The first spacer 32 and the second spacer 36 have the same thickness, which ensures the mounting position of the sensor 29 and the pressure receiving block 28.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a tablet press, further comprising a quantitative station base, please refer to fig. 8, wherein the quantitative station base specifically comprises:
a tabletting cabin; a drive bay; the flat plate 40 is arranged between the tablet compressing cabin and the driving cabin, wherein a seat body 38 is further arranged on the flat plate 40, the seat body 38 is arranged in the tablet compressing cabin, and the seat body 38 has an accommodating space.

a drive bay 54; a sheeting chamber 53, the sheeting chamber 53 being located above the drive chamber 54;
further, the heat dissipation device further includes: a gearbox 51, wherein the gearbox 51 is arranged in the drive cabin 54. A top shroud 50, the top shroud 50 being disposed above the tableting compartment 53.
Specifically, the gearbox 51 is disposed in the drive compartment 54, and the gearbox 51 provides a rotational torque to the material turntable while generating a large amount of heat. The tablet chamber 53 is located above the driving chamber 54, and the top cover plate 50 is arranged above the tablet chamber 53 to seal the tablet chamber 53, so that dust is prevented from entering and noise is prevented from diffusing.

Particularly, at present, most of heat dissipation fans are directly installed on side doors of the driving cabin for heat dissipation of the driving cabin, so that partial airflow around the tablet press close to the ground is disordered, dust flies, the driving cabin cannot be closed, and noise pollution is caused. In the embodiment of the present invention, the air intake fan 44 is disposed on the drive cabin bottom plate 49 below the gear box 51, and the air intake fan 44 is used to suck cold air into the drive cabin 54 to cool the gear box 51 in the drive cabin 54, so as to improve the cooling effect. Meanwhile, the working air volume of the air inlet fan 44 is adjusted to be larger than that of the exhaust fan 45, so that positive pressure is formed in the tablet pressing cabin 53, dust is prevented from entering, and dust pollution is avoided. The driving cabin side door 52 is arranged on the side edge adjacent to the driving cabin bottom plate 49, the driving cabin side door 52 keeps a complete and closed state, the driving cabin 54 is sealed and isolated, noise diffusion is reduced, and dust pollution is avoided.

1. A tablet press, characterized in that the tablet press comprises a wheel frame comprising:
the upper pressure wheel frame is an integrally formed part and comprises a first front seat hole and a first rear seat hole, and a first pressure wheel is accommodated in the first front seat hole and the first rear seat hole;
the lower pinch roller frame is an integrally formed part and comprises a second front seat hole and a second rear seat hole, and a second pinch roller is accommodated in the second front seat hole and the second rear seat hole;
the first front and rear seat holes are matched with the size of a mandrel of the first pressure roller, the second front and rear seat holes are matched with the size of a mandrel of the second pressure roller, and the upper pressure roller frame and the lower pressure roller frame are positioned on the same central axis in the vertical direction;
the first front seat hole, the second rear seat hole and the first front seat hole are formed in a one-time machining mode, the concentric deviation of the first front seat hole and the first rear seat hole is smaller than or equal to 0.02mm, and the concentric deviation of the second front seat hole and the second rear seat hole is smaller than or equal to 0.02 mm;

a pressed block;
a sensor base;
a sensor disposed between the compression block and the sensor mount;
the compression block comprises a first through hole and a second through hole; the sensor base comprises a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole; a first bolt is arranged between the first through hole and the first threaded hole; a second bolt is arranged between the second through hole and the second threaded hole;
a first elastic component is arranged between the first bolt and the pressure receiving block;
a second elastic part is arranged between the second bolt and the pressure receiving block;
the first elastic component and the second elastic component have the same elastic pretightening force.
4. The tablet press according to claim 1, wherein the tablet press comprises a dosing station housing comprising:
a tabletting cabin;
a drive bay;
the flat plate is arranged between the tablet compressing cabin and the driving cabin, a seat body is further arranged on the flat plate, the seat body is arranged in the tablet compressing cabin, and the seat body is provided with an accommodating space;
a transmission mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism further comprises:
the first part is arranged in the accommodating space and can move up and down in the seat body;
a second part which is arranged in the driving cabin and the rotary motion of which is converted into the up-and-down movement of the first part;
the limit switch is arranged on the flat plate and is arranged in the drive cabin;
