Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a banknote processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method is suitable for a scenario where, for example, when a user deposits a banknote, a banking financial transaction device processes the banknote, and the method may be executed by a banknote processing device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware and integrated inside the banking financial transaction device. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S101, receiving the paper money to be processed from the paper money receiving port.
Note that the automated teller machine is a bank financial transaction apparatus in which a customer uses many money, and the customer deposits paper money to be transacted into a bank account into the automated teller machine through a paper money receiving port, and before the automated teller machine finally deposits the paper money at the paper money receiving port into a paper money box, a series of processing such as counterfeit paper money identification, crown word number recognition, stain recognition, and the like is required for the paper money.
S102, determining whether the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is seriously stained or not according to a preset determination rule.
It should be noted that the crown word number is used for controlling the printing quantity and anti-counterfeiting of various tickets, and comprises two parts of crown words and numbers. The "crown word" is two or three English letters printed on paper money for marking printing batch, and is arranged and printed by bill-printing factory according to a certain rule, and the "number" is Arabic numeral serial number printed behind the crown word for indicating the arrangement sequence of every bill in the same crown word batch.
In determining whether a crown size region of a banknote to be treated has a severe insult, it is necessary to follow preset predetermined determination rules which mainly include further refinement of the crown size region and definition of the severe insult. The establishment of the determination rule is to remove the stained paper currency in the crown word number area before identifying the crown word number of the paper currency, so that useless workload is avoided, and the paper currency processing time can be shortened.
And S103, if yes, judging the paper money to be processed as abnormal paper money, rejecting and returning to the paper money receiving port.
Specifically, if the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed determines that serious contamination exists, the paper money to be processed is judged to be abnormal paper money, the reverser starts to act, the paper money is rejected, and the paper money is returned to the paper money receiving port.
And S104, if not, transmitting the paper money to be processed to a temporary storage module, identifying the serial number of the paper money to be processed in the serial number area of the paper money to be processed after the transaction is finished, and storing the paper money to be processed classified according to the serial number into a paper money box.
It should be noted that when a customer deposits money, paper money enters the automatic teller machine from the paper money receiving port, the automatic door of the paper money receiving port is closed, and the paper money passes through the paper money identification module along the paper money passing channel and then reaches the temporary storage module. When the paper money reaches the temporary storage module, the transaction is finished, at the moment, the customer can take the card and leave, the automatic teller machine continues to process the paper money in the temporary storage module, then the money in the temporary storage module is sequentially put into the paper money box, and the deposit is finished.
Specifically, if the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is determined to have no serious contamination, the paper money to be processed is transmitted to a temporary storage module, crown word number recognition is not performed temporarily, the paper money to be processed in the temporary storage module is continuously processed after the whole transaction is finished, the crown word number of the paper money to be processed is recognized in the crown word number area, then the paper money to be processed is classified according to the crown word number, and finally the paper money to be processed is classified into each paper money box, and deposit is finished.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the crown word number of the paper money to be processed is identified and classified according to the crown word number, whether the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is seriously stained or not is determined based on the preset determination rule, if and only if the crown word number area is determined to be seriously stained or not, the crown word number is identified, and if the crown word number area is determined to be seriously stained or not, the rejection is carried out, and the crown word number identification is not carried out.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, a banknote processing method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention is a further optimization of step S102 "determining whether there is a serious stain in the crown-type number region of the banknote to be processed according to a preset determination rule" based on the technical solution provided in the first embodiment. Explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted. Namely:
carrying out binarization processing on the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed;
projecting the crown word number region along the row direction and the column direction respectively to obtain accurate regions of crown word numbers in the row direction and the column direction;
counting the fouling characteristics of the crown word number in the accurate region;
and determining whether the crown-word number area of the paper money to be treated has serious contamination according to the contamination characteristics and a preset threshold range.
Based on the above optimization, as shown in fig. 2, the banknote processing method provided in this embodiment may include the following steps:
s201, receiving the paper money to be processed from the paper money receiving port.
S202, performing binarization processing on the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed.
It should be noted that the binarization processing is to set the gray value of the pixel point on the image of the crown word number region of the banknote to be processed to be 0 or 255, that is, the whole image exhibits obvious black and white effect. The image is processed into a binary image, so that the data volume of the image in the processing process can be greatly reduced, and the pattern and the outline of the target can be highlighted.
Specifically, firstly, an image (including a front side and a back side) of a paper currency to be processed is collected, then information such as currency type information, currency value information, positive and negative information, reversal information and the like of the paper currency is distinguished, then an 1/4 image containing a crown word number is cut out from the obtained front side image of the paper currency, then a 1/4 image is cut to segment an image only containing a paper currency part, then a crown word number area of the image of the paper currency part is roughly positioned, then the roughly positioned crown word number area is binarized, and finally a binarized crown word number area image is obtained.
S203, projecting the crown word number area along the row direction and the column direction respectively to obtain the accurate area of the crown word number in the row direction and the column direction.
The horizontal rows and the vertical columns are based on the map direction, and are arranged from left to right and from top to bottom. In the embodiment of the present invention, when the crown word number region is projected, there is no limitation on whether the crown word number region is projected in the row direction or the column direction, but there is at least one column or one row of projection in both the row direction and the column direction, that is, at least one column or one row of projection is performed on the crown word number region in both the column direction and the row direction. In specific implementation, a row of projection is performed on the crown word number region along the row direction to obtain a row accurate region, which may be a gray value of a row of pixels or a code corresponding to the gray value (for example, a code corresponding to gray 0 is 1, and a code corresponding to gray 255 is 0), and accumulated calculation is performed to obtain a row region where N consecutive pixels with the smallest sum of gray values are located in the row direction, where the row region is the most consecutive N rows of pixels identified as black characters, i.e., the row accurate region, where N is the number of pixels in each row of the crown word number region known in advance. By analogy, column-accurate regions can be obtained. It will be appreciated that the precise area is the smallest recognizable area surrounding the crown-size character.
For example, the crown word number region is projected along the row direction to obtain an accurate region of the crown word number in the row direction, and then the accurate region of the crown word number in the row direction is projected along the column direction to obtain an accurate region of the crown word number in the row direction and the column direction.
In one embodiment, it is preferable that the character image in the crown word number region is precisely located by means of row projection and column projection, and the precisely located crown word number region image is gaussian filtered by using a preset template, such as a 3 × 3 template, to remove noise in the image, so as to facilitate accurate division of each character region of the crown word number.
The method comprises the steps of calculating the projection width of each crown character in the column direction and the row direction according to a projection algorithm, selecting the maximum width value as the height and the width of the boundary of a crown character rectangle, and performing the segmentation algorithm after the boundary of the crown character on the basis of the projection algorithm, wherein each communication body character can have independent projection in the row direction and the column direction.
And S204, counting the fouling characteristics of the crown word numbers in the accurate region.
It should be noted that the contamination feature may be one, two, or more, such as a contamination feature in a row direction, a contamination feature in a column direction, or a pixel gray-value feature of the entire precise area. Different insult characteristics have different means of determination and statistical rules.
Specifically, the smear characteristics of all columns or all rows in the column direction or the row direction within the region are statistically accurate.
And S205, determining whether the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed has serious contamination or not according to the contamination characteristics and the preset threshold range.
It should be noted that, since the contamination characteristics of the prefix numbers in the precise region include contamination characteristics in the row direction and the column direction, the preset threshold value ranges also exist in the row direction and the column direction, respectively. In determining whether a crown size region of a note to be processed has a severe insult, all insult characteristics within the crown size region should be considered.
And S206, if yes, judging the paper money to be processed as abnormal paper money, rejecting and returning to the paper money receiving port.
S207, if not, the paper money to be processed is conveyed to a temporary storage module, after the transaction is finished, the crown word number of the paper money to be processed is identified in the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed, and the paper money to be processed classified according to the crown word number is stored in a paper money box.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, a banknote processing method provided in the third embodiment of the present invention is a further optimization of "counting contamination characteristics of the crown mark in the precise region" in step S204 and "determining whether there is a serious contamination in the crown mark region of the banknote to be processed" in step S205 "according to the contamination characteristics and the preset threshold range, based on the technical solution provided in the second embodiment. The fouling characteristics include gray-scale values and projection traversal times, and the explanation of the same or corresponding terms as those in the above embodiments is omitted here for brevity. Namely:
s301, receiving the paper money to be processed from the paper money receiving port.
And S302, performing binarization processing on the crown word number area of the paper currency to be processed.
And S303, projecting the crown word number region along the row direction and the column direction respectively to obtain the accurate regions of the crown word number in the row direction and the column direction.
S304, counting the sum of the gray values of the pixel points in the accurate region, and counting the sum of the projection penetration times of the prefix character in the accurate region.
It should be noted that the sum of gray values is the sum of all gray values 0 and 255 in the projected precise region, and the sum of projection pass times is the number of times that the gray values of two adjacent pixels in the precise region are different during projection, that is, when light is projected onto a character in the precise region, a change of the gray value from 0 to 255 is recorded as a projection pass, and a change of the gray value from 255 to 0 is also recorded as a projection pass. For example, when the light is projected to the letter "a", the gray value variation process of the pixel point in the row where the highest point of "a" is located includes: the projection crossing times are 2 when the number of the pixels in the row where the lowest point of the 'A' is located is changed from 255 to 1 and from 1 to 255, the gray value of the pixel point in the row where the lowest point of the 'A' is located is changed for 4 times, and the projection crossing times are 4.
For example, when the sum of the projection crossing times of the character with the prefix number in the accurate region is counted, the projection crossing times of the character on the current line are counted from the first line in the line direction, after all the gray value changes of 0 to 255 and 255 to 0 of the character on the current line are counted, the projection crossing times of the character on the next projection line are counted until the last line, and the line number condition of the specific projection line can be determined according to the actual situation. And the sum of the projection crossing times of the prefix characters in the accurate area counted from the column direction can be obtained by the same method.
S305, judging whether the gray value sum is within a first preset threshold range or not and whether the projection crossing times sum is within a second preset threshold range or not.
Specifically, whether the gray value sum in the row direction and the gray value sum in the column direction are both within the corresponding preset threshold range, the gray value sum at the character interval is smaller than a certain value, and whether the projection crossing times sum of the characters in the row direction and the column direction is both within the corresponding preset threshold range are judged.
S306, if the sum of the gray values is not within a first preset threshold value and/or the sum of the projection crossing times is not within a second preset threshold value range, determining that the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is seriously stained.
Specifically, when the sum of the gray values is not within a first preset threshold value, or the sum of the projection crossing times is not within a second preset threshold value, or the sum of the gray values is not within the first preset threshold value, and the sum of the projection crossing times is not within the second preset threshold value, it is determined that the crown word number region of the banknote to be processed is seriously stained.
S307, if the sum of the gray values is within a first preset threshold value and the sum of the projection crossing times is within a second preset threshold value range, determining that the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is not seriously stained.
And S308, if the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is seriously stained, judging the paper money to be processed as abnormal paper money, rejecting and returning to a paper money receiving port.
S309, if the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is not seriously stained, the paper money to be processed is transmitted to a temporary storage module, after the transaction is finished, the crown word number of the paper money to be processed is identified in the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed, and the paper money to be processed classified according to the crown word number is stored in a paper money box.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a banknote processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is further optimized based on the foregoing embodiments. Explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted. The method of this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
s401, receiving the paper money to be processed from the paper money receiving port.
S402, performing binarization processing on the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed.
And S403, projecting the crown word number region along the row direction and the column direction respectively to obtain the accurate regions of the crown word number in the row direction and the column direction.
S404, determining a non-precise area according to the crown word number area and the precise area.
In the embodiment of the invention, the range of the crown word number area is larger than that of the precise area, the non-precise area refers to the crown word number area except for the precise area, and in order to ensure that the result of determining the serious fouling is more precise and avoid the influence of the field correlation of the non-precise area on the precise area, the fouling characteristics of the non-precise area need to be counted.
S405, counting the sum of the gray values of the pixel points in the non-accurate region of the crown word number.
It should be noted that the contamination characteristic of the inaccurate region refers to the sum of the gray values of the pixel points.
And S406, if the sum of the gray values is within a third preset threshold range, determining that the crown word number area of the paper money to be processed is seriously stained.
It should be noted that, the inaccurate region of the crown word size is adjacent to the accurate region, and does not contain the crown word size characters, and the image display is blank, then after binarization of the accurate region, the gray values of all the pixel points should be white points with the gray value of 255, and if black points with the gray value of 0 appear, and the number of the black points is greater than the preset threshold range, it can be said that the inaccurate region is contaminated, and meanwhile, due to the influence of domain correlation, the accurate region is very likely to be contaminated.
Optionally, before counting the sum of the gray values of the pixel points in the inaccurate region, the method further includes:
acquiring version information of the paper money to be processed; and determining the non-precise area of the prefix number according to the version information.
At present, the size characteristics of crown word numbers in each version of RMB issued by China RMB are different, and the version information of paper money needs to be fully considered when determining the non-precise area of the crown word numbers.
