment; wherein the second time is later than the third time;
the judging module is used for:
judging whether the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment is smaller than the time interval between the first moment and the third moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
12. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the obtaining module is configured to:
obtaining a first time and a second time of sending a balance notification message to the user account at the last two times, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time; and
obtaining a third moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the first moment and a fourth moment when the user account is recharged for the first time after the second moment; wherein the second time is later than the third time;
the judging module is used for:
judging whether the ratio of the time interval between the second moment and the fourth moment to the balance of the user account at the second moment is smaller than the ratio of the time interval between the first moment and the third moment to the balance of the user account at the first moment;
if yes, determining that the user is sensitive to balance; otherwise, determining that the user is insensitive to the balance.
