When the polish rod is shifted rightwards, the anti-bias grinding packing box provided by the embodiment of the invention needs to be rightwards adjusted so that the axis of the polish rod coincides with the axis of the anti-bias grinding disc packing box. The lower eccentric sleeve 603 of the double eccentric sleeve 6 is adjusted through rotation, so that the wall thickness of the lower eccentric sleeve 603 is propped against the inner wall of the lower inner annular step far away from the axis of the wellhead connector 7, the axis of the double eccentric sleeve 6 is shifted rightwards, the packing box body 1 sleeved in the upper eccentric sleeve 601 is driven to shift rightwards, and the axis of the packing box body 1 is further overlapped with the axis of the polish rod.
When the polish rod is offset forward or backward, the packing box body 1 and the double eccentric sleeve 6 are adjusted by rotating simultaneously so that the axis of the packing box body 1 and the axis of the polish rod coincide.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the regulating member 5 includes a regulating cylinder 501 and a gear portion 502; the adjusting cylinder 501 is axially movably arranged in the packing box body 1, the upper end of the adjusting cylinder is propped against the packing 3, and a row of teeth are arranged on the side wall of the adjusting cylinder 501 from top to bottom; the gear portion 502 includes a gear shaft, a gear rotatably penetrating the gear shaft; a gear groove is formed in the side wall, opposite to the teeth, of the packing box body 1, a gear shaft is fixed in the gear groove, and the gear is meshed with the teeth; when the gears rotate in the gear grooves, the adjusting cylinder 501 is driven to move up and down. By rotating the gear portion 502, the gear is caused to give a tooth pushing force to push the adjustment cylinder 501 to move upward to press the packing 3 or move downward. For example, when the packing 3 in the packing box becomes loose, the annular gap between the packing 3 and the polish rod can be sealed by adjusting the gear portion 502 so that the adjustment cylinder 501 compresses the packing 3. In replacing the packing 3, the gear portion 502 may be adjusted to squeeze out the packing 3, which makes the operation of replacing the packing 3 convenient. Through limiting the adjusting piece 5 as above, the packing 3 is more convenient, safer and more controllable in compressing operation.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the gear part 502, the adjusting member 5 further includes a handle detachably coupled to the gear shaft of the gear part 502, and the gear part 502 is rotated by rotating the handle. The middle shafts of the handle and the gear portion 502 may be in threaded connection or clamped connection, and when the gear portion 502 needs to be adjusted, the middle shafts of the handle and the gear portion 502 are connected, and after adjustment, the handle can be detached from the gear portion 502. It should be noted that the installation of the handle does not affect the normal rotation of the gears in the tooth slots.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an oil storage tank 10 located above a gland 4 is disposed in an inner cavity of a packing box press cap 2, and a grease nipple 11 in communication with the oil storage tank 10 is disposed on a side wall of the packing box press cap 2. The grease nipple 11 is arranged to facilitate the grease injection in the oil storage tank 10, so that the polish rod passes through the oil storage tank 10 and reciprocates when the oil pumping unit reciprocates, and the grease in the oil storage tank 10 is coated on the polish rod, thereby reducing the friction between the polish rod and the packing 3 and prolonging the service life of the packing 3. In particular, the annular wiper 12 may be a packing that serves to wipe and seal the gap with the polish rod. As shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate the fixation of the annular oil wiper 12 in the top cover of the packing box press cap 2, the packing box provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes an oil wiper gland 13 disposed in the top cover of the packing box press cap 2 for pressing the oil wiper 12 in the packing box press cap 2. Wherein, be provided with big diameter step hole and the minor diameter step hole that pass the polished rod and be linked together on the packing box pressure cap 2 roof, the lower extreme of annular oil wiper 12 offsets with the upper end in minor diameter step hole, and oil wiper gland 13 compresses tightly annular oil wiper 12 to offset with the lower extreme in big diameter step hole, set up big diameter step hole and minor diameter step hole and be convenient for annular oil wiper 12 and oil wiper gland 13 in the fixed position of packing box pressure cap 2. The inner diameter of the wiper gland 13 is smaller than the inner diameter of the annular wiper 12 to fit the polish rod.
There are various ways in which the wiper gland 13 is fixed to the top wall of the packing head 2, for example, as an embodiment: the oil wiper gland 13 is connected with the top wall of the packing box gland 2 through a compression screw, a plurality of vertical screw holes are formed in the top wall of the oil wiper gland 13 and the top wall of the packing box gland 2, and the vertical screw holes are respectively penetrated through the compression screws so as to fix the oil wiper gland 13 on the packing box gland 2. The mode is convenient to set up and is convenient for disassembling and assembling the oil wiper gland 13 and the packing box gland 2.
As another embodiment, the wall of the large-diameter stepped hole of the packing box press cap 2 is provided with an internal thread, the side wall of the oil wiper press cap 13 is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the large-diameter stepped hole, and the oil wiper press cap 13 is sleeved in the large-diameter stepped hole of the packing box press cap 2 in a threaded connection mode. At this time, a threaded counter bore is required to be arranged on the upper end surface of the oil wiper gland 13, so that the oil wiper gland 13 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
