The invention is applied to the field of high-pressure oil cylinders, in particular to a double-rod high-pressure oil cylinder.
Background
The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuator which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and performs linear reciprocating motion. The device has simple structure and reliable operation. When it is used to realize reciprocating motion, it can eliminate speed reducer, and has no transmission clearance and smooth motion, so that it can be widely used in hydraulic systems of various machines. The double-rod hydraulic oil cylinder can do work bidirectionally, work pieces are saved, and efficiency is improved, but a piston in the cylinder body needs to bear bidirectional pressure action, so that the piston is easy to wear and leak oil in a long-time high-pressure working state, and is difficult to maintain and recover, and output pressure and working stability are affected.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the double-rod high-pressure oil cylinder which adopts a metal structure as a bracket main body, thereby prolonging the service life and reducing the abrasion.

The double-rod high-pressure oil cylinder is shown in the figure 1, and comprises a cylinder body 3, end covers 1, a piston 4 and a piston rod 2, wherein the cylinder body is of a cylindrical structure, and the end covers are fixedly and hermetically arranged at the two axial ends of the cylinder body; a piston 4 is coaxially arranged in the cylinder body in a driving way, a piston rod is fixedly penetrated in the piston, and the two axial ends of the piston rod extend out of end covers at the two axial ends of the cylinder body respectively; the two end covers are respectively provided with an oil filling hole communicated with the inside of the cylinder body, and the piston is driven to move in the cylinder body through filling/discharging pressure oil, so that the two ends of the piston rod are driven to synchronously move in a straight line.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the specific structure of the end cover includes an end cover main body 11, a piston rod mounting hole (not numbered) and a through hole 19, the end cover is used for being fixedly mounted at one axial end of the cylinder body, and the middle part of the end cover main body is coaxially provided with a piston rod mounting hole; a plurality of through holes 19 are formed in the end cap on the outer circumference of the piston rod mounting hole for fixing the end cap to the cylinder end.
The piston rod extends out of the end cover from the piston rod mounting hole of the end cover main body, and the piston rod performs linear reciprocating motion under the drive of hydraulic oil.
A sealing convex ring 16 is arranged in the middle part in the piston rod mounting hole, an oil filling hole 12 is arranged on one radial side of the end cover between the sealing convex ring and the inner end surface of the cylinder body of the end cover, the oil filling hole is communicated with the piston rod mounting hole, and pressure oil is filled into the cylinder body; an internal thread is arranged on the outer side of the oil filling hole and used for installing an oil filling pipe joint in a meshed manner;
