Abstract
本发明公开了一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,包括表层、中间层和底层,所述表层采用不打孔PET膜,所述中间层的上表面通过粘合胶粘接有表层,所述中间层的下表面通过粘合胶粘接有底层,所述底层上为透气PE或打孔PE。本发明的脱氧剂新型包装材料,有效的控制置换型脱氧剂内氧气与二氧化碳的吸放,解决吸放比的问题,从而保持产品包装容器不变形,保证产品品质和外观美观;可应用于干燥环境内,有效的防止脱氧剂本身水分过快散失的问题,解决氧浓度不能降至安全范围的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种脱氧剂新型包装材料。
背景技术
目前脱氧剂均使用贯穿、单防或多防型的一般包装材料,这类脱氧剂应用干燥环境产品中,会因为包装材料的透气孔造成脱氧剂原料自身所带水分易被干燥环境吸收而散失,导致脱氧剂性能变差、不能有效地将包装内氧气浓度降至安全范围。
对包装容器外观有要求的产品,使用一般包装材料的置换型脱氧剂释放出氧气和二氧化碳比例不均衡且不稳定,易导致包装容器内呈负压状态;从而影响产品品质和外观。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,有效的控制置换型脱氧剂内氧气与二氧化碳的吸放,解决吸放比的问题,从而保持产品包装容器不变形,保证产品品质和外观美观。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,包括表层、中间层和底层,所述中间层的上表面通过粘合胶粘接有表层,所述中间层的下表面通过粘合胶粘接有底层,所述底层为透气PE膜或打孔PE。
进一步的,所述表层采用不打孔PET膜。
进一步的,所述中间层采用天然纤维或化学纤维。
进一步的,所述粘合胶采用食品级胶。
进一步的,所述底层为透气PE或打孔PE,打孔PE的透气孔采用菱形孔、圆形孔或方形孔中的一种。
进一步的,所述底层为打孔PE,透气孔间距为0.01-0.1mm。
进一步的,所述表层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,中间层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述底层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
有益效果:本发明的脱氧剂新型包装材料,产品封边包装后,其表面不透气,产品内容物性能通过封边处包材中间层的天然纤维或化学纤维以及透气PE层或打孔PE层,吸收氧气或吸收氧气的同时释放二氧化碳。该脱氧剂新型包装材料可有效的控制置换型脱氧剂内氧气与二氧化碳的吸放,解决吸放比的问题,从而保持产品包装容器不变形,保证产品品质和外观美观;可应用于干燥环境内,有效的防止脱氧剂本身水分过快散失的问题,解决氧浓度不能降至安全范围的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,包括表层1、中间层2和底层3,所述中间层2的上表面通过粘合胶粘接有表层1,所述中间层2的下表面通过粘合胶粘接有底层3,所述底层3为透气PE膜或打孔PE。
作为上述实施例的进一步优化:
优选的,所述表层1采用不打孔PET膜。
优选的,所述中间层2采用天然纤维或化学纤维。
优选的,所述粘合胶采用食品级胶。
优选的,所述底层3采用透气PE或打孔PE,打孔PE为菱形孔、圆形孔或方形孔中的一种。
优选的,所述底层3采用打孔PE,其透气孔间距为0.01-0.1mm。
优选的,所述表层1的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,中间层2的厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述底层3的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
本发明的新型包装材料与一般包装材料主要差别在于结构为PET/天然纤维或化学纤维/透气PE或打孔PE,特点为表层PET不打孔,热封层透气PE或打孔PE,产品使用该包材封边后,表面不透气,产品通过中间层天然纤维或化学纤维、热风层透气PE或打孔PE层吸收氧气或吸收氧气的同事释放二氧化碳。
新型包装材料脱氧剂应用于低水分产品,例如坚果、炒货类,可有效防止脱氧剂在干燥环境内本身所含水分过快散失,保证初期吸氧能力不受太大影响,可以有效地将氧气浓度降至安全范围。
新型包装材料置换型脱氧剂应用于对包装容器外观有要求的产品,可维持包装容器内氧气和二氧化碳浓度吸放比在一定范围,而不易导致包装容器变形影响产品品质和外观。针对具有干燥环境不同品种的产品,有广泛的适用性。除用于干燥环境不同品种的产品外,还可以用于需喷淋酒精的场合。

1.一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:包括表层(1)、中间层(2)和底层(3),所述中间层(2)的上表面通过粘合胶粘接有表层(1),所述中间层(2)的下表面通过粘合胶粘接有底层(3),所述底层(3)为透气PE膜或打孔PE。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述表层(1)采用不打孔PET膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述中间层(2)采用天然纤维或化学纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述粘合胶采用食品级胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述打孔PE的透气孔采用菱形孔、圆形孔或方形孔中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述透气孔的间距为0.01-0.1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氧剂新型包装材料,其特征在于:所述表层(1)的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,中间层(2)的厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述底层(3)的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
