In the prior art, the touch pads and the related parts thereof are installed separately one by one in the assembling process of the electronic device, and whether the touch pads are finally installed in a qualified mode is judged by different operators in a mode of pressing the touch pads and according to the pressing feeling of the operators, so that the installation quality of the touch pads is prone to be uneven, users can find that the touch sensitivity of the touch pads is inconsistent when the touch pads of different electronic devices are used, and the phenomenon that the touch sensitivity of the touch pads is inconsistent even if the touch sensitivity of different positions of the same touch pad is inconsistent can be caused. Therefore, quality departments of related enterprises always receive a great deal of complaints from users to the touch pad, for example, the touch pad is displaced greatly when pressed, different pressing systems need to be applied to respond when different positions of the touch pad are clicked, or a system does not respond all the way when a position of the touch pad is clicked, and the like.
To solve the above technical problems, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a touch panel module installed in an electronic device, the touch panel module including:
a decorative panel 1;
the touch control plate 2 is positioned below the decorative panel 1 and is attached to the decorative panel 1; and
the balance component is positioned below the touch pad 2 and attached to the touch pad 2, and the balance component is used for limiting at least part of the touch pad 2 so that each position on at least part of the touch pad 2 can generate the same displacement in the stress direction when receiving the same pressing force, namely, each point on at least part of the touch pad 2 can generate the same stroke in the stress direction when receiving the same pressing force, and therefore when the touch pad module is applied to electronic equipment, a processing system of the electronic equipment can generate the same response according to the stroke of each point on the touch pad 2, and the touch sensitivity of at least part of the touch pad 2 is ensured.
In the embodiment of this application, form a module through assembling decoration panel 1, touch-control board 2 and balanced subassembly in advance together, not only make things convenient for the operative employee to install it to electronic equipment in, and because the touch-control board module can pass through machine detection in advance, whether the installation that so need not the operative employee by oneself manual test touch-control board 2 is qualified, consequently unifies the detection standard, has effectively guaranteed touch-control board 2's installation accuracy. Moreover, at least part of the touch pad 2 can generate uniform stroke when being subjected to the same pressure through the arrangement of the balance component, and a foundation is laid for the sensitivity of the part of the touch pad 2.
Further, the decoration panel 1 and the touch panel 2 in this embodiment are attached together by using an adhesive. The decorative panel 1 can be made of plastic plate, metal plate and the like, and the surface of the decorative panel needs to be flat and smooth, so that the decorative panel can be well attached to the touch panel 2, and the decorative panel has better hand feeling when used by a user.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the balancing assembly in the present embodiment includes:
a first balancing member 3, which is in the shape of a plate and is called a first balancing plate, the first balancing plate is attached to the touch pad 2, for example, the first balancing member can be fixed together by adhesion, and a first elastic protrusion 5 is disposed on a side of the first balancing member 3 away from the touch pad 2;
and a second balance member 4, which is in a plate shape and is called a second balance plate, the second balance plate is positioned below the first balance plate and is fixedly connected with the first balance plate, for example, through holes are correspondingly formed on the first balance plate and the second balance plate, and the first balance plate and the second balance plate are fixedly connected together through bolts, and a second elastic bulge 6 which is abutted against the first elastic bulge 5 is arranged on the second balance member 4.
That is, the first balance board and the second balance board support the portion of the touch pad 2 corresponding to the balance component through the first elastic protrusion 5 and the second elastic protrusion 6, so that after the touch pad module is installed in the electronic device, the portion of the touch pad 2 corresponding to the balance component can be fixed at the relative position of the electronic device when not pressed, and is in a horizontal or approximately horizontal state relative to the electronic device. And then make the user all can produce invariable displacement (stroke) when pressing each position department that is located this part touch-control board 2, and the displacement volume is moderate, can not appear that different position points produce different displacements or produce great displacement volume under same pressing force, or again need the user to exert great pressing force just can produce phenomenons such as displacement to take place, improved the touch-control sensitivity of this part touch-control board 2.
In this embodiment, the opposite ends of the first elastic protrusion 5 and the second elastic protrusion 6 are formed with arc-shaped elastic parts. When the first balance board is pressed, that is, when a user applies a pressing force to the touch pad 2, the elastic portion of the first elastic protrusion 5 presses the elastic portion of the second elastic protrusion 6, so that the elastic portion of the second elastic protrusion 6 is depressed and elastic restoring force is accumulated. The deformation of the second elastic bump 6 is a displacement of the touch pad 2 corresponding to the second elastic bump 6 caused by the force. When the user removes the pressing force applied to the touch pad 2, the second elastic protrusion 6 is reset under the elastic restoring force, and continues to be restored to the position where the second elastic protrusion abuts against the first elastic protrusion 5, and meanwhile, the second elastic protrusion 6 drives the touch pad 2 to be restored to the initial position in the resetting process.
The first balance board in this embodiment is a board having the same size as the touch pad 2, and includes a first portion and a second portion, wherein the second portion is disposed on a side close to the user. The second balance plate is a strip plate fixed to the second portion of the first balance plate. In this embodiment, the second balance board is disposed on a side close to the user to emphasize sensitivity of the touch pad 2 on the side close to the user, so as to save manufacturing cost and ensure using effect of the user. Of course, the second balance board may be disposed on both the first portion and the second portion of the first balance board to improve the overall touch sensitivity of the touch pad 2.
Preferably, in order to further enable each point on the left side, the middle part, and the right side of the touch pad 2 to generate the same displacement when receiving the same pressing force, the balance assembly in this embodiment further includes:
the third balance member 7 is in a rod shape and is located between the first balance plate and the second balance plate, the third balance member 7 is parallel to the plate surfaces of the first balance member 3 and the second balance member 4, and is used for limiting the positions of the first balance plate and the second balance plate in the direction perpendicular to the plate surfaces, namely, the distance between the first balance plate and the second balance plate, and ensuring that the left side, the middle part and the right side of at least the second part of the touch pad 2 can generate the same displacement when being subjected to the same pressing force, so that the touch feeling of a user is consistent no matter the user presses any position when using the second part of the touch pad 2, and the touch sensitivity of the touch pad 2 is consistent, and the use experience of the user is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the third balance member 7 in this embodiment is bent in the same direction, for example, in the user direction, to form a bent portion, and the bent portion is also parallel to the plate surfaces of the first balance member 3 and the second balance member 4. The bent part is arranged to better limit the distance between the two ends of the second balance plate and the first balance plate. Of course, the third balance member 7 may be formed in a rectangular frame shape, which can also achieve the above-mentioned technical effects. The length of the third balancing member 7 between the two bent portions may be the same as or slightly shorter than the length of the second balancing plate, but may not be too short, so as to avoid affecting the effect of the third balancing member 7 in limiting the distance between the first balancing plate and the second balancing plate.
Because the third balance member 7 is rod-shaped, the stability is poor, in order to limit the third balance member 7, and prevent the third balance member 7 from generating large deviation in the transportation, installation or use processes of the touch pad module, which affects the limiting effect of the third balance member on the distance between the first balance plate and the second balance plate, in this embodiment, the positioning members 8 for matching to position the third balance member 7 are further respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the first balance plate and the second balance plate. The specific structure of the positioning member 8 is not limited, and for example, the positioning member may be a hoop or a fastener that can cooperatively surround the third balance member 7.
Further, when the touch panel module is installed, preferably set up the mounting groove that is used for installing decoration panel 1, touch panel 2 and balanced subassembly on electronic equipment, the degree of depth of mounting groove is preferred to be equivalent with the thickness of touch panel module to make the touch panel module assembly establish behind the mounting groove, decoration panel 1 can be with the notch parallel and level of mounting groove. In addition, since the second balance plate and the third balance member 7 are provided only at the second portion of the first balance plate. Therefore, in order to ensure the levelness of the touch pad 2 relative to the electronic device, in this embodiment, a positioning protrusion 9 is disposed on a side of the first portion of the first balance board away from the second portion, and a slot engaged with the positioning protrusion 9 is disposed on a slot wall of the mounting slot, when the touch pad module is disposed in the mounting slot, the positioning protrusion 9 is engaged with the slot, so that the first balance board is parallel to a plane where the slot of the mounting slot is located, that is, the first balance board is in a horizontal state relative to the electronic device.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, which includes the above touch pad module. Be provided with the touch pad module in the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, can make electronic equipment's touch sensitivity obtain promoting, and in electronic equipment's preparation process, it is comparatively convenient to touch pad 2's installation, has saved man-hour, has improved assembly efficiency.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
