In this scheme, drain 1 and water tank welding can guarantee the leakproofness of drain 1 and water tank hookup location when fixing drain 1 to the water tank like this.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a water heater comprising a water tank and a drain as provided in any of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the drain being connected to the water tank.
The water heater provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention has the sewage disposal device provided by any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, so that the water heater has all the beneficial effects of the sewage disposal device provided by any one of the embodiments, and will not be described herein.

Claims (10)

1. A sewage disposal device is used for a water heater, the water heater comprises a water tank, a sewage disposal pipe is arranged on the water tank, and is characterized in that,
the sewage draining device comprises a sewage draining pipe and a ball valve assembly, wherein a first end of the sewage draining pipe is connected with the water tank and is communicated with the water tank, a mounting hole is formed in the sewage draining pipe, the ball valve assembly comprises a ball valve sleeve, a ball valve sealing ring, a ball valve core and a rotary handle, the ball valve sleeve is mounted in the sewage draining pipe, the ball valve sleeve is in a circular pipe shape and is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the sewage draining pipe, the ball valve sealing ring and the ball valve core are mounted in the ball valve sleeve, a drain hole is formed in the ball valve core, the ball valve core is in abutting fit with the ball valve sealing ring and can rotate relative to the ball valve sealing ring so as to control the sewage draining pipe to be opened and closed, a connecting hole is formed in the side wall of the ball valve sleeve, the first end of the rotary handle is connected with the ball valve core, and a second end of the rotary handle extends out of the connecting hole and the mounting hole, and the rotary handle is used for driving the ball valve core to rotate.
The mounting port of the drain pipe is provided with a port extending along the radial direction of the drain pipe;
the sewage discharging device further comprises a rotary handle sleeve and a rotary handle limiting nut, wherein an external thread is arranged on the rotary handle limiting nut, an internal thread is arranged at the end part of the interface, the rotary handle limiting nut is connected with the end part of the interface through threads, and two ends of the rotary handle sleeve are respectively abutted against the ball valve sleeve and the rotary handle limiting nut;
a limiting boss is arranged on the rotary handle, and two ends of the limiting boss are respectively abutted against the ball valve sleeve and the rotary handle limiting nut;
the position on the outer side wall of the ball valve sleeve, which is opposite to the sewage outlet interface, is provided with a limit groove, and the rotary handle sleeve and the limit boss are inserted into the limit groove and are abutted against the bottom wall of the limit groove.
2. A sewage disposal device as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the outer diameter of the ball valve sleeve is matched with the inner diameter of the sewage drain pipe, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the outer side wall of the ball valve sleeve and the inner side wall of the sewage drain pipe.

the first end of ball valve barrel is equipped with first annular spacing muscle, the second end is equipped with the internal thread, drain still includes ball valve seal circle stop nut, be equipped with the external screw thread on the ball valve seal circle stop nut, ball valve seal circle stop nut with the ball valve sleeve the second end passes through threaded connection, the both ends of ball valve seal circle respectively with first annular spacing muscle and ball valve sleeve stop nut are contradicted.

the sewage draining device further comprises a ball valve sleeve limit nut, an external thread is arranged on the ball valve sleeve limit nut, an internal thread is arranged at the second end of the sewage draining pipe, the ball valve sleeve limit nut is connected with the second end of the sewage draining pipe through threads, a second annular limit rib is arranged in the sewage draining pipe, and two ends of the ball valve sleeve are respectively abutted to the second annular limit rib and the ball valve sleeve limit nut.

the rotary handle sleeve is sleeved on the rotary handle, and the rotary handle sleeve is in interference fit with the inner wall of the interface.
